Abstract

The rapid growth of peer-to-peer (P2P) lending in Indonesia raises questions about its impact on banking intermediation, particularly in Bank KBMI 1. This study analyzes the effect of P2P lending growth on Bank KBMI 1 credit growth using monthly data from October 2021 to June 2025 and the Autoregressive Distributed Lag (ARDL) method. The results indicate that P2P lending outstanding and the number of borrowers have no significant long-run effect on credit growth, although they are associated with short-run financing dynamics. Meanwhile, third-party funds and inflation positively and significantly affect credit growth, whereas the BI7DRR has no significant effect. These findings suggest that P2P lending has not replaced the intermediation role of Bank KBMI 1 but instead tends to develop alongside the banking sector in meeting financing needs.

Abstract

The continuous growth of Indonesia's skincare industry has intensified market competition, encouraging companies to better understand the factors that influence consumers' purchasing decisions. This study aims to investigate the effects of price, product quality, and influencer reviews on the purchase decisions of Glad2Glow skincare products among followers of the @glad2glow Instagram account. A quantitative research approach was employed using a survey method, with questionnaires distributed to 190 respondents who follow the @glad2glow Instagram account and have previously used Glad2Glow products. The respondents were selected through purposive sampling, and the data were analyzed using the Partial Least Squares-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) approach with SmartPLS 4 software. The results reveal that price, product quality, and influencer reviews each have a positive and significant influence on consumers' purchase decisions. Among these variables, price exerts the strongest effect, while product quality and influencer reviews also make significant contributions to consumers' purchasing decisions. Furthermore, the coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.539 indicates that these variables collectively explain 53.9% of the variation in purchase decisions, whereas the remaining 46.1% is attributed to other variables beyond the scope of this study. These findings imply that maintaining competitive pricing, ensuring product quality, and utilizing credible influencer reviews are essential strategies for improving consumers' purchase decisions toward Glad2Glow skincare products.

Abstract

Quality control in traditional manufacturing industries often faces quality inconsistency constraints as a result of the lack of standardization of work procedures and quality control. A strategy is needed to improve quality and productivity in order to continue to compete in the tight business competition. Through the implementation of Total Quality Management (TQM) carried out with the support of all aspects of the business not only focusing on one aspect has an important role in sustainable business and uses the Plan-Do-Check-Act (PDCA) cycle as a measuring tool that can realize policies to maintain, and improve or increase standards. This study aims to analyze the implementation of Total Quality Management (TQM) and quality conformity based on the Plan-Do-Check-Act (PDCA) cycle in the Halaban MJA Charcoal business (Mashurin Jaya Abadi). The research method used is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques through in-depth interviews, field observations, and confirmatory descriptive questionnaires as supporting data. The results of the study indicate that the TQM elements of obsession with quality, scientific approach, and teamwork are still not optimal so they still need improvement. However, PDCA cycle-based evaluations show that they are not fully in accordance with the Plan–Do–Check–Act (PDCA) principles because they are not supported by written standard operating procedures (SOPs), process standards, and adequate evaluation documentation.

Abstract

Escalating competition within the financial services industry pushes banks to look beyond product-based advantages and instead pay closer attention to how services are delivered and perceived by customers. This study analyzes the degree to which service quality and customer experience determine the satisfaction levels of clients at BNI KCU Perintis Kemerdekaan. Employing a quantitative survey-based approach, a total of 105 customers were recruited through purposive sampling. Data were executed via Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) utilizing the SmartPLS 4.0 software. The empirical outcomes demonstrate that service quality exerts a positive and significant effect on client satisfaction. In a similar vein, customer experience also has a positive and significant impact exhibiting an even stronger effect compared to service quality. The coefficient of determination (R-square) reaches 0.575 revea that both variables jointly account for 57.5% of the variance in client satisfaction. Ultimately, this research confirms that elevating service quality while simultaneously optimizing customer experience represents a strategic imperative for banks seeking to optimize satisfaction

The results indicate that human resource competence exerts a positive influence on innovation (0.283), while facilities and infrastructure also demonstrate a positive impact (0.422). In contrast, doctor turnover negatively influences innovation (-0.449). In terms of its direct effects on comprehensive service, human resource competence has a slight non-significant impact (0.074), facilities and infrastructure show a significant effect (0.185), and doctor turnover presents a negative non-significant influence (-0.091).
