Abstract

This study aims to determine the basis of the nature of the peace deed in the settlement of murabahah disputes in the Banyumas Religious Court. The main problem to be revealed in this study is how the review of Islamic engagement law on the peace deed in the settlement of murabahah disputes in the Banyumas Religious Court. The research method used by the author is included in literature law research. This literature research focuses on the scope of legal conception, legal rules, and legal principles, not up to human behavior. The results of this study show that the Parties to the peace deed have indirectly applied some of the provisions of the engagement based on the Islamic law of engagement, both from the provisions of the principle or principle, the provisions of the pillars, and the provisions of the terms and some things are not applied under these provisions. So, the law of the peace deed is binding and can be implemented as the provisions of Islamic law by both parties. This means that the Banyumas Religious Court has implemented the positive rule of law well, but on the other hand has implemented the legal provisions that apply to Islam. This peace deed becomes the basic agreement document of the parties to execute or execute the agreement that has been decided by the judge. Thus, the parties must abide by it in order for the benefit of this agreement to be achieved.

Abstract

The role of waqf is very important in participating in building and improving the economy, especially in building community welfare. From the Islamic perspective, productive waqf is the concept of managing waqf assets to obtain results so that they can provide benefits to the community on an ongoing basis. Thus, several questions arise related to this discussion, first, what are the legal and theological foundations of productive waqf? Second, what are the benefits and implementation of productive waqf for the community, and third, what are the challenges and solutions in implementing productive waqf for the community? This research method uses the literature method with data obtained from reference books and journals related to related discussions. The conclusion in this article is the result of a discussion of matters related to the title of the article.

Abstract

The decline in human dignity (dehumanization) is evident in the widespread use of social media platforms like TikTok, including among elementary school students. Many children enjoy using TikTok, which affects their personal character. It is necessary to examine the impact of TikTok usage on elementary school students to develop strategies for teachers to ensure safe TikTok use. This study focuses on analyzing the impact of TikTok usage on the personal character elements of faith, piety to God Almighty, and noble character in Phase C elementary school students. The objectives of this research are to analyze the influence of TikTok usage, examine the intensity of TikTok usage, assess the information shared on TikTok, and design strategies for teachers to guide students' TikTok usage. This research is a descriptive qualitative study with a phenomenological approach. Data were collected using triangulation techniques, including observation, questionnaires, interviews, and documentation. The results indicate that TikTok usage has both positive and negative impacts on the personal character elements of Phase C students. Positively, students became more active, expressive, confident, communicative, creative, and gained updated knowledge through TikTok. However, negative impacts include increased laziness, loss of manners, emotional instability, lack of responsibility, and diminished concern for the environment. To maximize the positive and minimize the negative impacts of TikTok, it is crucial to implement control and wise supervision in digital etiquette.

Abstract

This research aims to find out 1) What are the supporting factors in implementing the School Literacy Program at SDN Harjasari 01 2) What are the inhibiting factors in implementing the School Literacy Program at SDN Harjasari 01 3) What is the process of implementing the School Literacy Program in increasing interest in reading at SDN Harjasari 01. This type of research uses descriptive qualitative research by processing and collecting data according to facts in the field. Data was obtained from interviews, observation and documentation. The data obtained was analyzed and presented in descriptive form. The subjects of this research were students at SDN Harjasari 01. The results of the research showed that the implementation of the School Literacy Movement at SDN Harjasari 01 had gone well, it was known from the results of interviews with the principal, students, class teachers and observation results as well as from the School Report Card in the Literacy aspect showing scores 60% with moderate indications. Implementation of the School Literacy Movement Program includes reading 15 minutes before learning, providing a library, wall magazine and reading corner. Factors inhibiting the implementation of the School Literacy Movement are lack of interest in reading, limited reading materials, limited and inadequate library space.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the condition of Private Islamic Religious Colleges including Pati Islamic College which is relatively limited, where the development costs only come from student payments, so of course the situation is very different when compared to State Islamic Religious Colleges (PTKIN) when viewed from the side of facilities, infrastructure and other budgets. to support existence and competitive advantage, it is necessary to cooperate with other agencies. This study aims to determine the form of cooperation carried out by Pati Islamic College and its implementation both internally and externally. This is important to study, because Pati Islamic College is a private Islamic College which has several limitations compared to State Universities when facing various problems and challenges in improving quality towards competitive advantage. This research is a descriptive qualitative research with data sources obtained from interviews, observations and documentation. The results of this study indicate that efforts to increase competitive advantage are carried out by optimizing cooperation starting from the strengths and needs within the institution, good cooperation management based on mutually beneficial commitments and also to lead to institutions that are widely known to the public and have competitiveness. The form of cooperation is carried out in academic and non-academic fields, both internally and externally. Internal cooperation is carried out between study programs or between institutions that still exist within the Higher Education environment itself, while external cooperation is carried out between universities. All cooperation carried out refers to the Tri Dharma of Higher Education, namely, education and teaching, research and community service.
