Abstract

This qualitative research tried to describe the use strategy promotion in social media instagram, currently used by many companies, organizations, and individuals to create an online shop. They use social media to communicate in promoting the products and the interaction between the company and its customers. Consumers in social media are more interactive, they might be persuaded to do something and be able to receive information from anyone. Companies that use social media need to collaborate with customers to promote their products so that it can make an entanglement between the two. Through the media and content co-creation is an innovation in creating products and experiences of collaboration between consumers and companies that are connected (Beyond Promotion) to build brand engagement. Based on this research, shop online promotional strategies used by Hijab Sally Heart using images and video content on the theme of Muslim and concepts of friendship to create communication with customers through social media Instagram as the media used. Abstract

Abstract--Railway transport being a service is provided in a space and time dimension. Providing a better quality of service requires higher inputs, so evaluating the performance without these considerations would give a biased result. The purpose of this paper is to assess the performance of the rail transport service by including the service delivery perspective of railways and look at the holistic concept of service delivery. The quality of service parameters have been chosen within the constraints imposed by availability of data and the formulated data envelopment analysis (DEA). The quality of service parameters include: punctuality; the level of consequential train accidents (safety); and the level of public complaints (customer satisfaction). It evaluates the performance of 9 zones of KAI on the basis of their efficiencies and identifies the exemplar zones. The results deduced from these studies can serve as performance targets in reward systems, performance scorecards, and control systems.DEA has been used as a benchmarking tool to evaluate the relative efficiency of the 9 zones. The input parameters are working expenses, number of employees, and equated track kilometers and the output parameters are loading of revenue, punctuality, passenger traffic kilometers, consequential train accidents, and public complaints. Malmquist index has been used to determine the temporal performance of each zone. KAI can use DEA to assess the performance of various zones and for improvement monitoring in the context of being a transport service provider. Inefficient zones can identify the parameters for improvement across the zones and along the time dimension. A huge working force for all the inefficient zones indicate over deployment of resources, which can be seen at the policy level. A redundancy for equated track kilometers indicates a non-optimum use of resources. Not giving enough importance to service quality could be one of the major findings of the inefficient zones.Intisari--Transportasi kereta api sebagai layanan disediakan dalam dimensi ruang dan waktu. Memberikan kualitas layanan yang lebih baik membutuhkan input yang lebih tinggi, sehingga mengevaluasi kinerja tanpa pertimbangan ini akan memberikan hasil yang bias. Tujuan dari makalah ini adalah untuk menilai kinerja layanan transportasi kereta api dengan memasukkan perspektif pemberian layanan kereta api dan melihat konsep holistik pemberian layanan. Parameter kualitas layanan telah dipilih dalam batasan yang diberlakukan dengan mempertimbangkan ketersediaan data dan analisis amplop data yang dirumuskan (DEA). Parameter kualitas layanan meliputi: ketepatan waktu; tingkat konsekuensi kecelakaan kereta api (keselamatan); dan tingkat keluhan publik (kepuasan pelanggan). Makalah ini mengevaluasi kinerja 9 zona (Daerah Operasi) KAI berdasarkan efisiensi mereka dan mengidentifikasi zona contoh. Hasil yang disimpulkan dari penelitian ini dapat berfungsi sebagai target kinerja dalam sistem penghargaan, penilaian kinerja, dan sistem kontrol.DEA digunakan sebagai alat benchmarking untuk mengevaluasi efisiensi relatif dari 9 zona. Parameter input adalah biaya kerja, jumlah karyawan, dan kilometer track yang disamakan dan parameter outputnya adalah pendapatan, ketepatan waktu, kilometer lalu lintas, jumlah penumpang, konsekuensi kecelakaan kereta api, dan keluhan publik. Indeks Malmquist digunakan untuk menentukan kinerja dari masing-masing zona. KAI dapat menggunakan DEA untuk menilai kinerja berbagai zona dan untuk perbaikan pemantauan dalam konteks menjadi penyedia layanan transportasi. Zona yang tidak efisien dapat mengidentifikasi parameter untuk peningkatan antar lintas zona dan dimensi waktu. Tenaga kerja yang sangat besar untuk semua zona yang tidak efisien mengindikasikan penyebaran sumber daya, yang dapat dilihat pada tingkat kebijakan.

