Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of Accounting Information Systems (AIS) in two MSMEs, namely Ggehijaband SASHOP, and evaluate their impact on operational efficiency and financial statement accuracy. Both SMEs have transitioned from manual recording to using AIS applications, such as Qasir, which helps improve transaction processes and inventory management. The results show that AIS can reduce service time from an estimated 10-20 minutes to 2-5 minutes, decrease the workload of cashiers, and improve inventory management consistency. Additionally, SIA has been proven to improve the accuracy of financial reports by reducing pricing errors, COGS calculation errors, and errors in manual transaction recapitulation. Overall, the implementation of AIS has made a positive contribution to business sustainability by improving the effectiveness of internal controls and the quality of information used in decision-making and contributes academically by providing empirical evidence on AIS adoption in MSMEs within a developing economy context.

Abstract

This research aims to design and build Leyndell-RPG games along with web-based game distribution websites that are able to support the process of digital game information, transactions, and distribution. The development method used is Waterfall which includes the stages of needs analysis, design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. Games are developed using the Godot Engine, while distribution websites are built with Next.js, TypeScript, and MySQL databases. System testing is carried out using the black box testing method on user, admin, and browser compatibility. The test results show that all the main features of the user and admin systems run according to the needs designed, and the website is well accessible on the Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge browsers. Thus, the Leyndell–RPG game distribution website was declared successful and was able to provide effective support for users and developers in the digital game distribution process.

Abstract

This study aims to understand the relationship between parenting styles and children's learning motivation in Cilangkara Village, particularly in cases of school dropouts. This research employs a qualitative method with a case study approach, where data was collected through interviews and observations of school dropouts, their parents, and neighbors, allowing for an in-depth understanding of social and familial dynamics influencing learning motivation. The findings indicate that authoritative parenting increases children's learning motivation, while authoritarian and permissive parenting tends to decrease motivation, contributing to the decision to drop out of school, highlighting the theoretical relevance of parenting typologies in explaining motivational outcomes. Additionally, economic factors and negative experiences at school also influence children's decisions to lose motivation in continuing their education and provide practical implications for parents, educators, and local policymakers in designing context-sensitive educational interventions.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of employee engagement and work-life balance on employee productivity in manufacturing companies in Indonesia. The manufacturing industry faces complex challenges in the era of digital transformation and intensive global competition, where employee productivity becomes a crucial determinant for company sustainability. The characteristics of the manufacturing industry with repetitive work, high production targets, and long working hours create particular challenges in maintaining optimal employee engagement and work-life balance. This study employs a quantitative approach with a survey method through questionnaires distributed to 76 employees in the production department of manufacturing companies. The sampling technique uses the Slovin formula with a 5% error rate. Employee engagement measurement utilizes three dimensions: emotional, cognitive, and physical involvement, while work-life balance is measured through time balance, involvement balance, and satisfaction balance. Work productivity is measured through indicators of capability, work result improvement, work enthusiasm, self-development, quality, and efficiency. The analysis technique used is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) based on Partial Least Square (PLS), and multiple regression analysis. This research is expected to provide theoretical contributions through the development of a contextual integrative model for the Indonesian manufacturing industry, as well as practical implications for management in designing sustainable, humanistic productivity improvement strategies that are adaptive to contemporary employee needs, particularly millennials and Gen Z who dominate the workforce.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the impact of Islamic finance on economic stability at both national (Indonesia) and global levels. In an era of economic uncertainty and global market volatility, Islamic financial systems offer principles of justice, transparency, and social responsibility, which are believed to enhance economic resilience. This research employs a literature review method with a descriptive qualitative approach. The analysis reveals that Islamic financial instruments—such as sukuk, contract-based financing, and zakat play a significant role in stabilizing the real sector and strengthening an inclusive financial system. In Indonesia, the growth of Islamic finance has supported national economic resilience, particularly during times of crisis. Globally, the adoption of Sharia principles by several countries demonstrates the system's potential in sustainable fostering economic stability. This study recommendations strengthening regulatory frameworks and financial literacy to broaden the contribution of Islamic finance to the global economy.
