Abstract

Background: The existence of opportunities for business actors to invest must be balanced with incentive policies to provide an attraction for business actors to invest in the new national capital so that they can create new jobs so that economic recovery occurs while increasing Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP). Aims: This research was conducted in Jakarta and its surroundings and aims to analyze the development of investment interest and the factors that influence the business world in investing in The Capital City of Nusantara. Methods: This research was carried out using path analysis using multiple linear regression techniques using data processing based on SPSS 26 software and comparing it with the Partial Least Square (PLS) model. Results: Hypothesis testing shows consistent results that political, economic, environmental factors as well as trust factors have an appropriate and significant relationship with investment interest in The Capital City of Nusantara. Meanwhile, government policy factors and social factors do not have a significant relationship with investment interest in The Capital City of Nusantara. political, government policy, social, economic and environmental factors have a significant positive relationship with trust. The Sobel test shows that the trust variable is an intervening factor in the influence of economic, government policy, environmental and social variables on investment interest. Conclusion: Evaluation and analysis of laws and regulations related to moving the country's capital need to be the next research that will complement this research.

Abstract

Background: Integrated Service Post (Posyandu) is a community-sourced health center that belongs to the community and is integrated into the lufe and culture of the community. Lack of community participation in the utilization of Posyandu is one of the problems that hamper the implementation of health services through Posyandu. Domain factors of low participation are from family support, knowledge and attitudes of mothers of toddlers. This support D/S coverage (D is the number of toddlers weighed and S is the number of all toddlers in the area) which is not meeting the national target of 80%. Aims: This study aims to determine the factors associated with the motivation of mothers of toddlers to participate in Posyandu activities in Banda Raya. Methods: This study uses qualitative-quantitative methods with a cross-sectional research design. Results: The results of data processing showed that the characteristics of respondents in the Banda Raya sub-district area had a proportion of maternal participation in the Posyandu category with a less role of 53.41% more dominant that those who participated (46.59%). The factor that influences the level of motivation of mothers of toddlers to Posyandu distance. Community participation in Posyandu activities is only 50% present to the Posyandu, this shows that the target in the health sector has not been achieved. Conclusion: To enhance knowledge about the benefits of Posyandu, the Puskesmas can conduct counselling or health promotion about the benefits of Posyandu so that health workers, community leaders, and related agencies can increase axposure about Posyandu to the community for revitalization.

Abstract

Background: The acceleration of the social and economic today has produced a new phenomenon and challenge: Environmental crisis. As a result, various studies from diverse disciplines and perspectives, seek to carry out various mitigative and preventive analyses and innovations. One of them is through a religious approach that is believed to influence the movement, especially in the context of Indonesia with a Muslim population of 240.62 million as the majority population in Indonesia and a total of 299,692 mosques. Aims: This study seeks to study the role of one of the efforts made by the Indonesian Ulema Council (MUI) in the "EcoMasjid" program as an effort to move mosques which are considered not only religious spaces, but community spaces, and the epicenter of social growth. Methods: Through a qualitative approach in the form of interview, observation, and literature study methods, the author uses several supporting concepts such as EcoMosque, Religious Creativity, and the Relationship between Religious Organizations and the social patterns of the community in social issues. Results: The results of this study show that EcoMasjid as a program, in general, has an impact on improving the culture of environmentally friendly living. This is supported by several efforts such as infrastructure approaches, lectures related to environmental issues, and other communication with pilgrims. Conclusion: This program still needs expansion in the context of participation, as well as the involvement of young people to bring innovations for the development of EcoMasjid in building closeness and relevance in the community.

Abstract

center for government, economy, and politics. The ethnic diversity influences the community's access to political facilities such as government offices, polling stations, and information centers. Aims: The research aims to analyze the enhancement of government capacity. It is necessary to develop the professionalism of government officials and institutions to achieve good governance in the implementation of Indonesian National Standard (SNI) 03-1733-2004. Methods: Literature and demographic studies were conducted to implement SNI 03-1733-2004. Results: Out of 44 sub-districts, only 15 meet the SNI, and out of 267 urban villages, only 125 comply with the standard. This indicates a need for improvements in public facilities and services. Conclusion: Addressing the challenges of accessibility, security, and community participation is key to creating a democratic and inclusive political environment. Collaboration between the government, community, and stakeholders is required to support political activities beneficial to all Jakarta residents.

Abstract

Background: In discussing consumption and the environment as part of social change, Malang City and Regency become a study of the relationship between the state and civil society in efforts to overcome the challenges of climate change, one of which is the waste problem. Unfortunately, less attention to analyze how and why civil society supports the global development agenda. Aims: This article attempts to discuss the intersubjective factors that encourage the role of civil society in supporting the achievement of sustainable urban development targets. Methods: The research applies qualitative methods with content analysis referring to primary data sourced from interviews, observations, social media content and government publication documents accessed online. Secondary data was obtained from literature studies and analysis of news articles. Results: Through a constructivist perspective, the 'zero waste living' community is believed to act as a creative class and norm empowerment to support the realization of a sustainable city. The process of institutionalization and norm diffusion occurs in the interaction and communication of community networks at all levels of activity. Conclusion: There is a process of internalization of the norm of 'your trash is your responsibility' and the principle of 'prevent-sort-process' in intensive communication and interaction networks in interconnected areas, both in environmental activist community forums, student guardian/student guardian friendship forums, and citizen/ Family Empowerment and Welfare (PKK) forums.
