Abstract

Intemational business relationship hetd intersate, state with individuat or state with intemational organization cannot be worked out closer ever after. Often the relationships raise dispute. Thereforg tlre law has to give a foundation in order that parties can ask a judge or arbiter\'s legal assistance to review the content of contracl wheather clauses of contract has to be renegoliated again, changed or cancelled. Intemational arbitration has long been recognized as a mean of resolving commercial disputies, especially those with international dimensions. It\'s believel that arbitration offers some advantages compare to litigaton. As a result, foreign investors have been encreasingly using international arbitration provisions in their agreements.

Abstract

Geomorphology is the study of land shape, a process that causes the alteration of land shape and on both sides relationship between land shape and process of shape formation. In its application, Geomorphology is required in many fields which need land shape information and its implementation. Geomorphologic exploration results land classification into geomorphologic units. Erosion survey, by using geomorphologic approach, results some important information in land shape alteration such as to determine the cartography of design erosion, the cartography of erosion development, plain distribution into some 0erosion units that is marked by erosion intensity and the estimation of sediment result that is come from erosion process.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengidentifikasi kata-kata yang mengandung words formation pada koran \"Jakarta Post\" yang terbit pada hari kamis, tanggal 18 Oktober 2007. Penulis ingin mengetahui apakah ada kata-kata baru yang mengandung words formation pada artikel koran Jakarta Post. Data dikumpulkan dengan cara membaca setiap artikel pada koran kemudian menyusun semua kata yang mengandung words formation setelah itu menentukan dan mengklasifikasi kata-kata kedalam bentuk-bentuk words formation Pada penelitian ini, penulis menemukan bahwa ada kata-kata baru yang mengandung words formation seperti Compound noun+noun contoh: Grassroot, Rooftop, Makeshift, and Spokesman. Meskipun ada beberapa bentuk words formation yang tidak ditemukan kata-kata baru namun penulis berharap ada peneliti lain yang dapat menemukan kata-kata baru yang mengandung words formation pada koran ataupun majalah yang berbahasa inggris lainnya dan berharap apa yang penulis lakukan ini dapat memberikan kontribusi untuk penngejar dan pembelajar Bahasa Inggris yang fokus pada words formation serta inguistik

Abstract

The high inflation suggests the economic crisis in Indonesia recently. The government implements the inflation targeting in monetary policy to recovery the economic stability. Nevertheless, this policy can perform merely the precondition of inflation targeting had been fulfilled. And apparently, this policy can be difficult to realize, because the precondition was complicated and exactly became the obstacle.
