Abstract

Protein is a macromolecule having base goods 20 kinds of amino acid. Protein has main role in biological system in every organism, some between it is as catalyst, as conveyor and depositor of other molecule like oxygen, supports mechanically impenetrability system (immunity) body, yields movement of body, as transmitor movement of nerve and controls growth and development. Existence of the biological function becomes base in classification for protein. This article explained about one of type from protein namely collagen. Solution about collagen in this article include;covers special and common of collagen and collagen structure. Conclusion from this article inter alia: collagen is material having strength of spread and structure which is in the form of fibre, collagen is main fibre component in bone, tooth, cartilage, skin layer in derm, tendon cartilage and eyepiece, collagen fibril consisted of polypeptide unit sub called tropokolagen which consist of three polypeptide chains which called helix, existence of collagen that is unsatisfying perfect in the forming can cause disease like scurvy, that marked by venous damage and skin structure.

Abstract

Assessment of scientific attitude in science study,important is executed along of in study of science relates to abiliti, causing becomes solvent student referance or inabiliti at study. Attitude contains three dimensions namely cognate trust, feeling of akfektif or evaluatif and behavior of someone to attitude object. Assessment result of learning Sains is assumed complete if including cognate aspect, affective, and psikomotor. Attitude is bahaviour having the character of public disseminating is thin is of all thing done by student. But attitude also is one other having an in with result of student learning. Distinguishable scientific attitude from simply attitude to Sains, because attitude to Sains only be focused at does student like or doesn\'t like to study Sains. Abstract

Background: Acne vulgaris is a chronic folikel pilosebasea inflamation skin disease. This often happens to adolescent. For adolescent pubercity become a central concern during their psysiological development, marked by increase in hormonal secretion, particularly sex hormone, and stressfull conflicted ages. It is not surprising if those conflicts become one of the factors causing ane vulgaris to adolescent. Objective: This study aims to find out the correlation between stress and acne vulgaris to Madrasah Aliyah Negeri I Yogyakarta female students. Methods: This is a crossectional study. Data are taken from Madrasah Aliyah Negeri I Yogyakarta female students, with consecutive sampling. Research is conducted with questioner. Result: From 70 respondent, there were 24,3% resistant to stress, 91,4% suffered psychosocial stressor with varying degrees and 55.7% suffered anxiety with vaying degrees.100% of respondent suffered non inflammatory lesions. Abstract

Affective domain is domain related to attitude and value, attitude is one of psychology area term relating to perception and behaviour. The figures divide level of its interest into five level that is; recognition (receiving), response giving (responding), appreciation to value (valuing), organization (organization), and deed (characterization). Each interest haves the character of hierarchical. For every subject in school has affective indicator measured by teacher, so do education subject of Islam prioritizing expansion of affective domain, for the reason the affective indicator domain must be measured by using some scales that is Iikert double helix scale, scale thurstone, scale diperensial, measurement scale of enthusiasm and attitude scale.

Abstract

Melayu Manado is one of some languages that are spoken by Gorontalo people. In fact, there are some different things in Melayu manado that are spoken by Manadonese and Gorontalese. The prime difference showed by those things are the employing of first personal pronoun kita and second personal pronoun ngana. This writing aims to describe the using of first personal pronoun kita and second personal pronoun ngana in Melayu Manado Dialect that are spoken by Gorontalese as impolite marker. It will be classified into two points, they are referring to age and kinship. Age entails oldman and oldman, oldman and younger, young man and young man (peer), young man and child. Kinship is related to husband and wife, parent and their children, brother and sister, relative.

Abstract

Human resources are the central factor in an organization, whatever its forms and goals, organization are formed based on various vision for human interest, so human is strategic factor in an institution or organization activity, either governmental or private organization in achieving their goals. The human resources development strategy also aimed as anticipative step in facing various problems and threats from the change dynamics and globalization currents in internal and external of organization. The formal education, education and training and employee empowerment variables simultaneously influence significantly toward the employee performance, but partially influence significantly, The next showed that fonnal education influence dominantly toward employee performance because through formal education able to develop three basic competences that is cognitive (intellectual), affective (moral/attitude), and psychomotor (skills) that support employees task as the society servant.