Abstract

Intisari -- Kereta api merupakan salah satu sarana transportasi yang terdapat dalam sistem transportasi nasional yang pada saat ini sudah banyak digunakan oleh para pengguna sarana transportasi umum di Indonesia. Kereta api dapat menjadi solusi penghematan waktu dan biaya untuk pengiriman barang dalam jumlah besar, serta bepergian jarak jauh dengan waktu tempuh lebih cepat. PT. Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) merupakan badan usaha milik negara (BUMN) penyedia jasa perkeretaapian utama di Indonesia, baik untuk pengangkutan orang maupun barang yang ditujukan untuk penggunaan secara massal dan kontinyu. PT. Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) memiliki kewajiban untuk memberikan jaminan keselamatan kepada para pengguna layanan jasa kereta api. Namun pada kenyataannya masih sering kali terjadi kecelakaan. Dalam penelitian ini dilakukan pengukuran kinerja sistem manajemen keselamatan transportasi dan merancang sistem informasi untuk menilai kinerja sistem tersebut. Dalam melakukan pengukuran kinerja sistem digunakan metode Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) sedangkan dalam merancang sistem informasi digunakan pendekatan terstruktur (pendekatan proses). Hasil dari pengukuran kinerja dengan metode Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) yaitu pada tahun 2017adalah sebesar 3.28 dan masuk dalam kategori kinerja sesuai dengan standar, kemudian pada tahun 2018 adalah sebesar 3.42 dan masuk dalam kategori kinerja tinggi, terakhir untuk tahun 2019 adalah sebesar 3.65 dan masuk dalam kategori kinerja tinggi. Usulan perbaikan ditujukan pada kriteria yang memiliki nilai total terendah yaitu kriteria penumpang, dan usulan perbaikannya adalah melakukan sosialisasi mengenai pentingnya kesadaran keselamatan penumpang, melakukan penjadwalan pemeliharaan kereta api dan jalur kereta api serta menambah fasilitas penunjang keselamatan yang berkaitan dengan moda transportasi kereta api, memperbarui propaganda yang berkaitan dengan keselamatan bagi penumpang pengguna jasa transportasi kereta api melalui media-media yang tepat sasaran dan sesuai pada masa kini seperti penggunaan sosial media internet terbaru. Abstract -- The train is one of the means of transportation contained in the national transportation system which is currently widely used by users of public transportation facilities in Indonesia. Trains can be a time and cost saving solution for shipping large quantities of goods, as well as traveling long distances with faster travel times. PT. Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) is a state-owned enterprise (BUMN) that provides the main railway services in Indonesia, both for the transportation of people and goods intended for mass and continuous use. PT. Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) has an obligation to provide safety guarantees to users of train services. However, in reality there are still frequent accidents. In this study, the measurement of the performance of the transportation safety management system was conducted and designed an information system to assess the performance of the system. In measuring system performance, the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method is used, while in designing the information system a structured approach (process approach) is used. The results of the performance measurement using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method, namely that in 2017 it was 3.28 and it was included in the performance category according to standards, then in 2018 it was 3.42 and included in the high performance category, most recently for 2019 it was 3.65 and entered in the high performance category. Proposed improvements are aimed at the criteria that have the lowest total value, namely the passenger criteria, and the proposed improvements are to socialize the importance of passenger safety awareness, schedule maintenance of trains and railways and add safety supporting facilities related to railroad transportation modes, update propaganda relating to the safety of passengers using railroad transportation services through media that are right on target and appropriate today, such as the use of the latest internet social media.

