Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi mempengaruhi sistem kerja dalam instansi-instansi yang memanfaatkan teknologi informasi dalam kelancaran dan kecepatan proses distribusi informasi. Oleh karena itu pengolahan data secara manual dinilai masih belum efektif karena masih bergantung pada arsip yang disusun dilembaran kertas dalam sistem pembayaran pajak kendaraan bermotor. Implementasi teknologi informasi berbasis client server pada Drive Thru dengan barcode untuk pembayaran pajak kendaraan bermotor bertujuan untuk membantu proses pembayaran pajak dan para petugas pajak dalam menjalankan sistem ini. Proses pembayaran pajak kendaraan bermotor menggunakan Surat Tanda Naik Kendaraan (STNK) yang dikeluarkan pihak Kepolisian Republik Indonesia (POLRI) dan Surat Ketetapan Pajak Daerah (SKPD). Penggunaan Barcode dalam sistem ini digunakan untuk kelancaran waktu dalam pembayaran pajak kendaraan bermotor dan meningkatkan pelayanan yang maksimal bagi  masyarakat.

Abstract

Online business has increased during the COVID-19 pandemic, but the emergence of a number of problems, namely reduced material supply, price fluctuations because an item is difficult to distribute and slow delivery due to transportation of goods based on the type of transportation used (Trucks, Trains, Airplanes and Ships). a number of declines due to the COVID-19 virus pandemic, resulting in longer order waiting times. Pick-up and Delivery Issues are variations of Vehicle Routing Issues that appear in many real-world transportation scenarios, such as product delivery and courier services. This work studies the Pickup and Delivery Problem with Time Windows, where goods must be transported from one location to another, with taking into account certain time limits and vehicle capacity. This aims to minimize the number of vehicles used, as well as operational costs for all routes. To solve this problem, a mathematical model in the form of is used Mixed Integer Linear Programming (MILP) from Pickup and Delivery Problems with Time Windows

Abstract

Disaster relief distribution is a very important component in the overall disaster response process. Consideration of limited funds, time pressure and surge of demand that come together increase to the complexity of the distribution process that must be done in a short time. Meanwhile, delays in the delivery of relief can lead to a decrease in the level of safety and welfare of disaster-affected victims. This paper proposes a location routing problem optimization model for disaster relief distribution with a multi-objective approach that minimizes waiting time and total costs. This model can help decision makers to determine the number and location of distribution centers which are opened and optimal vehicle routes.

Abstract

Overcoming existing traffic congestion is something that many people hope for, especially people who are always trapped in these traffic problems. One of the methods used to reduce traffic congestion is the dynamic system approach. This method analyses and simulates the problem by determining the causal variables. The analysis was conducted using a causal loop diagram model which was then simulated with a stock flow diagram model using Ventana Simulation (Vensim) software. The results showed that there was a decrease in the average level of traffic congestion on Jalan Setia Budi with an initial condition of 1.06% to 0.71%. This 32% decrease has an impact on traffic conditions that are busy without any delays in travel time on Jalan Setia Budi.

Abstract

Queues are a common problem in society, queues can occur because the level of service demand is greater than the level of facility capacity to provide services. Jackson network queue is a queue model used to describe a queue system that consists of several interconnected locations or servers, where customers move between locations based on certain rules. Jackson network queue refers to the application of queues to model a service system consisting of several interconnected service stages or locations to increase efficiency and reduce customer waiting time. Data collection was conducted at the Population and Civil Registration Office of Batubara Regency for ten days, the counters studied were the registration counter and the recording counter. The initial queue model was Single Channel-Multi Phase with 1 registration counter and 5 recording counters. The results obtained after applying the Jackson network queue method were that the queue model changed to Multi Channel-Multi Phase by adding workstations and the number of employees at each workstation, for 2 registration workstations, 5 general/regular recording workstations, and 1 special recording workstation for visitors who do not have complete files. The results obtained were that the waiting time for visitors at the registration counter and recording counter was 9 minutes, shorter than before using the Jackson network queue system with a total of 23 minutes. These results can be used as a reference to speed up the waiting time for visitors at the Population and Civil Registration Office of Batubara Regency.

Abstract

Dalam penelitian ini, model ARIMA-GARCH digunakan untuk meramalkan harga saham dan volatilitas, sedangkan Hidden Markov Model (HMM) digunakan untuk mendeteksi tren tersembunyi berdasarkan hasil peramalan tersebut. Data yang digunakan adalah data historis harga saham harian PT Bukit Asam Tbk periode Oktober 2022 hingga Oktober 2023. Dari model ARIMA-GARCH diperoleh model terbaik untuk meramalkan harga saham pembukaan dan penutupan PT Bukit Asam Tbk adalah ARIMA(0,1,1)-GARCH(1,0) dan ARIMA(1,1,0)-GARCH(1,0) dengan persamaan dan . Hasil peramalan ini akan digunakan untuk mengidentifikasi dan meramalkan tren tersembunyi dalam pergerakan harga saham. Berdasarkan hasil analisis Hidden Markov Model (HMM), seluruh hidden state menunjukkan kondisi bearish yang mengindikasikan bahwa pasar secara keseluruhan berada dalam tren penurunan, meskipun terdapat fluktuasi harian pada harga saham. Kata Kunci : ARIMA-GARCH, Hidden Markov Model, Peramalan, Saham, Tren Pasar.

