<![CDATA[Abstrak: Permasalahan utama mitra adalah petani belum memahami pentingnya manajemen dan kreativitas dalam kegiatan usahatani dan cara menumbuhkannya. Kegiatan ini bertujuan meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan petani terhadap manajemen usahatani dan menumbuhkan kreativitas dalam kegiatan usahatani, serta menyusun rencana anggaran pembiayaan dan pendapatan dalam usahatani kakao. Mitra PkM adalah Kelompok Tani Moko Modhe yang berjumlah 19 orang. Metode yang digunakan adalah penyuluhan dan pelatihan. Evaluasi dilakukan melalui test awal dan test akhir untuk melihat kemampuan dasar peserta dan gambaran daya serap peserta. Kegiatan ini berkontribusi pada meningkatnya pengetahuan dan keterampilan petani tentang manajemen usahatani kakao, pentingnya kreativitas dalam kegiatan usahatani serta pengetahuan dan keterampilan dalam menyususn anggaran pembiayaan dan pendapatan dalam usahatani kakao. Hal ini diketahui dari meningkatnya nilai persentase kemampuan dasar peserta sebesar 13%. Dengan demikian PkM yang dilaksanakan telah berdampak positif pada meningkatnya pengetahuan dan keterampilan petani sehingga mewujudkan masyarakat sejahtera dan terwujudnya visi Pemerintahan Desa Ondorea Barat. Abstract: The main problem with partners is that farmers do not understand the importance of management and creativity in farming activities and how to grow them. This activity aims to improve the knowledge and skills of farmers on farm management and foster creativity in farming activities, as well as to prepare a budget plan for financing and income in cocoa farming. PkM partners are the Moko Modhe Farmers Group, which consists of 19 people. The method used is counseling and training. Evaluation is carried out through a preliminary test and a final test to see the basic abilities of the participants and an overview of the absorption capacity of the participants. This activity contributes to increasing farmers' knowledge and skills about cocoa farming management, the importance of creativity in farming activities as well as knowledge and skills in preparing budgets for financing and income in cocoa farming. This is known from the increase in the percentage value of the basic ability of participants by 13%. Thus the PkM implemented has had a positive impact on increasing the knowledge and skills of farmers so as to create a prosperous society and the realization of the vision of the West Ondorea Village Government.]]>

<![CDATA[ ABSTRACT Analysis of Farmer Satisfaction on Performance Organization of Agriculture Instructor in Ende District of East Nusa Tenggara Province. This study aims to analyze farmers' satisfaction with the performance of agricultural instructor services in Ende District based on the expectations and reality experienced by farmers. This study used 125 farmers as samples. Determination of the sample is done by purposive sampling, where the area sampling technique is used to determine the sample area. Farmer samples are taken randomly using the random number approach in the excel program. This study found that the instructor's ability to utilize the results of research; commitment of extension workers in fulfilling promises; the accuracy of the technology and information media; completeness of technology and information media; the ability of extension agents in using technology and information media, are very important factors in increasing farmer satisfaction with the performance of agricultural extension services in Ende District. This study found that in the preparation of guidelines for instructor services it is also necessary to pay attention to aspects of the characteristics of the region because it will affect the response of farmers to the implementation of agricultural extension.Keywords: satisfaction, performance, farmers, agriculture instructor ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kepuasan petani terhadap kinerja penyelenggaraan penyuluhan pertanian di Kabupaten Ende berdasarkan harapan dan kenyataan yang dialami petani. Penelitian ini menggunakan 125 orang petani sebagai sampel. Penentuan sampel tersebut dilakukan secara purposive sampling, dimana teknik area sampling digunakan untuk penentuan wilayah sampel. Sampel petani diambil secara acak dengan menggunakan pendekatan angka random pada program excel. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa faktor kemampuan penyuluh memanfaatkan hasil riset; komitmen penyuluh dalam memenuhi janji; ketepatan media teknologi dan informasi; kelengkapan media teknologi dan informasi; kemampuan penyuluh dalam menggunakan media teknologi dan informasi, merupakan faktor-faktor yang sangat penting dalam meningkatkan kepuasan petani terhadap kinerja penyelenggaraan penyuluhan pertanian di Kabupaten Ende. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa dalam penyusunan pedoman penyelenggaraan penyuluhan perlu juga memperhatikan aspek karakteristik wilayah karena akan mempengaruhi respon petani terhadap penyelenggaraan penyuluhan pertanian. <![CDATA[Agricultural extension agents play an important role in the implementation of agricultural extension activities. The success of agricultural extension activities will be seen in the behavior of farmers, where there is an increase in farmers' knowledge, attitudes and skills. This study aims to determine the role of the implementation of agricultural extension in shaping farmer behavior. The analytical tool used is descriptive statistics, which begin with weighting and then score using a Likert scale. In order to increase the measurement from the ordinal scale to the interval scale, the Method Successive Interval was used. 150 farmers were sampled in this study and spread across ten sub-districts out of eighteen sub-districts in Ende District. The results showed that the implementation of agricultural extension had a significant role in shaping farmer behavior consisting of knowledge, attitudes and skills. The components that need to be improved by farmers are cultivation knowledge, technical, managerial skills, and business partnerships, so that good extension knowledge is needed about the characteristics of the production area, the availability of facilities and infrastructure, building partnerships and mutual trust among farmers, extension workers, academics and the businessmen.]]>

