Abstract

Agro-industry is one of the sectors capable of increasing the income of agribusiness actors. The cassava chips business in Gunug Kawi Malang is one of the cassava agro-industries located in Andongsari Village, Ambulu District, Jember Regency. The purpose of this study was to look at internal and external factors in the Gunung Kawi Malang chips business and to see what alternative strategies were suitable for the Gunung Kawi Malang chips business. This study uses the method of Internal Matrix Analysis (IFE) and External Matrix (EFE) to see what factors exist within the company (strengths and weaknesses) or those outside the company (opportunities and threats), Internal External Matrix (IE). how the company works and the SWOT matrix to develop alternative strategies that will be used for the company. From the research results, there are 10 internal factors of the company, while for the external factors of the company there are 10 factors. From the results of the IE matrix, it shows that the business rank of Gunung Kawi Malang cassava chips is in cell V, namely guard and maintain. Abstract

Broilersare a type of superior breed resulting from crosses from types of chickens that have high productivity, especially in producing chicken meat. Jember Regency is the district for the highest broiler production. The purpose of this study was to determine the analysis of the marketing efficiency of broiler chickens (Gallus domesticus) in Sumberjambe District, Jember Regency. This method uses snowball sampling. The results of the analysis that has been carried out through the operational efficiency channel, channel III is said to be the most efficient channel for marketing broiler chickens in Sumberjambe District, Jember Regency by using marketing margin measurement tools, farmer's share, and marketing efficiency analysis. Abstract

Mushroom (Volvariela Volvacea) is one of the horticultural commodities that can be used for food and neutraceuntics, mushroom cultivation has a bright prospect in Indonesia because of the very supportive natural conditions. Jember Regency is one of the districts that has a large amount of horticultural production, especially mushrooms after watermelon, cayenne pepper, long beans, and cabbage. Human resource development in organizations is an integral form of development effort, both concerning human resources as individuals and as a system, as well as organization as a container for human resources to meet the needs of any organization. The strategy for developing a mushroom business uses a strategy (S-O), namely a strategy to: increase the quality and volume of mushroom production by adding more places of production and seeking cooperation with food processing producers. Abstract

ABSTRACT Indonesia is an agricultural country that has abundant natural resources in the form of agricultural products. The food crops sub-sector is one of the agricultural products that has an important role as a supplier of consumption needs. The aims of the research were (1) to know the 4p marketing mix/marketing mix of the “abi” suwar suwir business in Panti Village, Panti District, Jember Regency. (2) To find out the development strategy in the "abi" suwar suwir business in Panti Village, Panti District, Jember Regency. The research method is using Qualitative Descriptive Analysis, and data analysis by observation, interviews and questionnaires. The results of this study indicate that those using the marketing mix4p analysis of the "Abi" suwar suwir business have not fully implemented the marketing mix4p properly. Among other things, in terms of packaging, promotion, and the lack of human resources. The results of the SWOT analysis show that the position of the SWOT matrix diagram is in a positive aggressive strategy, positive in square 1 is obtained from reducing the number of strengths, weaknesses and opportunities and threats, this is a favorable situation. Abstract

Tofu has become a food tradition for Indonesian people and is traded in various variations, shapes, sizes, and names. However, many entrepreneurs do not keep their bookkeeping properly and regularly, making it difficult to manage the finances of the business they run. Based on this, this research aims to analyze income and cost efficiency. Data collection was carried out at the tofu agro-industry in Nogosari Village, Rambipuji District, Jember Regency. The choice of place was carried out deliberately (Purposive Method), with the methods used being descriptive and analytical. The sampling method in this research used the Total Sampling method, namely 13 respondents. The data analysis used is income analysis and RC Ratio analysis. Based on the results of the research and discussion, the following conclusions can be drawn: 1. TR > TC value, so it can be said that the income of the tofu agro-industry in Nogosari Village is profitable. The use of tofu agro-industry production costs in Nogosari Village, Rambipuji District, Jember Regency is efficient. This is indicated by an RCR value ≥ 1, namely 1.49.
