Abstract

Sexual crimes of pedophilia will have a negative impact for children.Not only undermine the future of the physical, but also mental andpsychological damage the child, such as major depressive disordermay be brought later into adulthood. Moreover, most people withpedophilia caused because he had been the victim of sexual abuse similarin childhood. The criminal acts of pedophilia is very detrimental to thevictims and the wider community. Therefore, the victims need care andprotection of the law. The law in Indonesia that ensnare the practice ofpedophilia was not serious. So that the penalty for pedophiles is notcommensurate with what has been done and the risk of future damageto the victims. Besides the protection of the public for the victims ofpedophiles are also very less.

Abstract

This article discusses the role, influence, and political expediency of Islamic economics in implementing the ASEAN Economic Community (AEC) in Indonesia. This study used a qualitative descriptive approach. In exploring the data, the researcher try to determine the facts of the data collected from the research results for further processed and analyzed. The researcher used inductive thinking which describes particularly the political concept of Islamic economics then correlated with the case in general, namely the ASEAN economies. That concept combined with the results of research in the field, including uncovering a problem in MEA. The results of this study indicate that the political economy of Islam in the MEA in Indonesia aims to improve economic stability Muslim and non- Muslim communities in Southeast Asia and is expected to overcome the problems in the economic field between countries of ASEAN. The MEA consequences of the agreement in the form of the free flow of goods to the ASEAN countries, the impact of the free flow of services, the impact of the free flow of investment, the impact of the flow of skilled labor, and the impact of the free flow of capital. These things can certainly result in positive or negative for the economy of Indonesia. Therefore, from the government side also conducted strategy and the steps that Indonesia is ready and able to take advantage of the momentum of the MEA.

Abstract

Economic growth cannot be separated from justice of distribution for each individual. But in reality, it seems an injustice and inequality in the distribution of income and wealth, so the impact on the increase of poverty. Distribution policy in economic development Islam upholds the values of justice based on the Qur’an, that is wealth does not circulate only one group alone. This paper concludes that the distribution policy in economic development Islam emphasizes the elimination rate system that benefits those who have capital and resulted in accumulation of wealth in certain groups. In addition, people are required to realize the importance of creating the role of distributive justice and narrow the economic gap with the practice regular charity, infaq, sadaqah, awqaf, inheritance and others, so that it can be optimized as a source of financing economic development. Then, the no less important in the distribution policy is to optimize the sukuk to finance the country’s development in order to improve public services, so that the results can be felt by the whole society.

Abstract

Pekalongan known as a city whose economies are based on the batik industri, for the quality of the city of Pekalongan batik is in excellent condition, is evidenced by the absence of some in Pekalongan batik industri that already exports its products to various countries. Ethics is very important to be applied in the production process to minimize any production activities that cause harm. Greed of man and the love of the world is one thing that makes people act not in accordance with the rules or ethics, so that the rules of values and norms have a very important position in the control action in order not to cause dangerous to other human beings, in running the batik industri, the company always trying to follow the principle of balance in all aspects. Balance is the key to the survival of the company.

Abstract

The current study aims at knowing know how far a religiosity affects a person’s behavior in the capital market. This qualitative research uses the religiosity theory constructed by Glork and Start. These results from the interview to 3 investors as the subjects of the research shows that the religiosity of Muslim investors in Pekalongan is not automatically guarantee their invesment behaviors. This research support the previous research conclusion that religiousity not automaticaly conducted muslim investment behavior in banking and finance. On the other hand there are some research have different conclusion.

Abstract

Zakah of profession is one source of zakat which began intensively conducted by the government through BAZNAS and Islamic mass organizations in Indonesia recently. Nevertheless, a group of scholars and Islamic mass organizations apparently still has not fully accepted the obligation of this zakah. With other languages,zakah profession still has proponents and opponents. Supporters of zakah of profession consists of MUI, Government, NU, Muhammadiyah, Hidayatullah and others. While that does not agree generally from among those who oriented toward Saudi clerics, Salami, Persis and others. This paper discusses the proposition and the arguments of each group. In the analysis the authors, the arguments for zakat profession more rajah (strong) and assured and more meet maqashid ash-Shariah.

Abstract

This article analyzes the ideological struggle in the fatwas of the Muhammadiyah Legal Affairs Committee. Ideology contained in Fatwas Tarjih different ideologies that are in the mainstream of Islamic law (fiqh) in the society. In general, Fiqh give attention to men (dominant groups), while Muhammadiyah fatwa Tarjih attention to marginalized groups. The emergence of such a fatwa is not simply due to the proposition (Nas), but there is a certain ideology that strives for, which is to defend the marginalized groups. They are women and children who have often become victims in under the hand marriage and illegal divorce.

Abstract

Product diversification Islamic bank as one of services can encourage the emergence of customer preference towards Islamic Bank, and one of the products is the pledge of gold. The diversity of the people’s choice for a product make marketing as the most important part, and the important stage of marketing is to analyze the behavior of customers. Through this research, we can know “the factors affecting customer referrers against pawn of gold in BRI Syariah Yogyakarta branch”. The author attempted to examine and analyze five (5) factors; trust, religious, profit, service, and promotion. This study is a field research with qualitative methods based on primary and secondary data. The sampling method used purposive sampling, in which the data were collected through interviews to the management and customers, bank document tracking and deployment questionnaire to the respondent. The data analysis technique used is the analysis of frequency analysis which test the validity and reliability of the data questioner. The result found there were five factors in order are as follows: religious and trust get a high score, profit, service, and promotion.