<![CDATA[Latar belakang penelitian ini adalah kesiapan dosen sebagai pendamping kegiatan MBKM sangat diperlukan guna menghasilkan output yang sesuai kebutuhan masyarakat dan dunia usaha. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui persepsi dosen Universitas Flores tentang MBKM. Metode yang digunakan adalah survey. Responden adalh para dosen yang berjumlah 184 orang. Data dikumpulkan melalui pengisian kuesioner pada link yang dibagikan. Data yang dikumpulkan kemudian dianalisis dengan menggunakan statistik deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Dosen memperoleh informasi MBKM dari berbagai sumber sehingga memiliki pengetahuan tentang MBKM. Pengetahuan tentang MBKM menjadi tidak utuh karena belum semua dosen terlibat dalam MBKM, baik sebagai pendamping, penyusun dokumen maupun rapat-rapat terkait MBKM di tingkat Program Studi, Fakultas dan Universitas. Sejak adanya MBKM dosen Universitas Flores juga terlibat pada kegiatan seperti KKN Tematik, Magang, Praktek Kerja Nyata, dan Pengabdian Masyarakat bersama maahasiswa. Dosen Universitas Flores akan merekomendasikan mahasiswanya mengikuti MBKM karena dapat meningkatkan softskill dan hardskill mahasiswa, dan Dosen bersedia menjadi pembimbing / pendamping dan siap meningkatkan kompetensi dirinya. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa dosen Universitas Flores mendukung pelaksanaan MBKM di Universitas Flores dan akan selalu meningkatkan kompetensinya agar menajdi pendamping yang baik bagi mahasiswa.]]>

<![CDATA[Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengukur persepsi Tenaga Kependidikan tentang Kebijakan Merdeka Belajar-Kampus Merdeka di Universitas Flores. Survei dilakukan terhadap 118 Tenaga Kependidikan, menggunakan instrumen pada aplikasi SPADA Dikti. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hanya 13% Tenaga Kependidikan Universitas Flores mengetahui kebijakan MBKM secara keseluruhan dan mengetahui kebijakan MBKM melalui media masa sebesar 21%. Pemahaman Implementasi tentang MBKM masih rendah yaitu 18%, bersedia ikut berpartisipasi secara penuh 24% dan 29% merasa puas dan ingin lebih jauh berpartisipasi. Hasil survei menujukkan bahwa MBKM akan meningkatkan soff skill dan hard skill mahasiswa dengan sangat baik sebesar 13% dan peningkatan dengan sangat baik bagi dosen sebesar 47%. Hasil survei menunjukkan 52% Tenaga Kependidkan mengetahui adanya pedoman MBKM di level Universitas dan menyatakan manfaat implementasi MBKM dalam pemenuhan CPL sebesar 63%. Perbandingan signifikan peningkatan kualitas lulusan menghadapi dunia paska kampus sebelum MBKM hasil survei menunjukkan 10% menyatakan bahwa ada peningkatan dengan sangat baik terhadap kualitas lulusan dan 81% Tendik merekomendasikan agar program MBKM diikuti mahasiswa Universitas Flores.]]>

