Abstract

This research aims to find out about the challenges of fa’wah institutions and changes in human resources that occur in Palembang. The research method using a qualitative approach. Data was collected through literature study and observation. This research was carried out by looking at the Palembang community environment. The results of the research show that the stage of development of human resources in Palembang community da’wah institutions has experienced significant changes from time to time. This changes is influenced by internal and exterbnal factors, such as changes in organizational policies, socio cultural dynamics and sociental demands. Human resources in da’wah institutions have increased in quality and quantity through various training and development programs organized by these institutions. However, there are still several obstacles that hinder the process of developing human resources, such as limited funds and lack of awareness of the importance of self development. Therefore, further efforts are needed to improve the role and quality of human resources in Palembang community da’wah institutions in order to face increasingly relevant challenges in the future.

Abstract

This disruptive era has had the impact of major changes in various fields, including da'wah institutions. Da'wah institutions as religious organizations face the challenge of remaining relevant, effective, and harmonious in conveying moral and spiritual messages to society. In this context, the ethics of innovation and entrepreneurship are key to the adaptation of da'wah institutions, because they can influence people's perceptions of these institutions. This research aims to explore how da'wah institutions apply innovation ethically and how entrepreneurship can support its sustainability in a disruptive era. Using qualitative research methods, this research explores insights from various da'wah institutions through library research based on primary data sources and secondary data to examine the ethics of innovation and entrepreneurship in the context of da'wah institutions. Primary data are journals and books related to secondary data obtained from dictionaries, encyclopedias, and journal reviews. The research results show that ethical innovation and moral entrepreneurship are important factors in maintaining the relevance of da'wah institutions in a disruptive era and the role of ethics in innovation and entrepreneurship in da'wah institutions.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Artikel ini menjelaskan mengenai industri halal dan peran baitul maal wat tamwil serta perkembangannya; strategi dan pengembangan lembaga dakwah yaitu baitul maal wat tamwil pada industri halal. Metode yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus analisis deskriptif dan teknik pengumpulan data secara kepustakaan (library research) dari berbagai literatur, buku maupun informasi lain yang berkaitan dengan topik penelitian. Hasil penelitian ini adalah adanya digitalisasi BMT dengan menyediakan aplikasi sederhana berbasis teknologi dan kolaborasi dengan perusahaan Fintech Syariah guna berperan untuk Indonesia menjadi pusat halal dunia di tahun 2024. Kata Kunci : Industri Halal, Baitul Maal Wat Tamwil, DigitalisasiABSTRACT This article explains the halal industry and the role of baitul maal wat tamwil and its development; strategy and development of da'wah institutions namely baitul maal wat tamwil in the halal industry. Abstract

This research aims to understand the relationship between Human Resource Management and the Performance of Da'wah Organizations (Case Study: Nahdlatul Ulama. The research method uses qualitative research with the type of case study on Nahdlatul Ulama. The technique for obtaining data uses library research. The results of this research are that Nahdlatul Ulama has a good organizational structure, from management levels and a complete management structure. In implementing human resources in the Nahdlatul Ulama organization, it is realized in the form of priority work programs that lead to human resource management, first, development programs human quality which focuses on 2 aspects, namely the education and health aspects. The education aspect is realized in the NU Scholarship program by Lakpesdam PBNU and the health aspect is realized in the form of the Inclusion Program and Gerakan Keluarga Maslahat NU (GKMNU) and the second priority work program, namely organizational strengthening. institutions and networks, which are realized in one form of activity, namely cadre formation. Furthermore, the relationship between human resource management and the performance of missionary organizations has a very close relationship in managing, organizing and utilizing human resources so that they can contribute to the performance of missionary organizations.

Abstract

Entrepreneurial innovation motivation is the urge to make changes that occur within a company or missionary institution in order to adapt to the environment or market demand. For da'wah institutions, the main challenge in this disruptive era is how to maintain operational continuity while meeting the growing needs of the congregation. One solution that can be implemented is by integrating technological innovation and developing entrepreneurial products that can support da'wah financially. This research uses a qualitative descriptive analysis approach, with a library research method (Library Research). Da'wah institutions need to create products or services that are not only oriented towards financial profits, but also provide social benefits, including supporting missionary activities.

