Abstract

Communities often experience and have the potential for problems regarding fraudulent investments, even though the Government of the Republic of Indonesia has made a policy that is set forth in a regulation or legislation needed to anticipate that the community will avoid the trap of fraudulent investment but until now there are still many people who being a victim of fraudulent investment, this is proof that there is still a lack of public legal awareness in anticipating fraudulent investment traps and a lack of knowledge about how to invest in accordance with the provisions of the laws and regulations that apply in Indonesia.Given the lack of legal awareness in the community about the importance of this matter, it is necessary to provide legal counseling and provide education to the community, especially residents of Sumberagung Village, Plumpang District, Tuban Regency to be able to understand every provision and/or statutory regulation related to investment and investment as an effort to increase legal awareness in anticipating and avoiding fraudulent investment traps and how to deal with them.Community Service Activities (PPM) are carried out by conducting legal counseling and/or providing education through the lecture method. The lecture method is used to explain laws and regulations related to investment and investment as a means of preventing and overcoming fraudulent investments that can harm society financially.Community service activities as a whole can be said to be good and successful, seen from the success of the target number of training participants (100%), the achievement of training objectives (75%), the achievement of planned material targets (80%), and the participants' ability to master the material ( 75%).

Abstract

The waste generated by people's daily activities consists of organic and non-organic waste. Nearly 70% of the waste that is disposed of in landfills is organic waste, which causes an unpleasant odor and the decomposition of this organic waste can produce methane gas which is the cause of global warming. Mojotengah Village, Menganti District has potential in environmental cleanliness with the existence of a waste bank institution with the name "BS Bumi Lestari" and environmental cadres totaling 2 people per RT, but the waste bank only processes inorganic waste while organic waste still has no processing. Household organic waste will be disposed of in the TPA and will become a burden at the TPA later. Household waste can also cause environmental damage and pollution such as floods which can have a negative impact on public health. Some diseases that can be caused by this waste are diarrheal disease, dengue fever, typhus, cholera, fungal diseases, and intestinal worms. Therefore, this area actually has great potential for the development of eco-enzymes as an effort to utilize organic waste into multipurpose cleaner products, such as cleaning fluids for household furniture, detergents, body cleansers, for water purification and deodorizing, for food preservation, as insecticides and pesticides. The method of activity used is through outreach techniques, counseling, training on the use of organic waste into multipurpose cleaner products, assistance and improvement of village facilities by providing segregated waste bins, organic and inorganic to residents and the surrounding environment in an effort to empower women towards the eco-community concept, so that it has an impact towards improving environmental quality.

Abstract

Maholo Village is one of the villages in East Lore District, Poso Regency, located at an altitude of 1000-1700 meters above sea level. This village is suitable for coffee plantation development activities. However, the development of coffee plants is hampered due to low soil fertility. One way to overcome this problem is by adding organic matter. The addition of organic matter to the soil is known to contribute nutrients that can increase soil fertility, improve the chemical, physical and biological properties of the soil. The lack of public knowledge about this is the goal of conducting counseling activities regarding the benefits of organic materials and their processing technology. The results achieved from this activity are that community service gains knowledge and understanding of the function of organic matter on soil fertility and the community is able to carry out the manufacture and application of organic fertilizers, both independently and in groups.

Abstract

The most superior natural resource in the Ombul community is rice where they apply a rainfed system meaning they make rainwater the main supplier of agricultural land. Of course, this also has risks when the dry season arrives. So, the Ombul village community could not plant rice. The Ombul village community also has Ombul UMKM but the program is not running. This is due to young people who migrate looking for work out of town to make ends meet during the absence of the rainy season. There are other causes that make Ombul UMKM not run well, namely: a.) The economic conditions of the community that encourage parents to prefer their children to migrate rather than continue their education, b) The willingness or thought to produce products such as the use of bamboo trees for the community, especially Ombul UMKM is lacking. Based on the observations of previous PKM proposers in overcoming the above problems, a solution is needed. Here we invite Ombul's MSME partners to hold a program in the form of a "Digital Marketing Workshop" which will be held for 2 days, namely on Wednesday and Thursday, 16-17 February 2023. The program aims to utilize natural resources such as bamboo trees into finished goods. and increase in family income. The Community Service held in the village of Ombul Arosbaya- Bangkalan is expected that the community can think creatively and innovatively in producing a product from natural wealth and know how to market the product.
