Abstract

Abstract

Abstract:The punk community is part of a social phenomenon that occurs and continues to grow in people's lives. Punk was born to convey a form of voice through criticism and apply a resistance of its own in various ways. Punk is often regarded as a disturbing party, disturbing the comfort and order of the living order of society to the assumption that punk is a threat. Negative stigma continues to be attached to the punk community such as shabby clothing styles, parties who commit crimes, as thugs, troublemakers and even drug users. In order to change the negative views circulating in the community, the Taring Babi punk community is here to become a punk community that has a different basis for thinking about punk life today. The presence of the Taring Babi community aims to rebuild a positive identity and make various efforts to erode and even eliminate the negative views of the community. Research on the deconstruction of the social identity of punk children in the Taring Babi community study in Lenteng Agung Village, Jagakarsa District, South Jakarta would like to discuss how the process of social identity formation is felt and carried out by the Taring Babi community which includes various efforts to rebuild a positive identity. Abstract

Abstract

This paper tries to understand the phenomenon of the role of the diaspora in the Covid-19 pandemic. With the current pandemic outbreak, humans are always challenged to carry out various forms of adaptation that allow themselves to remain active and productive from within the home. The term diaspora is often used to denote different phenomena depending on the interests and focus of the study. “Diaspora” are immigrants, namely people who leave their homeland to go to another region or country in search of a better life, rather than in their own region or country. A number of migration and diaspora studies conclude that international migration that occurs in the era of globalization can not only expand the distribution of diaspora, but can also strengthen their existence. Another existence of the diaspora is related to their role in realizing a symbiosis that is beneficial for both the destination country and the country of origin. The Indonesian diaspora has the potential to be empowered for national defense. In this analysis using descriptive qualitative analysis method, using data collection techniques on the study of literature. The diaspora is not only a large global community but an extraordinary movement and idealism. Some parties use the term transnational communities to refer to the experiences of citizens who are doing contemporary migration or who have chosen to move from their country of origin but who still maintain a relationship or relationship with the land where they were born.

Abstract

According to Marshal, there are three segments of citizens rights, namely civil rights, social rights, and political rights. Representation of social rights is interpreted as to embrace a religion that they believe is part of the realization of Human Rights (HAM). However, in practice there is still a lot of discrimination that occurs against adherents of this belief, not infrequently the community's stigma about this belief system is heretical and deviant teachings, worshiping idols and allying with Satan. Parmalim is one of the local beliefs and religions typical of the Batak tribe which also often gets discriminatory treatment from the community. Even the fulfillment of the rights of citizens which should be absolutely granted, cannot be given because it is collided with their status as believers. With qualitative methods and data collection techniques in the form of literature studies, the researcher wants to see how the Parmalim community gets discriminatory treatment to fight for their rights as citizens, and it is known that discriminatory treatment is still obtained even though it has been regulated by the Constitutional Court Regulation which regulates this. Keywords: Citizens Rights, Religion, and Parmalim
