Abstract

This training program is designed to enhance the competency of elementary school teachers in developing practical actions on the Merdeka Mengajar Platform (PMM) by utilizing Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology. Through the use of Turnitin for plagiarism checks and Gamma for document preparation, the program aims to ensure that the work produced is original and well-structured. The training involves teachers in intensive sessions that include the introduction and use of Turnitin to detect plagiarism, as well as Gamma to assist in preparing practical action documents that meet Kemendikbud's validation standards. The results of the training show a significant improvement in teachers' ability to produce creative, innovative, and compliant practical actions according to the assessment criteria. Teachers participating in this program can produce more professional and plagiarism-free documents, thanks to the constructive feedback from AI. Furthermore, the resulting practical action documents have a clear and attractive structure, facilitating the validation process. This program also encourages the formation of a learning community among teachers, where they share best practices and support continuous improvement. Thus, this training program not only enhances teachers' digital competence but also contributes to the overall improvement of education quality. The use of AI in education becomes an important step in preparing teachers to face challenges in the digital era.

Abstract

The prevalence of stunting in Indonesia is currently at 21.6%, which is down from the initial value of 24.4% in 2022. There is a failure in the process of improving nutritional status that causes babies and toddlers to indicate stunting. Stunting is a condition where children experience growth disorders, so that their height is not in accordance with their age as a result of chronic nutritional problems, namely lack of nutritional intake for a long time. Data shows that stunting in children can have a long-term impact on their health and development, creating serious challenges in achieving the full potential of future generations. Insufficient intake of adequate nutrition, unequal access to quality health services, and supported by healthy eating practices and lack of a supportive environment are the main factors that trigger high stunting rates, demanding integrated interventions to address the root of the problem. Bhayangkara University of Greater Jakarta as a private sector that should collaborate in efforts to improve the nutritional status of the Indonesian people carried out real lecture work (KKN) in one of the villages in Bekasi City, namely Teluk Pucung village. A holistic approach that considers social, economic, and educational factors in efforts to improve nutritional status is essential. Intervention programs should not only focus on providing nutritious food, but also on family economic empowerment, increasing mothers' knowledge about nutrition and child health and improving access to quality health services.

Abstract

This Community Service Program (PkM) aims to enhance the quality of education at SDN Medalkrisna 01 through three main activities: Literacy Eradication, Mini Cinema, and STEM-Based Learning. The Literacy Eradication program provides reading and writing guidance to students with literacy difficulties using phonemic techniques and progressive writing exercises. The Mini Cinema program is designed to raise students' awareness of the three major educational sins (bullying, intolerance, and sexual violence) through educational film screenings followed by interactive discussions. Meanwhile, STEM-Based Learning is implemented in science lessons through hands-on experiments, such as making churned ice cream, to understand the concept of phase changes in matter. The results of these programs show improvements in students’ literacy skills, awareness of the negative impacts of bullying, and increased interest in science and technology. Additionally, positive feedback from students and teachers indicates the effectiveness of the program in creating a more inclusive and innovative learning environment.

Abstract

The Community Service Program (PkM) at SMPN Satu Atap Cibarusah, Bekasi Regency, aims to enhance the quality of education and student skills through various initiatives, including graphic design training using Canva, library revitalization, the introduction of Shibori batik art, and the implementation of innovative learning methods in Islamic Religious Education (PAI) through the Team Games Tournament (TGT) approach. The Canva training equips students with digital design skills, while library revitalization seeks to increase reading interest through improved facilities and library administration systems. The Shibori batik program not only introduces students to traditional textile art but also instills Pancasila values through creativity and collaboration. The TGT learning method in PAI is applied to enhance students' understanding of halal and haram food and beverages through a cooperative and engaging approach. The results of this program show significant improvements in students' digital skills, literacy, creativity, and comprehension of learning materials. This initiative also encourages active participation and student motivation, positively impacting their educational experience. The success of this program highlights the importance of innovative and participatory approaches in improving the quality of learning in schools.

Abstract

Efficient and effective software development is becoming increasingly important in today's digital age. The purpose of this paper is to assess the success of RAD implementation by taking into account the advantages and disadvantages, challenges faced, and how to make RAD implementation run effectively. The method used in this writing is a literature study. From the results obtained, it can be concluded that in the implementation of the RAD method, it is necessary to pay attention to what projects are being run, whether human resources are sufficient, and what applications are developed. This needs to be done because RAD is not a suitable method for all types of applications, especially new applications. The use of the right tools is highly recommended to support rapid development. The success of RAD is highly dependent on the project context and the capabilities of the development team, and further research is needed to evaluate the effectiveness of RAD in different types of software projects.
