Abstract

This study investigates consumer buying behavior in the grocery sector, comparing price preferences, store attributes, and shopping modes at D-Mart and Reliance Smart in Ahmedabad, India. The research examines age-related influences on price perception, promotional offers, online reverse in-store shopping, and trust in payment methods. Using a structured questionnaire and Chi-square tests, findings reveal no significant age impact on price perception or promotional influence but a notable association between age and trust in cash-on-delivery (COD) payment options, especially among older consumers. Store layout and product placement influenced all age groups, emphasizing the importance of an organized environment. The study highlights the need for customized marketing strategies and flexible payment options to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty

Abstract

This study examines the preferences of readers in Ahmedabad city for e-books over physical fiction books, focusing on age as a determining factor. Data collected through a structured survey revealed important insights into how age shapes opinions on these aspects. The findings suggest that e-books are highly preferred for their portability, especially among younger readers, while physical books remain universally preferred for their immersive experience and cultural value. The study highlights the balanced coexistence of physical and digital reading formats, driven by factors beyond age, such as personal habits, accessibility, and cultural sentiments. The findings have implications for publishers, booksellers, and policymakers, emphasizing the need for hybrid strategies that cater to diverse reader preferences. Recommendations include targeted marketing, sustainable practices, and literacy initiatives to support both formats

Abstract

This research analyzes the perceptions of Generation Z in Ahmedabad regarding the role of artificial intelligence (AI) in simplifying business operations. This study adopted a convergent approach using questionnaires for quantitative data and group discussions for qualitative data. The results show that Generation Z views AI as a driver of productivity, customer engagement and business process optimization. Abstract

This study offers a thorough analysis of the consulting services provided by Head Quest HR Solutions LLP, a reputable Ahmedabad-based HR consulting firm. The study's objectives are to investigate the range of services offered, the technologies employed, and how well these services enhance organizational performance. Using a mixed-methods approach, this study integrates qualitative data from semi-structured interviews with important stakeholders with quantitative data from structured customer surveys. Research indicates that Head Quest HR Solutions LLP employs a number of strategies that are tailored to the unique requirements of its customers. These methods improve overall organizational development, talent management, and employee engagement.In addition to offering useful information on HR consulting best practices, this study makes recommendations for enhancing the efficacy and efficiency of consulting services

Abstract

The feasibility study of entrepreneurship in da'wah institutions aims to explore the potential for developing entrepreneurship as a strategy to enhance the competitiveness and sustainability of such institutions. Da'wah institutions, which play a crucial role in spreading religious values, must adapt to the changing times. One way to achieve this is by integrating entrepreneurship while maintaining their religious mission and contributing to the local economy. This study employs a descriptive qualitative method to examine the feasibility of da'wah institutions undertaking entrepreneurial activities amidst the disruptive era. The findings provide critical insights for managers or leaders of da'wah institutions in formulating effective entrepreneurial strategies to remain relevant and positively impact society during rapid change