Abstract

The feasibility study of entrepreneurship in da'wah institutions aims to explore the potential for developing entrepreneurship as a strategy to enhance the competitiveness and sustainability of such institutions. Da'wah institutions, which play a crucial role in spreading religious values, must adapt to the changing times. One way to achieve this is by integrating entrepreneurship while maintaining their religious mission and contributing to the local economy. This study employs a descriptive qualitative method to examine the feasibility of da'wah institutions undertaking entrepreneurial activities amidst the disruptive era. The findings provide critical insights for managers or leaders of da'wah institutions in formulating effective entrepreneurial strategies to remain relevant and positively impact society during rapid change

Abstract

The mosque is not just a place of worship for all Muslims, but the mosque has a function as a centre or centre of community activities. That way all activities that have positive elements can be carried out at the Mosque. One of those positive activities is entrepreneurship. The rapid development of technology and digitalisation in this disruptive era brings major changes to entrepreneurial activities, where with the rapid development of digital buying and selling activities not only occur directly but can be through mobile phones. Dawah organisations must now face new challenges by innovating their dawah approach and developing their entrepreneurial marketing digitally to support their operational sustainability. This article aims to explore how da'wah institutions, here the author takes the Indonesian Council of Mosques (DMI), can utilise digital developments as a means of marketing entrepreneurial activities in this disruptive era. This research uses qualitative methods through literature studies. Researchers used library data sources to collect data and information on the topic of entrepreneurship and Islamic preaching. The data sources collected included books, articles, and various journals related to the topic. The results showed that DMI has used digital marketing in its entrepreneurship in order to continue to exist in this disruptive era.Keywords: Digital, Entrepreneurship, Indonesian Mosque Council, Disruptive EraMasjid bukan hanya sekedar tempat untuk ibadah bagi seluruh umat Muslim, namun Masjid memiliki fungsi sebagai pusat atau sentral kegiatan umat. Dengan begitu semua kegiatan yang memiliki unsur positif dapat dilakukan di Masjid. Salah satu kegiatan positif itu adalah kewirausahaan. Perkembangan teknologi dan digitalisasi yang pesat di era disruptif ini membawa perubahan besar pada kegiatan kewirausahaan, dimana dengan pesatnya pekembangan digital kegiatan jual beli tidak hanya terjadi secara langsung tetapi bisa melalui mobile phone. Lembaga dakwah kini harus menghadapi tantangan baru dengan berinovasi dalam pendekatan dakwah dan mengembangkan pemasaran kewirausahaannya secara digital untuk mendukung keberlanjutan operasional mereka. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi bagaimana lembaga dakwah yang disini penulis mengambil Dewan Masjid Indonesia (DMI) dapat memanfaatkan perkembangan digital sebagai sarana untuk melakukan pemasaran atau marketing pada kegiatan kewirausahaan di era disruptif ini. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif melalui studi literatur. Peneliti menggunakan sumber data perpustakaan untuk mengumpulkan data dan informasi tentang topik kewirausahaan dan dakwah Islam. Sumber data yang dikumpulkan termasuk buku, artikel, dan berbagai jurnal yang berkaitan dengan topik tersebut. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa DMI sudah menggunakan digital marketing pada kewirausahaannya agar bisa tetap eksis di era disruptif ini. Abstract

