Abstract

The nutritional problem that young women are currently susceptible to is anemia. Anemia is caused by low hemoglobin levels, menstruation in adolescent girls, nutritional status, lack of food intake containing protein and iron, infections, low nutritional knowledge, and others. This study aims to analyze the relationship between nutritional knowledge, protein and iron intake, and nutritional status with hemoglobin levels in young women at SMAI Kepanjen. The research method uses a Spearman correlation analytical survey with a cross sectional approach. The population in this study was all class XI female students at SMAI Kepanjen totaling 106 people with a sample of 56 people. The sampling technique uses simple stratified random sampling. The results of the Spearman correlation statistical test analysis show that there is a relationship between nutritional knowledge and hemoglobin levels (p= 0.003), there is a relationship between protein intake and hemoglobin levels (p = 0.000) and iron intake and hemoglobin levels (p = 0.039) while there is a relationship between status. nutrition on hemoglobin levels (p = 0.000). It is hoped that young women can increase their knowledge and gain insight into nutrition by providing education in collaboration with nutritionists at the Kepanjen Community Health Center and SMAI Kepanjen and consuming blood supplement tablets simultaneously with SMAI Kepanjen students once a week and supervised by UKS teacher.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk 1) Mengetahui pelaksanaan pendekatan saintifik berbasis Bioentrepreneurship dalam pembelajaran biologi. 2) Mengetahui pengaruh minat wirausaha siswa dalam pendekatan saintifik berbasis Bioentrepreneurship pada materi kingdom plantae. 3) Mengetahui pengaruh hasil belajar siswa dalam pendekatan saintifik berbasis Bioentrepreneurship pada materi kingdom plantae. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian Quasi Experimental Design yaitu Nonequivalent Control Group Design. Objek penelitiannya adalah siswa kelas X IPA MA NU Assalam Tanjungkarang Jati Kudus. Kelas X B sebagai kelas eksperimen, sedangkan kelas X A sebagai kelas kontrol. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik tes dan non-tes. Sedangkan teknik pengambilan sampel adalah cluster random sampling. Untuk mengetahui minat wirausaha siswa digunakan melalui uji t-test independent, sedangakn untuk mengetahui peningkatan hasil belajar siswa digunakan uji t. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat pengaruh positif dari pendekatan pembelajaran berbasis Bioentrepreneurship pada materi kingdom plantae yang berorientasi minat wirausaha dan hasil belajar siswa. Hal ini dilihat dari hasil uji t memiliki nilai > (2,660>1,668), jadi rata-rata hasil belajar (kognitif) siswa dengan pendekatan pembelajaran berbasis Bioentrepreneurship lebih besar daripada rata-rata hasil belajar (kognitif) siswa dengan model pembelajaran konvensional. Sedangkan hasil uji t independen menunjukkan > 43,091 > 2,034), jadi rata-rata minat wirausaha kelas eksperimen dengan pendekatan saintifik berbasis Bioentrepreneurship lebih besar daripada rata-rata hasil belajar (kognitif) siswa dengan model pembelajaran konvensional.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the validity of interactive e-books assisted by Heyzine Flipbooks on classification material to improve critical thinking skills. This type of research is research and development (R&D) using the 4D development model (Four-D models). Data collection was carried out using an instrument in the form of a validation questionnaire distributed to material, media and language expert validators. This research and development produced an interactive e-book assisted by Heyzine Flipbooks to improve valid critical thinking skills based on the achievement of material, media, and language aspects. This interactive e-book design contains features such as the addition of links, images, videos, audio, and the web so that the Heyzine Flipbooks-assisted e-book contains more information with diverse and interactive sources. As for the results of data analysis validation by material, media, and language experts, interactive e-books assisted by Heyzine Flipbooks to improve critical thinking skills developed have met the criteria with the results of the average percentage score from validators of 81.81% in material aspects, 81.20% in media aspects, and 81.47% in language aspects so that it can be stated that interactive e-books assisted by Heyzine Flipbooks show a valid category and are feasible to use with revisions to learning.

Abstract

Student Worksheet (LKPD) is an essential component in the learning process. The use of printed LKPD is currently considered less effective in enhancing students' skills, which affects their learning outcomes. As an alternative, the Electronic Student Worksheet (E-LKPD) based on local wisdom serves as an innovative teaching material that integrates technology with the environment, making it easier for students to understand the material and improve their learning outcomes, particularly in developing critical thinking skills. This study aims to develop a valid E-LKPD based on local wisdom, based on assessments from expert validators in content, language, and media. The research method used is Research and Development (R&D), with the ADDIE development model consisting of five stages: Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. However, this study focuses only on the Development stage. The validity of the product is measured using a validation instrument evaluated by experts in content, language, and media. Based on the evaluation results, the local wisdom-based E-LKPD scored an average of 84% in the content aspect, 84% in the language aspect, and 84% in the media aspect, all within the valid category. Overall, the E-LKPD obtained an average score of 84% and is declared ready for trial use.

Abstract

This study aims to analyse the effectiveness of Team Game Tournament (TGT) learning model based on local wisdom in improving student learning outcomes on virus material in class X MA Nurul Huda Kragan. This research uses the Classroom Action Research (PTK) method carried out in two cycles, with qualitative and quantitative approaches. The research subjects were 30 students who were selected based on the results of the initial observation of the achievement of the Minimum Completeness Criteria (KKM). The results showed that the application of the TGT model was able to significantly improve teacher and student activities. Teacher activities increased from 96% in cycle I to 100% in cycle II, while the average student learning outcomes increased from 76.30 to 78.67. The decrease in standard deviation from 7.29 to 5.50 also showed more even learning outcomes. The integration of local wisdom, such as traditional medicine and local endemic disease issues, made learning more contextual and relevant. These findings indicate that the local wisdom-based TGT model is effective in improving learning outcomes, active student involvement, and fostering a more meaningful and applicable understanding of biology concepts. This model can be an alternative strategy that answers the challenges of 21st century learning.
