Abstract

The study aims to determine the impact of the existence of PT Eisindo on the economy of coastel communities in Waijarang Village, Nubatukan District, Lembata Regency. Data collection methods used are interview, questionnaires, observation, and documentation. The analytical tool used a qualitative descriptive analysisto determine the impact of the existence of PT Eisindo on the economy of coastal communities in Waijarang Village, Nubatukan District, Lembata Regency. Theresults indicate that PT Eisindo is a fish processing factory built by the local government and village government whose management is carried out by the village community. PT. Eisindo has contributed greatly to the economy of the Waijarang Village community through three indicators, namely, income, employment and business opportunities. This can be seen from the positive impact felt by the people of Waijarang Village with the existence of PT. Eisindo, such as the provision of job vacancies, increasing income, and the community being able to open businesses that can increase the income of the people in Waijarang Village.

Abstract

This study aims (1) to determine the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats in the strategy of developing tourism potential as a tourist attraction in Pulau Ende District (2) to determine the strategy for developing tourism potential as a tourist attraction in Pulau Ende District. This study uses qualitative research methods. In order to achieve the objectives of this study, the authors use the SWOT analysis method. SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats) is an analysis method of the internal factor analysis summary (IFAS), external factor analysis summary (IFAS) and the SWOT matrix. Based on the results of IFAS factor analysis and EFAS factor analysis, the following values were obtained: strengths (3.59), weaknesses (-1.85), opportunities (3.00), threats (-3.22) so that the coordinate points (1.74; -0.22) in quadrant II (Diversification Strategy), A verified strategy is a strategy that faces various threats, but this potential still has internal strength. The strategy that must be implemented is one that uses strength to take advantage of long-term opportunities by means of verified strategies. This indicates that tourism development in the Pulau Ende sub-district faces various threats from outside, although this score still has strength from an internal perspective. Specific strategies that can result from tourism development in Pulau Ende District are increasing the development of tourism strategies, improving around tourism sites, improving tourism promotion, improving and improving facilities and infrastructure for tourist attractions, improving the quality of human resources, and increasing collaboration with various sectors efforts to overcome the lack of budget shortage of funds.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze (1) the level of contribution of each type of regional tax, regional levies, results of separated regional wealth management and other legitimate PAD of Ngada Regency in 2018-2022. (2) the level of effectiveness of each type of regional tax, regional levies, results of separated regional wealth management and other legal PAD against regional original income (PAD) of Ngada Regency in 2018-2022. This study uses a qualitative descriptive analysis method. The data used is financial data from BAPENDA of Ngada Regency in the form of targets and realization of local taxes, regional levies, results of separated regional wealth management and other legal PAD for 2018-2022. The results of this study are: (1) of the four sources of original regional income, only other legitimate PAD contribute very well, while the 3 sources of original regional income have not contributed to regional original income (2) the level of effectiveness 8 local taxes, namely restaurant tax, PJU tax, hotel tax, entertainment tax, advertisement tax, MBLB tax, PBB-P2 and BPHTB. For 5 years 3 local taxes the average effectiveness exceeds 100% with very effective criteria. (3) the level of effectiveness of regional levies is still below 100%. (4) the level of effectiveness of regional wealth management results has been very effective. (5) the level of effectiveness of other legitimate PAD is still below 100%.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of income and parental perceptions of online learning during the COVID-19 pandemic on interest in entering higher education in the district of Central Ende. The type of research used is quantitative and qualitative research with observation data collection techniques and questionnaires. The data analysis technique used classical assumption test and multiple regression analysis. The results showed that there was no significant influence between parental income on interest in entering higher education in Central Ende sub-district and there was a positive and significant influence between parents' perceptions of online learning during the COVID-19 pandemic on interest in entering higher education in Central Ende sub-district.

