This study aimed to see the effect of local revenue on economic growth in Districts/Cities in Gorontalo Province. Regional original income consisting of regional taxes, regional levies, results of regional wealth management, and other legitimate income. This research used panel data regression analysis with Fixed Effect Model method. Abstract

Economic growth is an indicator in determining the success of a country. Differences in characteristics between provinces in Indonesia and especially in East Nusa Tenggara Province have differences in natural, economic, and social resources. Judging from the level of economic growth that is still low, when compared to other provinces in Indonesia, the province of NTT is ranked 33 out of 34 provinces in Indonesia. In addition, the level of education in NTT Province is still considered low, which can be seen from the average length of schooling of residents in NTT only up to grade 1 (one) junior high school. As well as other problems such as the number of unemployed being quite high, and the high number of poverty are ranked 3 (three) in Indonesia. One of the conditions is the lack of availability of jobs that makes residents in the Province of NTT choose to work abroad to become migrant workers. This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of Economic Growth, Education, Unemployment, and Poverty on the Migration of Indonesian Migrant Workers abroad in the population in the Province of NTT 2015-2020. This study uses panel data analysis and secondary data, using explanatory research. The result of this study is that the variables of Economic Growth, Education, and Poverty have a significant effect on the Migration variable. While the Unemployment variable has no significant effect on the Migration variable. Economic growth is an indicator in determining the success of a country. Abstract

In the process of economic development, investment has an important role that makes the economy inseparable from investment activities. Empirical research on the relationship between investment and economic growth has been carried out a lot but only focuses on the effect on economic growth without presenting the perspective of equality and social welfare which can be seen from indicators of inclusive economic growth. This research will look at how domestic investment and foreign investment contribute to inclusive economic growth in Indonesia. Using data from 33 provinces in Indonesia from 2011 to 2018 which were processed using the Panel Data Regression method, it was found that foreign investment and domestic investment have a significant positive influence on inclusive economic growth in Indonesia. This result is also supported by the results of the control variable analysis, that a decrease in the open unemployment rate and an increase in government infrastructure spending will encourage inclusive growth in Indonesia.

Abstract

The impact of easing and lifting the policy of limiting community activities in dealing with the Covid-19 pandemic in Indonesia is starting to be felt. Go-jek as an online transportation service provider in Indonesia, especially Malang City, is experiencing recovery and contributing quite a lot to GRDP. However, of all Go-jek partners, Go-ride driver partners have the lowest productivity compared to other partners. The purpose of this research is to find out the factors that influence the labor productivity of post-pandemic Go-ride driver partners in Malang City. The method used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis with classical assumptions and hypothesis testing. The data used are age, wages, work experience, and education level of Go-ride driver partners after the Covid-19 pandemic in Malang City. The data was obtained from direct interviews with Go-ride driver partners in Malang City. The results showed that age, wages, work experience, and education level had a positive and significant effect on the productivity of post-Covid-19 Go-ride driver partners in Malang City. Wages are the variable that has the most dominant influence compared to other independent variables.

Abstract

This study projects regional economic recovery through economic growth and the number of poor people to evaluate the role of village funds. Corona Virus Disease (COVID19) is a national emergency, according to KEPPRES No. 12 of 2020. This research focuses on the slowdown in economic growth and an increase in the number of poor people in 30 regencies/cities in East Java Province.
