Abstract

This study was motivated by the low level of student engagement in learning at SDN Tebet Barat 08 South Jakarta, as teachers only used textbooks and rarely utilized interactive media. The study aims to develop the Telinggo (Interactive Egg Board game) learning medium for two-dimensional shapes, which is suitable for use based on the results of validity and effectiveness tests. The study employs a research and development method using the Borg and Gall model adapted by Sugiyono, limited to nine stages until the final product revision. The trial was conducted using a one-group pretest-posttest design. The results showed that the Telinggo media had very high validity, with 92% for media experts with very valid criteria, 91.6% for language experts with very valid criteria, and 98% for subject matter experts with very valid criteria. This media is effective in improving learning outcomes with a completion rate of 68% and an N-Gain value of 0.58, categorized as moderate. Therefore, Telinggo is suitable for use as a learning media for two-dimensional shapes in fourth-grade elementary school classrooms.

Abstract

Parking is an activity of placing a vehicle in a certain place for a temporary period, either in a specifically designated area or in a public space, in accordance with applicable regulations. The effective organization of parking services is the responsibility of the regional government through the Parking Unit of the Pekanbaru City Transportation Department. This research aims to evaluate the performance of the Parking Unit of the Transportation Department in organizing parking services, which includes identifying the factors that influence the performance of parking service organization. The research method used in this study is qualitative with a descriptive case study approach. Data and research sources are from the results of interviews, observations, and documentation. The research results show that the performance of the Parking Unit of the Transportation Department in organizing parking services in Pekanbaru City still needs to be improved. The factors that influence this performance include limitations in human resources and budget, lack of supervision, and low public awareness regarding orderly parking. Efforts that can be made are by increasing the capacity of human resources, increasing the budget, maximizing supervision, and increasing effective socialization to the community to improve the performance of parking service organizations in Pekanbaru City.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the adoption process of the Mis D'Lima (Ask for One Get Five) innovation program at the Religious Affairs Office of Tualang District Siak Regency. This program is a form of collaboration between the KUA and the UPTD of the Population and Civil Registration office of Tualang District, which provides five population administration documents after marriage through only one application, namely the marriage book, digital marriage card, marriage guidance certificate, new status KTP, and new Family Card (KK). This research uses qualitative methods with data collection techniques through interviews, observation, and documentation. The results of the study show that the Mis D'Lima (Ask for One Get Five) innovation adoption process follows five stages according to Rogers innovation diffusion theory, namely knowledge, persuasion, decision, implementation, and confirmation. The community responds positively to this program because of its convenience and efficiency, although the level of participation is still relatively low. The main obstacles in the implementation of the program are not optimal socialization to the community and the reliance on manual coordination between institutions, which has an impact on the limited reach and speed of service. Therefore, efforts are needed to increase socialization, strengthen digital coordination, and improve the service system so that this program can be implemented more widely and sustainably.
