Abstract

Art is something that cannot be separated from human life, as well as the art of calligraphy. Calligraphy is the most interesting art in the Islamic world. This is because the magnificence that is created does not eliminate the value of monotheism in Allah Swt, because it is guided by the Al-Quran. It is this foundation that makes The Researcher want to examine this discussion. The magnitude of the influence of calligraphy brings and guides Researchers to examine this discussion with a qualitative method. The technique used is literature study data collection based on relevant references. The purpose of this study is to find out how the art of calligraphy is reviewed in Islamic education, so based on the research obtained it is stated that the art of calligraphy is very influential in Islamic education, and the form of its application can increase moral values ​​in oneself.

Abstract

Islamic calligraphy art is one of the works of art that has its own beauty characteristics so that it has a high selling value. At this time, many institutions or special places are deliberately built to foster a person's talent interest in calligraphy art and become a center for selling calligraphy tools or even calligraphy artwork itself, one of which is the An-Nida Calligraphy House. This research aims to find out how the development of the calligraphy business according to economics at An-Nida Calligraphy House since its inception until now. The method used in this research is a qualitative method, through literature review and interviews as data collection techniques, while the data analysis technique used is descriptive statistics. The results of this study indicate that the development of the calligraphy business at the Calligraphy House, which was built in 2017, has increased every year, and the variety of goods traded is increasingly diverse. This is evidenced by the increase in consumers and the progress of the construction of the Calligraphy House from year to year.

Abstract

Calligraphy is a well-known art in the Islamic world, so as Muslims, we must know what calligraphy. Calligraphy is also an art that has developed widely, especially in Islamic educational institutions. Calligraphy is also one of the arts that are in great demand, especially among those who has art and skills. Calligraphy is studied in various educational institutions but the calligraphy learning system between them has differences. The purpose of this research is to find out the calligraphy learning system in traditional boarding school. This research uses a literature study method and a type of qualitative method by conducting a field research approach. Data collection and analysis using interview techniques, researchers conducted interviews with several sources. The results showed that the calligraphy learning system in traditional boarding school is obligatory and some make it extracurricular, for those who require it, the learning system is held once a week, with the teacher system explaining in front of the class then the students do trials and practice.

Abstract

Calligraphy is a part of Islamic art related to writing. Because it is known as Islamic art, it is important to regenerate calligraphy to the Islamic generation. Calligraphy is usually subject that must be studied by students in Islamic education. However, the calligraphy learning system in each Islamic educational institution must be different. The purpose of this research is to find out the calligraphy learning system at Ar-Raudlatul Hasanah Islamic Boarding School in Medan, North Sumatra. This research is qualitative research with a field research approach and literature study. The data collection and analysis used interview techniques, where the researcher conducted interviews related to the discussion to several sources. The results showed that calligraphy learning at Ar-Raudlatul Hasanah Islamic Boarding School uses a system with the Ustadz or Ustadzah wrote examples of letters or sentences on the whiteboard, explained how to write and the rules. After that, the students practiced it directly in khat book provided by the pesantren.

Abstract

This journal discusses the Importance of Understanding the Interpretation of Mutasyabih Verses to Prevent Wahabiyah Understandings at MTs Al-Fauzi Cinta Rakyat with the aim of analyzing how important understanding the meaning of mutasyabih verses is and what effect they have on education. This type of research is Qualitative Research with a descriptive data presentation model and the research instruments are observations and interviews with the principal, deputy principal and several students. Al-Quran consists of two types of verses, namely muhkam verses whose meaning is clear and mutasyabih verses whose meaning is not clear so this makes the scholars have two views, namely the salaf scholars and khalaf scholars, there are scholars who support takwil on verses mutasyabih (ulama' khalaf) and there are also ulama' who reject the existence of takwil on mutasyabih verses (ulama' salaf). Lately there have been many wahabiyah teachings spreading in the name of themselves as salafi and saying that Allah resides in the Throne. The results of this study found that understanding the interpretation of the meaning of mutasyabih verses is very important in the world of education in order to prevent Wahhabism and errors in belief.
