Abstract

Educational infrastructure means equipment and supplies that are directly used and support the educational process, particularly the teaching and learning process, such as buildings, classrooms, tables, and chairs, as well as teaching tools and media. While what is meant by educational infrastructure are facilities that indirectly support the course of the educational process, such as yards, gardens, parks, and schools, if used directly for the teaching and learning process, such as school gardens for teaching biology or school yards as sports fields, they are components of an educational tool. Educational facilities and infrastructure are also often referred to as school facilities or school equipment. Based on the data analysis that has been done, five conclusions are obtained as follows: First, planning for the procurement of facilities and infrastructure needs at MTs Salafiyah Syafi'iyah Seblak Jombang has been arranged. In accordance with the provisions in the plan, in the procurement of facilities, it will also adjust the real needs, which are the most important, to take precedence over both learning tools and buildings, and so on. Procurement activities only use budgeted BOS funds. In the three stages of using, using, or using the existing facilities and infrastructure at MTs Salafiyah Syafi'iyah Seblak Jombang, there are no official procedures or written rules in the use of facilities and infrastructure because all Madrasah residents have the same rights to use existing facilities and infrastructure according to individual needs

Abstract

This study aims to describe the strategies of the headmaster of madrasas in improving clean culture and what the supporting and inhibiting factors are in improving clean culture at MA Ar-Rahman Sumoyono, Diwek, and Jombang This research method is qualitative field research. This study uses a qualitative descriptive research design. Data collection techniques include structured interviews, participatory observation, and documentation. Then the data wettability test was carried out by extending observations, triangulation, and peer discussions. Followed by data analysis, namely data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing or verification. The results showed that increasing the culture of cleanliness by implementing the Clean Saturday program has gone quite well by observing the active participation of madrasa residents, providing motivation to build awareness in maintaining cleanliness, and being supported by adequate cleaning tools. The inhibiting factors in this program are the different levels of student understanding of directions and student awareness in caring for cleaning tools, which are still lacking.

Abstract

Librarians have a very important role in providing assistance for students to utilize and use library materials properly, correctly, and effectively, and librarians are also very influential in increasing student interest in and visits to the library. This study aims to: 1. Describe the role of librarians in developing literacy programs at MTs At-Taufiq Bogem. 2). Describe the Literacy Program's role in increasing student interest and visiting the library at MTs At-Taufiq Bogem. The method used is a qualitative method with a qualitative descriptive design and data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. Furthermore, data analysis was carried out using descriptive and qualitative analysis. The results of the research show that: 1). The role of librarians in improving literacy programs consists of: a). Librarian administrators carry out planning, organizing, and coordinating, b) Educators develop a good personality, such as in service, fostering and developing skills, increasing insight, and being able to innovate. c). Supervisors always work together to motivate colleagues, have new innovations, and always think of continuing to grow in the future

Abstract

This research aims to describe the Implementation of a Marketing Strategy Through Extracurricular Activities which is motivated by marketing carried out to overcome competition between educational institutions. Because marketing is very influential on the number of students, with good and structured marketing management, the number of students will increase. This research is intended to answer the following problems: 1) What are the extracurricular activities at MA Raden Rahmat Mojowarno Jombang? 2) How is the implementation of the educational marketing strategy through extracurricular activities at MA Raden Rahmat Mojowarno Jombang? These problems were discussed through research conducted at MA Raden Rahmat Selorejo Mojwarno Jombang where this school was used as a source of data information to obtain portraits, descriptions, answers, and results from the Implementation of Education Marketing Strategies Through Extracurricular Activities. This study uses qualitative research while data collection techniques using methods, interviews, observation, and documentation. All data will be analyzed descriptively, namely by pouring the results into sentences that are arranged in such a way that they can become sentences that are neatly arranged. The results of the research show that: 1) extracurricular activities at MA Raden Rahmat Mojowarno Jombang are sufficient, so these extracurricular activities can be used as capital to compete with other schools. 2) The implementation of the education marketing strategy through extracurricular activities at MA Raden Rahmat Mojowarno Jombang has been going well from planning to evaluating extracurricular activities

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out: 1. How is the implementation of da'wah education at SMPN 2 Wonosalam Jombang? 2. How is the local content curriculum management plan at SMPN 2 Wonosalam Jombang? 3. How is the evaluation of local content curriculum management at SMPN 2 Wonosalam Jombang? The method used in this study is a qualitative approach with a case study type located at SMP Negeri 2 Wonosalam, Jombang. Collecting data using interview techniques, observation, and documentation The data obtained were then analyzed using interactive model data analysis from Miles and Huberman. Based on data analysis, it was found that: 1) Planning for the implementation of local content curriculum activities involves compiling learning tools and matters related to learning; those involved in planning activities are teacher working groups, the head of madrasah, the deputy head of curriculum, the madrasah committee, and pesantren leaders; activities are conducted at the beginning of each semester. 2) In the implementation of local content curriculum management, there are still obstacles, but these obstacles have been overcome in the right way. In the implementation, teachers and students are involved, the choice of implementation of the local content curriculum is adjusted to local regulations, and the needs of the community around the institution and its management are very good. 3) Evaluation of the management of the Javanese local content curriculum using various methods carried out by teaching teachers, generally carried out twice in one semester. For learning the Qur'an, evaluation is carried out by several people according to their level, and activities are carried out after each lesson, at the end of the semester, and at the end of the year.