Leadership is one of the important aspects in a da'wah institution, because an effective leader can influence the success and progress of the institution in achieving its goals. In the context of da'wah, leadership is not only about giving orders and supervising the implementation of tasks, but also about influencing and motivating members to achieve the goals that have been set. Da'wah institutions need leaders who can understand and apply the principles of Islamic leadership, as well as relevant leadership theories. Effective leaders in da'wah institutions must be able to combine various leadership styles wisely, adjusting to the needs and goals of the da'wah institution. These findings provide insight into the concept of leadership in da'wah institutions, including the principles of Islamic leadership and relevant leadership theories. In addition, various leadership styles that can be applied in da'wah institutions will also be discussed, as well as the importance of effective leadership in achieving the goals of da'wah institutionsKeywords: Leadership Model, Dakwah Management; Dakwah Institution.Kepemimpinan merupakan salah satu aspek penting dalam lembaga dakwah, karena pemimpin yang efektif dapat mempengaruhi keberhasilan dan kemajuan lembaga dalam mencapai tujuannya. Dalam konteks dakwah, kepemimpinan tidak hanya tentang memberikan perintah dan mengawasi pelaksanaan tugas, tetapi juga tentang mempengaruhi dan memotivasi anggota untuk mencapai tujuan yang telah ditetapkan. Lembaga dakwah memerlukan pemimpin yang dapat memahami dan menerapkan prinsip-prinsip kepemimpinan Islam, serta teori-teori kepemimpinan yang relevan. Pemimpin yang efektif dalam lembaga dakwah harus dapat memadukan berbagai gaya kepemimpinan dengan bijaksana, menyesuaikan dengan kebutuhan dan tujuan lembaga dakwah. Temuan ini memberikan wawasan tentang konsep kepamimpinan dalam lembaga dakwah, termasuk prinsip-prinsip kepemimpinan Islm dan teori-teori kepemimpinan yang relevan. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to contribute ideas and introduce a communication approach to the leadership of da'wah institutions. This study departs from the root of the problem or individual conflicts that often occur in a group, especially groups of da'wah institutions, and basically every group needs a figure who can lead massively so that cooperation between groups can run according to goals. Through the identification of phenomena and literature studies that might be considered as a way to solve or manage conflicts in organizational groups using the concept of conflict management styles according to Rahim (2001) integrating, obliging, dominating, avoiding, and compromising. The results of his research show that conflict management in the leadership of da'wah institutions involves choosing the right style, such as collaborative, yielding, dominating, avoiding, and compromising, according to the situation at hand. An effective leader must be able to choose the appropriate style to maintain harmony and achieve organizational goals, taking into account the advantages and disadvantages of each style. Wise selection of styles will help resolve conflicts efficiently and ensure smooth communication within the da'wah institution.[Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk memberikan sumbangsih ide dan memperkenalkannya sebuah pendekatan komunikasi kepemimpinan lembaga dakwah. Kajian ini berangkat dari akar problem atau konflik individu yang sering terjadi dalam suatu kelompok, khususnya kelompok lembaga dakwah, dan pada dasarnya setiap kelompok membutuhkan sosok yang dapat memimpin secara massive agar kerjasama antar kelompoknya dapat berjalan sesusai dengan tujuan. Melalui identifikasi fenomena dan studi literatur yang mungkin dapat dipertimbangkan sebagai suatu cara untuk memecahkan atau memanajemen konflik di dalam kelompok organisasi dengan menggunakan konsep gaya manajemen konflik menurut Rahim (2001) integrating, obliging, dominating, avoiding, and compromising. Hasil penelitiannya menunjukkan manajemen konflik dalam kepemimpinan lembaga dakwah melibatkan pemilihan gaya yang tepat, seperti kolaboratif, mengalah, mendominasi, menghindar, dan kompromi, sesuai dengan situasi yang dihadapi. Pemimpin yang efektif harus mampu memilih gaya yang sesuai untuk menjaga keharmonisan dan mencapai tujuan organisasi, dengan mempertimbangkan kelebihan dan kelemahan setiap gaya. Pemilihan gaya yang bijaksana akan membantu menyelesaikan konflik secara efisien dan memastikan kelancaran komunikasi dalam lembaga dakwah.]

Abstract

This study aims to examine the role of leadership and supervision in managing human resource (HR) transformation within Islamic missionary (dakwah) institutions. In an era of rapid change, especially within the digital and social context, dakwah institutions face significant challenges related to organizational adaptation, performance, and professionalism of their human resources. Using qualitative methods through literature analysis, this study identifies leadership models and supervisory strategies that support adaptive HR development aligned with the vision of Islamic propagation. The findings highlight that transformational leadership, participatory supervision, and value-based governance are key to cultivating integrity, productivity, and commitment in da’i and support staff. The study concludes that change management in dakwah HR must be systemic, visionary, and spiritually rooted.
