Abstract

This research is a school action research with stages that include planning, action, observation, and repeated reflection. The formulation of the problems in this study are: (1) Can the CLCK Coaching Model in the learning program increase the Teacher Competence of SMAN 1 Tommo?; (2) What is the teacher's response to CLCK coaching in the Learning Program to Improve Teacher Competence at SMAN 1 Tommo? The subjects in this study were the teachers of SMAN 1 Tommo consisting of 16 people, namely 4 boys and 12 girls. This study aims: (1) To improve teacher competence in learning programs with the Model, Practice, Control, and Independent Work (CLCK) coaching model; (2) To motivate teachers to be able to do their best in preparing learning programs. Based on the results of this school action research, it can be concluded that: (1) Through fostering the Example, Exercise, Control, and Independent Work (CLCK) model, teachers can improve their ability to develop learning programs, this can be seen in the first cycle activities, the average value is 72 or as much as 75% had prepared the learning program properly and correctly and in the second cycle the average value was 89 or as much as 91% had prepared the learning program properly and correctly; (2) CLCK coaching (Example, Exercise, Control, Independent Work) is very effective in the process of preparing learning programs for teachers, this can be seen from the teacher's response to the results of observations and questionnaires that the teacher gives a positive response to the model coaching activities Example, Exercise, Control, and Independent Work (CLCK). It is expected that the Principal in compiling learning programs (Syllabus and RPP) should apply the Example, Practice, Control, and Independent Work (CLCK) coaching model to subject teachers.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) mengetahui gambaran kinerja guru SD Negeri Se-Kecamatan Wotu Kabupaten Luwu Timur; (2) untuk mengetahui kompetensi supervisi kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru SD Negeri Se-Kecamatan Wotu; (3) mengetahui pengaruh kompetensi kepribadian kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru SD Negeri Se-Kecamatan Wotu, (4) mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh kompetensi supervisi dan kepribadian kepala sekolah secara bersama-sama terhadap kinerja guru SD Negeri Se-Kecamatan Wotu Kabupaten Luwu Timur Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian “Ex Post Facto”, di mana penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap sesuatu yang telah terjadi tanpa ada usaha sengaja memberikan perlakuan pada variabel yang diteliti. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuesioner/angket dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis deskriptif, uji normalitas, uji homogenitas, analisis regresi, analisis korelasi dan uji hipotesis (Uji t). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan menunjukkan bahwa, (1) kinerja guru SD Negeri Se-Kecamatan Wotu Kabupaten Luwu Timur berdasarkan hasil analisis deskriptif, yaitu berada dalam kategori tinggi; (2) kompetensi supervisi kepala sekolah berpengaruh terhadap kinerja guru SD Negeri Se-Kecamatan Wotu; (3) kompetensi kepribadian kepala sekolah berpengaruh terhadap kinerja guru SD Negeri Se-Kecamatan Wotu, (4) kompetensi supervisi dan kepribadian kepala sekolah secara bersama-sama berpengaruh terhadap kinerja guru SD Negeri Se-Kecamatan Wotu Kabupaten Luwu Timur

Abstract

This study aims to improve teacher competence in preparing lesson plans (RPP) through ongoing guidance at SMA Negeri 1 Mamuju, Mamuju Regency, West Sulawesi Province. This school action research (PTS) was carried out through two cycles to see an increase in teacher competence in compiling eleven components in the lesson plan. In cycle I (first) all teachers (twelve people) include all components in their lesson plans. In this first cycle, the total score obtained by 12 teachers was 759, divided by 11 components in lesson plans (759/11 = 69), if the percentage was 69%. Whereas in Cycle II all twelve teachers included all components in their lesson plans. In this second cycle, the total score obtained by 12 teachers is 916 divided by 11 components in lesson plans (916/11 = 83), if the percentage is 83%, which means there is an increase of 14% from the first cycle to the second cycle. Overall, all 12 teachers experienced an increase in competence in compiling lesson plans, because all teachers at SMA Negeri 1 Mamuju had included all the components in the lesson plan after going through ongoing guidance from the school principal as the researcher. Data collection techniques in this study were interview techniques, observation and discussion. While the tools used in this study were (1) an interview sheet guide to find out the teacher's initial abilities about lesson plans, (2) Using observation sheets to find out the components of lesson plans that have been or have not been made by the teacher, (3) Discussion, with a view to sharing opinions between researchers and teachers.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan lembar kegiatan peserta didik berbasis Problem Based Learning pada muatan pelajaran IPA, serta untuk mengetahui kelayakan lembar kegiatan peserta didik berbasis Problem Based Learning pada muatan pelajaran IPA. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan merupakan penelitian dan pengembangan (R&D) menggunakan model ADDIE dengan 5 tahap pengembangan yaitu analisis (Analysis),  desain (Design), pengembangan (Develompment), implementasi (Implementation), dan evaluasi (Evaluation). Instrument penelitian yang di gunakan adalah angket dengan perhitungan menggunakan skala Likert. Produk hasil pengembangan divalidasi oleh tim ahli dan diimlementasikan pada uji coba guru dan peserta didik untuk memberikan respon terhadap produk yang dikembangkan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa produk lembar kegiatan peserta didik berbasis Problem Based Learning pada muatan pelajaran IPA dapat dinyatakan sangat layak dan mendapatkan respon yang sangat baik untuk dijadikan sebagai salah satu bahan ajar dalam mendukung proses pembelajaran. Hal ini ditunjukkan oleh hasil validasi ahli materi dan ahli perangkat pembelajaran diperoleh dengan kriteria “Sangat Valid”. Penilaian respon guru kelas V SDN 011 serta penilaian respon peserta didik kelas V SDN 011 Tatoa mendapatkan hasil dengan kriteria “Sangat Baik”.