<![CDATA[Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur pemahaman dan pengetahuan mahasiswa pada program studi manajemen Universitas Flores tentang Kebijakan Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka. Data responden diperoleh secara keseluruhan dari Jumlah Mahasiswa Prgram Studi Manajemen Universitas Flores sebanyak 456 orang. Hasil penelitian menunjukan pemahaman Mahasiswa Program Studi Manajemen hanya mengetahui sedikit tentang Kebijakan Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka (MBKM) atau sebesar 56,9 persen dengan sumber informasi yang diperoleh 28 persen dari media massa. Kegiatan pembelajaran yang diluar program studi yang paling dominan dipilih oleh mahasiswa manajemen adalah magang atau praktik kerja sebesar 44,08 persen, dan mahasiswa yang menyatakan kesiapan mengikuti Kebijakan Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka (MBKM) sebesar 63,6 persen. Hasil survey juga menunjukan mahasiswa merasa kegiatan MBKM dalam pengembangan kompentensi/keterampilan sebagai bekal bekerja setelah lulus 69 persen. Mahasiswa juga merasa tertarik program MBKM yang diadakan oleh Direktorat Jenderal Pendidikan Tinggi, Riset, dan Teknologi 67,54 persen dan merekomendasikan program sebesar 65,57 persen. Dampak Peneltian ini menunjukan bahwa mahasiswa menjadi lebih fleksibel tehadap proses perkuliahan, pengalaman bersama masyarakat dan bekal untuk pekerjaan setelah lulus kuliah.]]>

<![CDATA[The implementation of community service activities in Watusipi Village was motivated by decreased community income during the pandemic period and the absence of creative efforts by the community to utilize the potential of human and natural resources in the village. It is hoped that the implementation of the KKN Mandiri for a month will provide assistance and build togetherness with village officials and the community to build creative business opportunities that can be done to improve the economic life of the community. One of the superior products of Watusipi village is coconut, so this service activity will be divided into two sub-activities, namely assistance in making coconut chips and assistance in marketing of coconut chips products. This assistance was carried out for three weeks with the target being mothers who are members of the Dasawisma. In the fourth week a survey was conducted to determine the market response to coconut chips products. The achievement of this mentoring activity is quite good because of the active involvement of the participants and the full support of the Village Government, and also from BUMDes, is a seller coconut chip.]]>

<![CDATA[Borani Village, Bajawa District, Ngada Regency is a village that has a population of 1,136 people, with the livelihood of most of the people being farmers. Borani village also has a variety of potential natural resources that are quite potential to be developed such as banana plants. Banana plant is a plant from the gardens of the people of Borani Village which is quite potential but until now it has not been developed properly to increase the income of the village community. The people of Borani Village have not made good use of the banana plant because the banana midrib has not been processed into food because it is only used as fodder for livestock. People only know that bananas are used as snacks or sold in logs, and the leaves are used for wrapping containers for making cakes and so on. Based on this situation analysis, the service activities of lecturers and students took the initiative to provide innovative training on the use of Banana Trunks into Banana Trunk Chips (Bapis Chips) so that the utilization of banana stems that had no economic value so far could be increased through innovation in the manufacture and processing of Banana stems into Chips. Bapis as a snack food for children and adults. The innovation of making Bapis chips will provide added value economically for the Borani village community, Bajawa sub-district. The materials and tools used for making bapis chips are easy to obtain and the manufacturing process is very easy and can be done individually or in groups. The training activities for making Bapis Chips went smoothly and there was involvement and activity of the target group during the training activities. This training activity is one of the entrepreneurial activities for the people of Borani Village, Bajawa District,Ngada Regency and is expected to increase the income of the community.]]>

<![CDATA[This study discusses the Independent Learning Policy of the Independent Campus at the Indonesian Language and Literature Education study program at the University of Flores. Respondent data was obtained as a whole (Sample Saturated) from the number of students of the Indonesian Language and Literature Education study program at the University of Flores as many as 117 people, using qualitative descriptive research methods. The results showed that the understanding of Indonesian Language and Literature Education Study Program students only knew a little about the Independent Campus Independent Learning Policy (MBKM) of 66.96 percent with 59.05 percent of information sources obtained from online/offline socialization activities organized by the Ministry of Education and Culture. Learning activities outside of the study program that are most dominantly chosen by Indonesian Language and Literature Education students are Village Building or Thematic Real Work Lectures (KKNT) and Student Exchanges of 38.10 percent, and students who declare readiness to participate in the Independent Learning Campus Policy (MBKM) by 90.48 percent. The survey results also show that students feel that MBKM activities in developing competence/skills as a provision for work after graduation are 88.57 percent. Students also feel interested in the MBKM program held by the Directorate General of Higher Education, Research, and Technology 94.29 percent and recommend programs at 94.24 percent. The impact of this research shows that students become more flexible towards the lecture process, experience with the community and provision for work after graduating from college.]]>
