<![CDATA[Abstract. This research examines childfree according to the fatwa of Dar Al-Ifta' Jordan and the Egyptian PCINU Bahtsul Masail Institute in maqasid sharia. Childfree is an agreement between husband and wife not to have children in marriage. Using a normative analysis approach, it can be seen that childfree in the view of the Dar Al-Ifta' Jordan Egypt fatwa which is reviewed by maqasid sharia is closer to the value of maqasid sharia, while the Egyptian LBM PCINU allows the practice of childfree by analogizing it with 'azl, whereas the permissibility of 'azl is only temporary, not to be permanent, then here LBM PCINU Egypt's decision regarding childfree is not in line with maqasid sharia values. Because Childfree's decision is contrary to the purpose of marriage in Islam, namely to continue the offspring and human population, as in the words of the QS. An-Nahl:72 and Hadith Abu Dawud 2050.]]>

<![CDATA[. The research uses qualitative research with qualitative descriptive approach. The object of this research in SDN Mojowarno 1 jombang district. Data collection thrugh observation techniques, interviews, and documentation techniques. Data analysis techniques are carried out thrugh data reduction stages, display or presentation of data and drawing conclusions. To test the validity of the data using the credibility test, extending the observation and increasing the accuracy of the research.The extracurricular dance activities at SDN Mojowarno 1 primary school are most superior extracurricular activities. And there is also an activity called P5 title. Students who take part in extracurricular dance are presented in the P5 title activity, where they are presented they usually wear dance costumes or simple costumes. After the performance, the students become very optimistic. Extracurriculars of dance at SDN Mojowarno 1 primary school often participates in competitions at the district level. Even as a repsentative and directly appointed by sub-district. Have also won 1 st place from the sub district and 3 rd place from the district.The result showed that the characters of students who take part in dance extracurricular activities have different characters. At the beginning of participating in extracurricular dance activities, there are students who are not confident to display their abilities in public. However, after participating in training every day, students’ self-confidence appears in an confident attitude, has high enthusiasm, has independence and an attitude of responsibility.]]>

<![CDATA[This research is motivated by many students at SDN Mojowarno 1 whose positive social attitudes are reduced, because parents work until late afternoon and students have no one to monitor. The government decided to run a Full Day School system, which is a full-day school, so that students' social attitudes can be monitored by teachers at school and when they come home from school can be directly monitored by parents. This approach used in this research is a qualitative approach, meaning that researchers will look at the phenomena that occur in schools and conduct interviews with several teachers related to students' positive social attitudes. In this study, researchers used a qualitative descriptive form of research. The results of this study indicate that the positive social attitudes of students at SDN Mojowarno 1 Jombang Regency are: students' positive social attitudes are reduced towards friends and teachers and obstacles in positive social attitudes, namely sometimes students do not listen to teacher advice and repeat these negative attitudes, so teachers are required to be more creative in giving advice and consequences to students when they make mistakes.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this research is to find out how media is implemented on student responses in developing creative picture card media at SDN Dukuh Pundong 2 Jombang. The method used in the research is the RnD method which is usually used in development methods, but this research focuses on the Barg and Gall theory which has been modified by Sugiyono (2010). The subjects used in this research were fourth grade students at SDN Dukuh Pundong 2 Jombang, where there were 20 students in one class. Then the data collection instruments used in this research were observation, interviews, documentation and questionnaire sheets. This research also found several results where the learning process carried out at SDN Dukuh Pundong 2 Jombang still used the lecture method and the media used was still very minimal. Meanwhile, the obstacles that occur at this school during the learning process are that students are still not directly required to be more active, students do direct practice with media, there is no media used that is related to P5 learning and students at SDN Dukuh Pundong 2 Jombang are not enthusiastic when in class. especially in science learning regarding the topic of energy transformation around us.]]>

<![CDATA[This research is a quantitative research which aims to find out how the influence of capital intensity, size of firm, and liquidity on tax aggressiveness in various property and real estate listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2020-2023. This study uses secondary data obtained through accessing the site www.idx.co.id. Determination of the sample was done by using purposive sampling over a period of 4 years of consecutive observations with a total sample of 40 samples from 10 property dan real estate companies listed on the IDX during 2020-2023. This research data using SPSS version 21 with descriptive statistical test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis test. The research result concluded as follows:Capital intensity (CIR) had a positive effect on tax aggressiveness, Firm size (SIZE) had a positive effect on tax aggressiveness, Liquidity (Current Ratio) had a positive effect on tax aggressiveness, Capital intensity (CIR), firm size (SIZE), liquidity (Current Ratio) had a positive effect on tax aggressiveness.]]>
