Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dampak keberadaan Bandara Turulelo dalam aspek ekonomi terhadap pendapatan masyarakat lokal. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh warga masyarakat Desa Piga satu Kecamatan So’a yang berjumlah 1.080 orang. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 92 responden. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Teknik analisis data menggunakan regresi linear berganda dengan bantuan aplikasi SPSS. Hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa variabel penyerapan tenaga kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap pendapatan masyarakat lokal, dikarenakan rata-rata penyerapam tenaga kerja di Bandara Turulelo So’a adalah masyarakat Desa Piga satu Kecamatan So’a. Sedangkan variabel peluang bisnis atau usaha berpengaruh positif terhadap pendapatan di masyarakat Desa Piga satu Kecamatan So’a, dikarenakan dalam strategi pemasaran, pemilihan lokasi yang strategis menjadi salah satu faktor besar dalam berbisnis atau membuka usaha.

Abstract

Development in rural areas has become a concern of the central government where in the last decade, the government has disbursed large funds for each village. This village fund is used for development in the village. For this purpose, the validity of village data is very important for the process of analysis and preparation of programs for village development. The priority of development in the village is the spearhead of public services in Indonesia, where the village is in direct contact with the community. The purpose of this activity is to compile basic community data as an effort to update data in Wolosambi Village, East Lio District, Ende Regency. The activity of compiling the basic data profile of the population of Wolosambi Village, Lio Timur District, Ende Regency was carried out through several stages, namely coordination, data collection, data compilation, data processing, preparation of village basic data profile and product delivery. Based on the results of observations and analysis, a Wolosambi Village Profile is produced which includes a general description of the Wolosambi village profile.

Abstract

There are various kinds of Student Organizations (Ormawa) in every tertiary institution. One of the organizations that researchers will discuss is the Islamic Student Association (HMI). HMI is the oldest student organization in Indonesia. Therefore, HMI must contribute to the nation's next generation, especially in the conditions of an all-sophisticated era or an era of disruption, where knowledge is a basic need. The purpose of this study is to explain the role of student organizations in the Disruptive Current cycle. The research method used is qualitative. Primary data comes from observation, interviews and documentation. The results of the research reveal the role of student organizations as institutions that help raise a generation of professionals. HMI Komisariat Fitrah takes on the role of The Second University. With the Changemaker Hub pattern, it can respond to today's challenges and give birth to a generation of professional intellectuals.

