Some motorbike service workshops generally do not use information technology, so there are several obstacles found in their business processes. Where the process of recording service data takes quite a long time because the data is still written manually using books, so there is still a lot of data that is still not neatly arranged. When inputting service data there are often errors, so that the service data is no longer accurate. Then checking, updating and searching for spare parts stock takes a long time, because there are no reports of spare parts stock that will run out or have already run out. So if there are consumers who need spare parts, it is often these consumers. The wait was quite long because the company checked manually by checking directly at the warehouse. The Unified Modeling Language design model can make it easier for system developers to design the system that will be created because of its object-oriented nature. This Motorcycle Dealer Service Management Information System can make it easier for workshop admins to process motorbike service data in Motorcycle Workshops. By using this Motorcycle Dealer Service Management Information System, you can save time and simplify admin performance in carrying out motorbike servicing and creating service transaction reports.

The first village located in Sei Meran Village, Pangkalan Susu Subdistrict, with a population of 640 people consisting of 325 men and 315 women. The village experienced clean water scarcity and received assistance in the form of a drilled well, water pump, and water tank from the Langkat Police Chief through the POLRI Cares for the Environment program. This program significantly improved villagers' access to clean water. However, the village administration and the village head found it challenging to monitor and calculate the fair distribution of clean water. This issue was addressed by implementing an Internet of Things (IoT)-based smart water tank system. This automated system incorporates various sensors, including an ultrasonic sensor and a relay module, to control the water pump and fill the water tank. Additionally, a 4x4 keypad allows villagers to enter an access code that activates the solenoid valve and water flow sensor to measure the distributed water volume. The system can be remotely monitored via the Blynk application using internet access. The ESP8266 microcontroller serves as the data center and control unit. The test results show that the ultrasonic sensor has an average accuracy of 98.7% in measuring distance, while the flow meter sensor has an average accuracy of 98.3% in measuring water flow volume. This system can accurately and efficiently monitor water levels and water withdrawal, automating the water resource management process in the tank.

The development of a more sophisticated fan is a necessity. One way to improve fan performance is to add temperature and humidity sensors, so that the fan can rotate automatically according to the desired temperature and humidity. By using the Arduino Nano microcontroller, DHT11 sensor and Motion PIR sensor, the fan can be controlled automatically and can rotate at a speed set according to the temperature and humidity measured by the DHT11 sensor, and can detect whether there are people inside by using the Motion PIR sensor. That way, the fan can work more effectively and efficiently in maintaining coolness and air quality in the room. In addition, the use of microcontrollers, DHT11 sensors, and PIR motion sensors also makes it easier for users to manage fans and maintain temperature and humidity in the room more easily. Therefore, by utilizing the DHT11 sensor and PIR sensor and controlled by the Arduino Nano microcontroller. The test results obtained are the fan will turn on in a temperature condition of 30oc or there are people in the room and the fan will turn off if it does not meet these conditions. With a system like this it will extend the life of the fan and make it practical in turning on and off the fan.

Queues are a common problem in society, queues can occur because the level of service demand is greater than the level of facility capacity to provide services. Jackson network queue is a queue model used to describe a queue system that consists of several interconnected locations or servers, where customers move between locations based on certain rules. Jackson network queue refers to the application of queues to model a service system consisting of several interconnected service stages or locations to increase efficiency and reduce customer waiting time. Data collection was conducted at the Population and Civil Registration Office of Batubara Regency for ten days, the counters studied were the registration counter and the recording counter. The initial queue model was Single Channel-Multi Phase with 1 registration counter and 5 recording counters. The results obtained after applying the Jackson network queue method were that the queue model changed to Multi Channel-Multi Phase by adding workstations and the number of employees at each workstation, for 2 registration workstations, 5 general/regular recording workstations, and 1 special recording workstation for visitors who do not have complete files. The results obtained were that the waiting time for visitors at the registration counter and recording counter was 9 minutes, shorter than before using the Jackson network queue system with a total of 23 minutes. These results can be used as a reference to speed up the waiting time for visitors at the Population and Civil Registration Office of Batubara Regency.