Abstract

This research aims to improve teachers' ability to make learning effective through a teacher professional development program and class supervision at SMKN 1 Mamuju in the 2018/2019 academic year. This research is classified as a school action research involving 12 teachers who need to improve their ability to effectively manage their learning. The research was conducted in three cycles and each cycle consisted of four stages: planning, implementing, observing and reflecting. The performance indicators set are when there is an increase in the ability to effectively manage learning through teacher professional development and classroom supervision. From the results of the study it was found that there was an increase in ability to effectively manage learning in cycle I, namely those who obtained an A value of 25%, a B value of 25% and a C value of 50%, in cycle II, which obtained an A value of 50%, a B value of 41, 67% and a C value of 83.3%, while in cycle III which obtained an A value of 66.67%, a B value of 25% and a C value of 83.3%. Thus it can be concluded that through teacher professional development programs and classroom supervision can improve the ability of teachers to make learning effective. Thus it is suggested to the principal that through the teacher professional development program and class supervision can be used as an alternative in increasing the ability of teachers to make learning effective.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Model Pembelajaran Kooperatif tipe Student Teams Achievement Division (STAD) Terhadap Minat Belajar Siswa Kelas V SDN 223 Balantang Kabupaten Luwu Timur. Penelitian ini termasuk jenis penelitian eksperimen semu dengan pengambilan kelompok eksperimen dan kelompok kontrol tidak dilakukan secara random. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah Nonequivalent Control Group Design. Desain penelitian ini terdiri dari dua kelompok yang masing-masing diberikan pree angket dan post angket yang kemudian diberikan perlakuan dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe STAD dan menggunakan model pembelajaran yang tidak menerapkan tipe STAD. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah jumlah keseluruhan siswa SDN 223 Balantang Kabupaten Luwu Timur yang berjumlah 275 siswa dan sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan Teknik Purposive sampling dipilih karena berdasarkan kepentingan dan tujuan penelitian dimana tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengeksperimenkan model pembelajaran yang kaitannya pada minat belajar matematika, Sampel dalam penelitian ini yaitu siswa kelas V A SDN 223 Balantang Kabupaten Luwu Timur dengan jumlah 20 siswa. Kemudian siswa kelas V B SDN 223 Balantang Kabupaten Luwu Timur dengan jumlah 17 siswa. Instrument penelitian yang digunakan adalah pedoman observasi siswa, instrument angket. Teknik analisis data menggunakan Teknik analisis data deskriptif dan analisis statistic inferensial dengan menggunakan uji normalitas data, uji homogenitas, dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan perbedaan yang signifikan Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima, terdapat peningkatan minat belajar siswa setelah diajar menggunakan model pembelajaran Kooperatif tipe STAD pada tarafnya α = 0,05. Dapat disimpulkan terdapat interaksi antara model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe STAD terhadap minat belajar dan terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan pelaksanaan pembelajaran kontekstual terhadap minat belajar matematika siswa kelas V di SDN 223 Balantang Kabupaten Luwu Timur.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui gaya kepemimpinan yang digunakan oleh kepala sekolah dan untuk mengetahui bagaimana peran gaya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru di SMP Negeri 1 Towuti Kabupaten Luwu Timu. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Adapun subyek dari penelitian ini adalah kepala sekolah, guru dan siswa – siswi di SMP Negeri 1 Towuti. Sedangkan analisis data dilaksanakan melalui proses proses pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data dan verifikasi. Teknik pemeriksaan keabsahan data dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan triangulasi sumber dan triangulasi teknik.Hasil Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan  yang digunakan oleh kepala sekolah di SMP Negeri 1 Towuti adalah kepemimpinan yang Demokratis( menurut kepala sekolah demokratis dan menurut 50% guru demokratis ) sehingga gaya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah yang demokratis dapat menyebabkan kinerja guru baik ( kinerja guru menurut guru 57% baik, menurut siswa 54 % baik )