Abstract

Researchers want to know if employee welfare initiatives affect how productive employees are at work. The population for this study, which has 300 executive workers working in one of the branches of one regional bank in Indonesia, was sampled using a combination of convenience sampling and quota sampling approaches. With the use of SPSS for Windows 25.0, questionnaires and scales were used to gather data, which was then processed using basic linear regression analysis. The findings demonstrated that there is a substantial relationship between employee welfare programs and employee productivity, with the t value being significantly higher than the t table value and the significance value of 0.00 being lower than 0.05. Employee welfare initiatives impact job productivity by 50%.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menggali eksplorasi strategi inovasi bisnis yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan daya saing dan mendorong pertumbuhan Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) di era digital di Indonesia. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, studi ini berfokus pada pemahaman tentang tantangan yang dihadapi UMKM, adopsi teknologi digital, dan strategi inovatif yang mereka terapkan. Melalui analisis tematik dari wawancara semi-terstruktur dengan pemilik, manajer, dan pakar industri UMKM, penelitian ini mengungkap berbagai dimensi inovasi digital. Temuan-temuan ini menyoroti peran penting e-commerce, pengambilan keputusan berbasis data, kolaborasi, dan peningkatan pengalaman pelanggan dalam meningkatkan daya saing dan pertumbuhan. Implikasinya meluas ke UMKM yang mencari strategi yang efektif, pembuat kebijakan yang membentuk lingkungan yang kondusif, dan para peneliti yang memperdalam wawasan mereka ke dalam interaksi dinamis antara inovasi dan digitalisasi.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how the community's perception of the Pasar Baru Bobou location. This research is a qualitative descriptive study, which explains or describes the results of the research based on the data obtained from the research results. The population in this study are people in 7 sub-districts, and traders who sell in the market. The sampling technique used purposive sampling method, namely the community and traders as market users. The population in this study amounted to 179 people consisting of 140 people and 39 traders. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire or questionnaire which contains statements and summarized in tables and graphs and explains them according to the results of the interview. The results of this study indicate that the relocation of the Bajawa Inpres Market to Pasar Baru Bobou resulted in many community complaints. In general, the results of research in 7 urban villages describe the community as agreeing with the market relocation. However, the community complained about the cost of transportation to the Bobou market. They said that the transportation costs were very expensive, up 100-200% from usual. Meanwhile, for traders, they complained about the availability of water in the market. Therefore, the recommendation given to the government regarding public complaints is that the government needs to provide free vehicles for the community, at least free vehicles in the city as transportation to the market if government funds allow. Meanwhile, for traders, the government must pay more attention to the availability of water in the market.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pendapatan asli daerah (PAD) terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi di Kabupaten Nagekeo Tahun 2014-2018 melalui data yang bersumber dari Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) Kabupaten Nagekeo dengan perhitungan menggunakan program SPSS 21. Teknik analisis yang digunakan regresi linear model semilog. Untuk menghitung persamaan regresi linear model semilog data harus memenuhi uji asumsi dasar yaitu melalui uji asumsi klasik dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pertama variabel pajak daerah berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi di Kabupaten Nagekeo Tahun 2014-2018. Hal ini dibuktikan dari hasil uji signifikansi parametik individu (uji t). Nilai t-hitung > t-tabel, (3,065 > 2,262). Kedua retribusi daerah berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi dengan nilai t-hitung > t-tabel (5,422 > 2,262). Ketiga hasil pengelolaan kekayaan daerah yang dipisahkan tidak berpengaruh dan signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi dengan nilai t-hitung < t-tabel (0,696 < 2,262). Keempat pendapatan lain lain yang disahkan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi dengan nilai t-hitung > t-tabel (4,329 > 2,262). Uji f diperoleh nilai f-hitung > f-tabel (785,492 > 2,262). Berarti bahwa pajak daerah, retribusi daerah, hasil pengelolaan kekayaan daerah yang di pisahkan dan pendapatan lain-lain yang disahkan secara bersama-sama (serempak) berpengaruh nyata terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi di Kabupaten Nagekeo Tahun 2014-2018. Penerimaan dari sektor pajak daerah, retribusi daerah, hasil pengelolaan kekayaan daerah yang dipisahkan dan pendapatan lain-lain yang disahkan sebaiknya ditingkatkan lagi dengan cara lebih menggali sumber penerimaan dari sektor pajak daerah, retribusi daerah, hasil pengelolaan kekayaan daerah yang dipisahkan dan pendapatan lain-lain yang disahkan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk Untuk mengetahui konsistensi antara perencanaan anggaran Perencanaan Pembangunan dengan realisasi yang ditetapkan di Kabupaten Nagekeo tahun 2015-2019. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif Kuantitatif dan Kualitatif dengan menggunakan alat analisis triangulasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa, perencanaan pembangunan di Kabupaten Nagekeo pada tingkat Musrenbang dengan anggaran yang telah diusulkan maupun yang telah ditetapkan/disepakatisesuai hasil olah data Perhitungan Tingkat Konsistensi per Kecamatan di Kabupaten Nagekeo yaitu Konsisten dengan kategori Baik yaitu tingkat konsistensinya 70,0% dan Sangat Baik yaitu tingkat konsistensinya 100,0% dilihat dari keadaan di lapangan. Konsistendan tidak konsisten terjadi karena adanya relasi kepentingan antar semua aktor dari proses perencanaan sampai pada penganggaran dengan mempunyai tujuan utama yang sama dalam mencapai visi misi daerah.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan 1) mengetahui sektor-sektor apa saja yang menjadi sektor ekonomi potensial, 2) mengetahui struktur perekonomian, 3) mengetahui sektor-sektor ekonomi apa saja yang ada di Kabupaten Ende tahun 2014-2019 yang memiliki daya saing. Metode dalam penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif, alat analisis LQ dan Shiftshare. Hasil penelitian 1) hasil analisis LQ yang menjadi sektor unggulan di Kabupaten Ende Provinsi NTT pada tahun 2014-2019 dengan kriteria LQ > 1, adalah sektor jasa perusahaan sebesar 1,50, diikuti oleh grosir dan sektor perdagangan eceran dan reparasi mobil dan sepeda motor sebesar 1,43, sektor Transportasi dan Pergudangan sebesar 1,27, sektor Real Estate sebesar 1,18, sektor Manufaktur sebesar 1,16, sektor Jasa Lainnya sebesar 1,13, Penyediaan Air Minum, Pengelolaan Sampah sebesar 1,10, Pengolahan Limbah Sektor konstruksi 1,03, dan sektor Pertambangan dan Penggalian 1,02. 2) hasil analisis Shift Share di Kabupaten Ende Provinsi NTT Tahun 2014-2019, sektor yang memiliki pertumbuhan rendah dan daya saing tertinggi dengan nilai Cij positif adalah sektor Industri Manufaktur sebesar 36,08, sektor Listrik dan Pengadaan Gas Bumi sebesar 7,58, sektor Penyediaan Air, sektor Pengelolaan Sampah, Limbah dan Daur Ulang sebesar 1,68, sektor Konstruksi sebesar 10,02, Sektor Perdagangan Besar dan Eceran; Reparasi Mobil dan Sepeda Motor sebesar 344,27, Sektor Transportasi dan Pergudangan sebesar 186,64, sektor Akomodasi dan Penyediaan Makanan dan Minuman sebesar 41,90, Sektor Informasi dan Komunikasi sebesar 4,184, dan Insuransi sebesar 16,2, dan Jasa Keuangan sebesar 228,16, Sektor Jasa sebesar 2,37, Sektor Administrasi Pemerintahan, Pertahanan dan Jamsostek sebesar 374,79, Sektor Jasa Pendidikan sebesar 53321,61, Sektor Jasa Kesehatan dan Kemasyarakatan sebesar 12,60 dan Sektor Jasa lainnya sebesar 10,50. Yang tergolong sektor unggulan yang didominasi oleh sektor jasa, menunjukkan bahwa telah terjadi pergeseran struktur perekonomian di Kabupaten Ende pada periode 2014-2019 dari sektor primer ke sektor tersier, hal ini disebabkan oleh kemajuan zaman dan keterbukaan teknologi transportasi dan komunikasi.

Abstract

Watuneso Subdistrict has great potential in developing an economy based on local resources, especially candlenuts. Candlenut is a superior commodity and is one of the sources of livelihood for the people of Watuneso Village. However, the people of Watuneso Village do not yet know how to process candlenuts further, which can increase the selling price of these candlenuts. This service is carried out to increase community empowerment efforts through training in processing candlenuts into candlenut oil, which has many benefits and to improve the economy of the Watuneso community through optimizing the local potential of candlenuts. It is hoped that this diversification activity in processed candlenut products will improve the economy, considering that the price of candlenut oil on the market is quite high. The training process includes theory and direct practice and involves active community participation. The results show that the training is effective in increasing people's knowledge, skills and motivation. Apart from that, candlenut oil production has the potential to increase the economic income of the community in Watuneso Village.