Abstract

Intisari— Permasalahan yang dialami oleh perusahaan adalah target produksi yang tidak tercapai. Hal tersebut terjadi pada lini produksi pompa air tipe PS - 135 E yang disebabkan oleh stasiun kerja yang menghabiskan waktu proses produksi lebih lama dibandingkan dengan waktu proses produksi yang tersedia karena adanya penumpukkan material pada stasiun kerja. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengidentifikasi stasiun kerja yang mengalami bottleneck dengan menggunakan metode Theory of Constraint. Selain itu, dilakukan perancangan model simulasi lini produksi dengan menggunakan ProModel untuk memberikan usulan perbaikan berupa skenario model untuk meminimasi waktu produksi. Tahap awal yang dilakukan adalah menganalisis sistem saat ini dengan pengamatan langsung pada lini produksi untuk mengetahui kondisi nyatanya. Dilanjutkan dengan perancangan model simulasi lini produksi awal untuk verifikasi serta validasi model. Hasil simulasi model awal didapatkan waktu proses produksi sebesar 559,51 jam. Setelahnya dilakukan perbaikan lini produksi menggunakan metode Theory of Constraint untuk mengidentifikasi stasiun kerja yang mengalami bottleneck dan mengelompokkan stasiun kerja yang mengalami bottleneck dan non-bottleneck. Tahapan selanjutnya adalah perancangan usulan skenario perbaikan, terdapat 3 usulan skenario, usulan pertama yaitu penambahan 2 mesin untuk stasiun kerja yang mengalami bottleneck, usulan kedua yaitu penambahan 1 material handling, dan usulan yang ketiga adalah penggabungan dari usulan pertama dan kedua. Pemilihan usulan skenario terbaik dilakukan dengan pendekatan Bonferroni sehingga usulan ketiga terbaik dengan pengurangan waktu total sebanyak 33% dimana waktu proses produksi menjadi 421,55 jam. Analisis sensitivitas dilakukan pada usulan skenario 3 dengan jumlah produksi sebanyak 8780 pcs sehingga didapatkan BEP unit sebesar 2143 unit. Abstract— The problem experienced by the company is the production target that is not achieved. This happened on the production line of water pump type PS-135 E caused by the workstation spending longer production process time compared to the available production process time due to the accumulation of material at the workstation. This study was conducted with the aim to identify workstations experiencing bottlenecks using the Theory of Constraint method. In addition, the design of the production line simulation model using ProModel provides improvement proposals in the form of model scenarios to minimize production time. The first step is to analyze the current system with direct observation of the production line to find out the real condition. Followed by the design of the initial production line simulation model for verification and validation of the model. The initial model simulation results obtained a production process time of 559,51 hours. After that, the production line was repaired using the Theory of Constraint method to identify workstations that experience bottlenecks and classify workstations that bottlenecks and non-bottlenecks. The next step is the design of the proposed improvement scenarios, there are 3 proposed scenarios, the first scenario is the addition of 2 machines for workstations that experience bottlenecks, the second scenario is the addition of 1 material handling, and the third scenario is the merger of the first and second scenarios. The selection of the best scenario proposal is done with the Bonferroni approach so that the third best proposal with a total time reduction of 33% where a production process time of 421,55 hours. Sensitivity analysis was conducted on the proposed scenario 3 with a total production of 8780 pcs to obtain BEP units of 2143 units.

Abstract

The implementation of this Community Service program is part of the activities of the Production Systems Laboratory of the Industrial Engineering Department, FTI Trisakti University, as an effort to share knowledge in industrial society. PT TIJ is a women's bag company located on Jl. Raya Bogor km.38 No.1 Cilodong - Depok. grow with family management. Companies need knowledge sharing in order to increase efficiency and company performance for plans to increase bag production capacity. Community service activities in the form of counseling and mentoring activities to industrial community, namely employees of the PT TIJ bag company. Based on interviews and observations, it can be seen that there are inefficiency problems in production process activities, plans to increase production capacity and the need for finished product warehouse layout design..Counseling activities are carried out using zoom media followed by visits to companies to provide consultations in the context of assisting companies to understand the utilization of Industrial Engineering knowledge, namely Lean Production to improve company performance. PkM activities at PT TIJ with the topic of Utilizing Lean Production include material: Lean Production Systems, Facility Layout Design, Time Study and Movement Study as well as Machine Maintenance material which has been carried out well, it is hoped that this can reduce the inefficiencies that occur thereby improving the performance of the company's manufacturing system.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the validity of interactive e-books assisted by Heyzine Flipbooks on classification material to improve critical thinking skills. This type of research is research and development (R&D) using the 4D development model (Four-D models). Data collection was carried out using an instrument in the form of a validation questionnaire distributed to material, media and language expert validators. This research and development produced an interactive e-book assisted by Heyzine Flipbooks to improve valid critical thinking skills based on the achievement of material, media, and language aspects. This interactive e-book design contains features such as the addition of links, images, videos, audio, and the web so that the Heyzine Flipbooks-assisted e-book contains more information with diverse and interactive sources. As for the results of data analysis validation by material, media, and language experts, interactive e-books assisted by Heyzine Flipbooks to improve critical thinking skills developed have met the criteria with the results of the average percentage score from validators of 81.81% in material aspects, 81.20% in media aspects, and 81.47% in language aspects so that it can be stated that interactive e-books assisted by Heyzine Flipbooks show a valid category and are feasible to use with revisions to learning.

Abstract

Regression analysis is a statistical method that aims to determine the relationship between one or more independent variables and the dependent variable. Correlation expresses the degree of linear relationship between the two variables. The application of regression and correlation analysis is needed, especially for teachers, to determine what factors influence students' understanding of learning and it can be seen how strongly a variable influences other variables. This Community Service Activity is motivated by the need for educators to analyze the causes of factors that influence students's understanding of learning through data. This Community Service for partners aims to provide understanding related to Correlation and regression Analysis with" R" software. It is hoped that this Community service will make it easier for educators to decide on suitable learning models in class after knowing what factors influence student understanding in learning. Fifty-one participants attended this activity, and the training was carried out online. Based on the comparison of pre-test and post-test scores, there is an increased understanding of Correlation and Regression Analysis. The average increase in the trainees' ability was 34.14, 83.67% of the average before the training.