Abstract

The online learning system is still having problems. As a result of the observations of the USU team, several obstacles were felt not only by the teachers at MIN 2 Serdang Bedagai but also by students and parents. The problems that occur are quite diverse. Starting from limited signal, limited devices suitable for online learning, to the lack of technological knowledge of teachers and students on online applications that support the teaching and learning process. There are various online applications available today, such as Google Classroom, Zoom, Google Meet, Youtube, and others. These various online applications play an important role in helping students and teachers in the distance learning process. The USU team conducted training using the online application Google Classroom and Zoom. Google Classroom and Zoom were chosen because they are easier for the teacher to implement, besides that the two online applications facilitate coordination and communication between teachers and students, so that the material being taught can be discussed more easily, more freely and can be updated more quickly. In this community service, Online Learning training was conducted for the Elementary School / Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Level with Various Online Applications at MIN 2 Serdang Bedagai. This community service has reached the implementation stage of training which begins with the initial survey stage, provision of training modules and also training. The next stage is monitoring and evaluation and feedback.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis kajian dari analisis sensitivitas metode VIKOR dan TOPSIS dalam merangkingkan IPM di Indonesia. Adapun data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder yang diperoleh dari laporan Badan Pusat Statistika (BPS) tahun 2022. Kriteria yang digunakan terdiri dari 4 aspek yaitu Pengeluaran riil per kapita, Umur harapan hidup, Rata – rata lama sekolah, Harapan lama sekolah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kedua metode menghasilkan peringkat yang signifikan sama dengan peringkat Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS). Analisis sensitivitas dengan perubahan bobot kriteria sebesar 1%, 25%, dan 50% menunjukkan bahwa metode VIKOR lebih sensitif terhadap perubahan bobot dibandingkan metode TOPSIS. Pada perubahan bobot sebesar 1%, metode VIKOR mengalami perubahan sementara metode TOPSIS menunjukkan stabilitas tinggi tanpa perubahan peringkat. Namun, pada perubahan bobot 25% dan 50% kedua metode menunjukkan sensitivitas yang tinggi. Pengujian tambahan terhadap metode TOPSIS dengan perubahan bobot 3% dan 7% menunjukkan bahwa TOPSIS tetap stabil pada perubahan bobot 3% untuk kriteria Pengeluaran riil per kapita, tetapi mulai menunjukkan perubahan peringkat pada perubahan bobot 7% untuk semua kriteria. Sehingga metode VIKOR lebih cocok digunakan untuk merangkingkan IPM di Indonesia dalam berbagai situasi perubahan bobot, sejalan dengan dinamika IPM yang terus berubah untuk meningkatkan pembangunan manusia di Indonesia. Sementara itu, metode TOPSIS lebih sesuai untuk situasi yang membutuhkan stabilitas pada perubahan bobot kecil tetapi tetap adaptif terhadap perubahan yang lebih besar.

Abstract

Kasus covid-19 sudah menjadi ancaman bagi seluruh dunia termasuk negara Indonesia. Grafik kasus penyebaran covid-19 di Indonesia semakin tidak terkendali sejak awal mula kasus pertama covid-19 di Indonesia. Prediksi kasus konfirmasi harian covid-19 sangat dibutuhkan untuk memutus rantai penyebaran covid-19 dimasa mendatang. Dalam penelitian ini, melalui pendekatan jaringan saraf tiruan menggunakan metode backpropagation dilakukan peramalan kasus konfirmasi harian covid-19 di Indonesia menggunakan data kasus harian sebelumnya dimulai sejak tanggal 02 maret 2020 hingga 18 Februari 2023. Arsitektur dan parameter terbaik dalam proses peramalan ini, diperoleh terdapat 14 neuron pada input layer, 128 neuron pada hidden layer dan 1 neuron pada output layer. Sedangkan nilai-nilai parameter terbaik selama pembelajaran model diperoleh nilai learning rate sebesar 0.001 dan fungsi aktivasi yang digunakan adalah ReLu dalam 1000 epoch pelatihan. Dalam peramalan ini akan diperoleh hasil ramalan dalam periode 14 hari kedepan dengan tingkat keakurasian yang dinilai berdasarkan nilai MAPE terkecil yaitu sebesar 1.16% dan koefisien determinasi sebesar 98%.
