Abstract

The current study explores the impact of different leadership styles on employee motivation in an IT company in Ahmedabad. Based on a quantitative approach, results were extracted after analyzing the relationship between employee age and their perceptions of leadership decision-making, communication, and motivational strategies. The results indicate that participative leadership style has a high impact on employee motivation with the impact growing with the perception of whether employee opinions are sought. This provides recommendations for future work to be done on the impact of telecommuting, psychological safety, and motivation in an environment with demographic inequality. In this regard, the current study complements the findings on effective leadership practices that are productive in modern organizational settings by placing greater emphasis on practices that ensure higher employee motivation and productivity

Abstract

This paper provides an in-depth insight into the consulting services provided by Head Quest HR Solutions LLP, known as one of the best-located HR consulting firms in Ahmedabad. The objective of the study was to explore the diversity of services provided, the technologies used, and their effectiveness in improving organizational performance. The study combines quantitative data from structured customer surveys and qualitative data from semi-structured interviews with key stakeholders, through the application of mixed methods methodology. Despite challenges including measuring long-term impact and aligning recommendations with customer culture, the company has done quite well in providing value-added services. Thus, the study offers suggestions for improving the efficiency and effectiveness of consulting services, besides offering practical insights on best practices in HR consulting

Abstract

Abstract

Background.Chronic kidney disease is a global public health problem with increasing prevalence and incidence of chronic kidney failure, poor prognosis and high costs (Ministry of Health of the Republic of Indonesia, 2017). Chronic kidney disease is a progressive condition that affects more than 10% of the general population worldwide or more than 800 million people (National Kidney Foundation, 2021). The results of the 2018 Basic Health Research (Riskesdas) showed that the prevalence of chronic kidney disease in the population over 15 years of age in Indonesia in 2013-2018 was 3.8% and in Central Java Province it was 4%, higher than the national prevalence rate. Purpose. of this study was to determine the description of comorbidities in hemodialysis outpatients at Hospital X in the Kediri area. Method.This research method uses a quantitative non-experimental analytical descriptive design. Sampling was conducted using the Purposive Sampling technique and obtained a sample of 52 hemodialysis patients at Hospital X. Results.The results of the study showed that the majority were male (55.77%), the highest age range was 55-64 years (50%), the highest duration of hemodialysis was 1-5 years (55.77%), the highest type of comorbidity was hypertension and the majority of the number of comorbidities was one disease. Conclusion The conclusion of this study is expected to provide a picture of comorbidities in hemodialysis outpatients, so that comprehensive nursing care can be carried out to minimize complications and improve the quality of life of hemodialysis outpatients.

Abstract

This Paper Makes a Comparison In Terms Of The Level Of Satisfaction Of Generation Z In Ahmedabad Based On Mobile Network Connectivity Between Jio And Airtel. It Gathers Significant Insights By Bringing Up A Discussion About Various Dimensions Of The Consumer Experience, Which Mainly Include Overall Satisfaction, Network Reliability, Data Speed, And Responsiveness Of The Customer Service, Into Appropriate And Deeper Connections With Age. The Results Shown That The Young Customers First And Foremost Care About The Network's Performance And Adequate Service Support. Regarding Value For Money, It Was Determined That Generation Z Values Overall Value, In Other Words, High-Quality Services At Low Price. Practical Implications And Discussion With Mobile Network Providers The Several Implications That Are Practical For Mobile Network Providers Concern Reaching Strategic Marketing, Improving The Quality Of The Services, And Then Adding Value To The Offering. Conclusion: Recommendation For Future Studies: Therefore, From The Results, There Is A Need To Analyse Larger Demographics Longitudinally And Look At The Impacts Of Technological Innovations On Consumer Satisfaction. From This Perspective, On A Whole, This Study Gives Meaning To The Understanding Of Consumer behaviour Within The Telecommunication Industry, Which Thus Again Reiterated The Call For Change By Service Providers According To Changing Preferences Of Younger Consumers.
