Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the leading sectors in Malinau Regency, North Kalimantan Province. Type of quantitative descriptive research. The data used is secondary data obtained from the Malinau Regency Central Statistics Agency. The data uses Gross Regional Domestic Product Based on Constant Prices for Malinau Regency from 2019 to 2023. The analysis uses LQ, Shift Share and Klassen Typology. The research results show that the leading sectors of Malinau Regency include the mining and quarrying sector, the water supply; sewerage, waste management, remediation activities sector, the construction sector, the accommodation and food service activities sector, and the public administration and defence and compulsory social security sectors. Klassen Typology Analysis shows that the sectors that are in the advanced and rapidly growing category are the mining and quarrying sector, the water supply; sewerage, waste management, remediation activities sector, the construction sector, the accommodation and food service activities sector, and the public administration, and defence and compulsory security sectors. Shift Share analysis shows that the total positive net shift value (Dij) indicates economic progress and economic growth in Malinau Regency. This means that the mining and quarrying sector has the highest contribution compared to other economic sectors.

Abstract

Managing finances is a reality that must be faced by every human being in everyday life, where one must manage finances properly in order to balance income and expenses, be able to meet life's needs and not get caught in financial difficulties. Therefore, financial intelligence is something that needs to be considered in a modern life like today. the case study in this research is krezi tempeh chips. In determining the selling price of Krezi Tempe Chips, careful calculations need to be made. This includes calculating the production cost per unit, adding the desired profit margin, considering market prices and demand, and taking into account factors such as consumer purchasing power and marketing strategies. With this approach, the selling price can be determined competitively and profitably for the business. Overall, good financial management and careful business analysis are key to the success of Krezi Tempe Chips. By integrating knowledge of financial management, business analysis, and marketing strategies, the business can grow and better compete in the market.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the income of oil palm farmers in Lubok Buat Village, Sembakung Atulai District, Nunukan Regency. This research is a quantitative approach using a sample method, namely purposive sampling. The data in this study used primary data from 30 samples with data analysis using the net profit analysis method from the sale of production after deducting the total costs incurred. From the results of the study obtained the average total revenue is Rp. 2,205,814.- / Ha / Monthly or amounting to Rp. 26,469,767, - / Ha / Year with the average total production costs incurred is Rp. 596,556, -/Ha/Bln or amounting to Rp. 7,158,680,-/Ha/Th. So that the average net income of farmers after deducting the total cost of production is Rp. 1,609,257, - / Ha / Monthly or Rp. 19,311,087, - Ha / Year

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the effectiveness criteria of road infrastructure investment and port infrastructure in the formating GRDP in Bulungan Regency. The period used in this research starts from 2017-2021. It was a Time Series of research on transportation infrastructure investment and Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP) in Bulungan Regency, North Kalimantan. The analitycal tool used data used Incremental Capital Output Ratio (ICOR) analysis. Based on the results of the ICOR analysis, the average value ICOR in Bulungan Regency for road infrastructure investment using the transportation sector GRDP at current prices is 7.18 and 0.28 for port infrastructure investment. This shows that investment in road infrastructure is not effective and investment in port infrastructure investment. It showed that road infrastructure investment was no effective, and port infrastructure investment was effective in the formation of GRDP off the transportation sector in Bulungan Regency. Then the average value of ICOR in Bulungan Regency for road infrastructure investment using the GRDP of the transportation sector at constant prices is 0.02 and 0.06 for port infrastructure investment. It showed that road infrastructure investment and port infrastructure investment were effective in forming the GRDP of the transportation sector in Bulungan Regency. For road and port infrastructure investment using GRDP at current prices, the average ICOR value is 27.09 and 1.70, meaning that to increase 1 unit of output, it requires additional capital of Rp. 27.09 for road infrastructure investment and Rp. 1.70 port infrastructure investment. It showed that road investment infrastructure investment was not effective and port infrastructure was effective in the formation of the GRDP of Bulungan Regency. Then for road and port infrastructure investment using GRDP at constant prices, the average ICOR value is -102.93 and -1.65. It indicated that the possibility of investment that occurred in 2020 has not produced output optimally, or it could be said that the investment invested has not been/was not effective in formation of GRDP of Bulungan Regency.

Abstract

The development of telecommunications technology in the last few decades has had a significant impact on various sectors, including the banking sector. One area undergoing major transformation is Islamic banking, where telecommunications technology plays an important role in driving network and service innovation. This article aims to explore the role of telecommunications technology in encouraging Islamic banking network innovation. By analyzing various aspects, from technology implementation to its impact on customer satisfaction, it is hoped that it can provide a clearer picture of how telecommunications technology contributes to the growth and sustainability of sharia banking in this digital era. This research concludes that overall, telecommunications technology plays a vital role in encouraging innovation in Islamic banking networks in Indonesia. By increasing operational efficiency, expanding access to services, and creating a better customer experience, Islamic banks can compete effectively in this digital era. For this reason, it is important for Islamic banks to continue to adapt to technological developments and meet market demands in order to provide the best service to the community
