Abstract

President Joko Widodo's policy of opening the door for foreign investors to compete in airport management in Indonesia is a challenge for them PT Angkasa Pura I (Persero). Companies must be able to increase their capacity from all aspects, especially the capacity of creative and innovative Human Resources. This research was conducted with the aim of finding out how much influence the work environment and resistance to change have on employees' innovative work behavior mediated by job satisfaction and the role of emotional intelligence as a moderating variable. Data analysis in this study used a Structure Equation Modeling (SEM) approach to 317 respondents from PT. Angkasa Pura I (Persero). This study concludes that the work environment has no significant effect on the innovative work behavior of PT Angkasa Pura I (Persero) employees. Meanwhile, job satisfaction and resistance to change directly have a significant effect on the innovative work behavior of employees. The work environment can influence the innovative work behavior of employees if it is mediated by job satisfaction. As for resistance to change, if it is mediated by job satisfaction, the negative effect becomes insignificant on innovative work behavior. The results of this study found that the work environment variable had a significant and greatest impact on job satisfaction. Furthermore, the emotional intelligence variable plays a significant role as a moderator in the interaction between resistance to change and employee innovative work behavior.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work discipline, work motivation, and work environment on employee performance. The respondent of this study were bank employee in Jakarta with a total sample of 100 respondent. This study uses multiple linear regression and coefficient of determination. The Result of this study conclude that work discipline partially affects employee performance. Partially, work motivation has no effect on employee performance, and partially the work environment has an effects on employee performance. And Work Discipline, Work Motivation, and work Environment has an effect on employee Performance.

Abstract

The objective of this research is to analyze the effect of capital structure, collateral assets, business risk, Return On Equity (ROE) on determinants of dividend payments (DPR) with growth opportunity and firm size as moderating. The object of this research is all companies listed on the Stock Exchange (BEI) in 2014-2017. The sampling method used was purposive sampling with quantitative secondary data. The method of data analysis is Structural Equation Modeling Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) using WarpPLS 6.0 program. The results are capital structure, collateral assets, business risk, and growth opportunity are significant effect on determinants of dividend payments (DPR), Return On Equity (ROE) has negative effect on determinants of dividend payments (DPR), while firm size has no significant effect on determinants of dividend payments (DPR). Growth opportunity strengthens of relationship between collateral assets and business risk to determinants of dividend payments (DPR). And firm size strengthens of relationship between collateral assets and business risk to determinants of dividend payments (DPR).

Abstract

Social Responsibility is a commitment to participate in sustainable economic development in order to improve the quality of life and the environment that is beneficial, both for the company itself, the local community, and society in general. PT Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk (represented by IndoAgri), PT Unilever Indonesia and PT ACE Hardware Indonesia Tbk have used approaches and options in preparing the Sustainability Report, and have determined the basis for determining material topics. The sustainability strategy has been well explained by the three companies and identified in line with the SDGs. The three companies have made disclosures on both standards, namely universal standards and topic-specific standards. PT Unilever Indonesia Tbk uses independent assurance services, but PT Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk (IndoAgri) and PT ACE Hardware Indonesia Tbk do not use independent assurance services. Abstract

This journal academics is a qualitative research by case study approach through descriptive analysis that focuses on startup business strategic planning in financial technology industry. The object of this research is PT. Alami Fintek Sharia (Alami Sharia) as financial technology P2P lending sharia licensed by Financial Service Authority (OJK. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the placement system and workload on work motivation and analyze the effect of the placement and workload system on performance in the National of Drug and Food Control. The number of respondents used amounted to 310 people. Collecting data using the method of observation, questionnaires and interviews. In this study, the method used in this study is a positivistic quantitative method. While the data used in quantitative methods and to test hypotheses using SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) statistical methods using Lisrel software and qualitative hypothesis testing will be analyzed using EFE, IFE, TOWS matrix and QSPM.