Abstract

This study aims to find out (1) Does the rice production process affect the price stability of Soa rice in Soa District (2) Does the demand for rice from outside the region affect the price stability of Soa rice (3) Does the availability of Bulog rice entering Soa District affect rice price stability Soa (4) Does riceproduction, demand for rice from outside the region and the availability of rice from the National Logistics Agency affect the price stability of Soa's rice. This research includes causality research using a quantitative approach. The sample in this study were 98 farmers. Data was collected by using a questionnaire that has been tested with classical assumptions. Multiple linear regression is used to test the research hypothesis. The results of this research show that, (1) There is a significant effect of rice production on the price stability of Soa rice with a value of 17.071 (2) There is a significant effect of demand for rice from outside the region on the price stability of Soa rice with a value of 3.493 (3) There is no significant effect on the price stability of Soa rice with a value of -11.323. Thevariables of rice production, demand for rice from outside the region and availability of rice from the National Logistics Agency significantly affect the pricestability variable of Soa rice with a significant value of 0.000<0.05.

Abstract

This study aims to find out (1) What economic sector is the basic sector in Ende and Ngada Regencies (2) What is the government's role in increasing the potential economic base and opportunities for cooperation in Ende and Ngada Regencies. The analytical tool used in this research is Location Questionnaire (LQ) analysis. The data used is secondary data in the form of GRDP values for Ende and Ngada Regencies and East Nusa Tenggara Province GRDP at constant prices in 2010 from 2017-2021. The results showed that there were seven (7) basic sectors in Ende Regency with an LQ > 1, namely the Mining and Quarrying, Wholesale and Retail Trade sectors; Car and Motorcycle Repair, Real Estate, Corporate Services, Government Administration, Defense and Compulsory Social Security, Educational Services and Other Services. Meanwhile, there are eight (8) base sectors in Ngada Regency with LQ > 1, namely Agriculture, Forestry and Fishery, Mining and Quarrying, Processing Industry, Water Procurement, Waste Management, Waste and Recycling, Construction, Financial Services and Insurance, Real Estate, Government Administration, Defense and Compulsory Social Security. Based on the percentage results of the two, Ende Regency has a score of 41.17% and Ngada Regency 47.0% which further strengthens local governments so that they need to cooperate for the two regions.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the factors that affect the nominal rupiah lost in Ende Regency through data sourced from productive workers in Ende Regency. The variabels studied are inflation and public perception, both of which are independent variables. The formulation of the problem from this research is first, (1) how much is the effect of inflation on the nominal rupiah lost in Ende Regency? (2) how is the influence of public perception on the lost rupiah currency in Ende Regency? (3) what are the three factors that are more dominant in influencing the lost rupiah currency in Ende Regency? The analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression analiysis, the data must meet the basic assumptions, namely classical assumption test and hypothesis testing. The results of this study indicate that: First, the inflation variable does not have a positive effect on the nominal rupiah lost in Ende Regency. This is evidenced by the results of the individual significance test (t test). Value tcount>ttable (0,478<1.660). Both public perceptions have test (t test). The value of tcount>ttable (4,023>1,660). The third factor that is more dominant in influencing the nominal value of the lost rupiah in Ende Regency is public perception.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of service quality, price and location on shopping decisions. This study uses the causal associative method and uses aquantitative approach with a sample of 100 people. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire. The analysis technique used is Multiple Linear Regression.The results of this study indicate that the first variable quality of service affects shopping decisions for Alfamart customers, this is evidenced by the results of thesignificance test (t count = 1.987, significance value 0.000 < 0.05 and regression coefficient = 0.112) Both price variables affect shopping decisions for customers.at Alfamart, this is evidenced by the results of the significance test (t count = 3.485, significance value 0.001 < 0.05 and regression coefficient = 0.281) The threelocation variables affect the shopping decision of customers at Alfamart, this is evidenced by the results of the significance test (t count = 2.434, significance value0.001 < 0.05 and regression coefficient = 0.234) and service quality, price and location simultaneously influence shopping decisions for Alfamart customers withsignificance test results (F count = 55,889 with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05)
