Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengkaji pengaruh pemberian silase kombinasi limbah jagung dan limbah kacang tanah terhadap konsumsi ransum, pertambahan berat badan dan konversi ransum sapi potong. Penelitian dilaksanakan di PT. Tata Hidup Cemerlang (THC) Desa Lengkese Kecamatan Mangara Bombang (Marbo) Kabupaten Takalar Sulawesi Selatan selama 4 bulan mulai dari bulan Juni 2009 sampai dengan September 2009, menggunakan limbah jagung dan limbah kacang tanah (batang dan daun) untuk pembuatan silase dan sapi bali jantan umur 2 2,5 tahun dengan berat badan 200 - 250 kg sebanyak 12 ekor, chopper, silo, kandang, tempat pakan, tempat minum, sapu, sikat, selang air, sekop, cikrak/trisula, arit, tambang pengikat, timbangan digital ternak. Introduksi pakan yang diberikan adalah dengan pemanfaatan limbah jagung dan limbah kacang tanah yang disilase dan konsentrat komersial hasil produksi PT. Tata Hidup Cemerlang yang menggunakan rancangan acak lengkap (RAL) yang terdiri dari empat perlakuan dan tiga kali ulangan. Pemberian pakan silase dan air minum adlibitum sedangkan konsentrat diberikan sebanyak 2 kg/ekor/hari. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perlakuan ransum kombinasi limbah jagung dan limbah kacang tanah (50 % : 50 %) memperlihatkan respon yang lebih baik dibanding ransum lainnya terhadap konsumsi ransum, pertambahan berat badan dan konversi ransum sehingga perlu penelitian lebih lanjut dengan menggunakan teknologi pakan silase (kombinasi limbah jagung dan kacang tanah berkualitas) dan pakan suplemen UMB berbasis sumber daya local (local knowledge) untuk peningkatan bobot badan sapi bali.

Abstract

This research is an Action Classrom Research that is held in SMAN I Limboto at Even Semester, 2008/2009 Academic Years. The subject of research is class XI IPA 3 which have 28 students that consist of 9 boys and 19 girls. The object of thisreserch is to increase the students achievement by using Type TAI (Tiem Accelerated Instruction) Cooperative Learning Style. This researchheld in 2 cycles that research is 85 % Student get up to 70 and the learning activities which are marked by using observation sheet minimally reach good category. The students achievement on the first cycle shows the classical absorptive power reaches 89,55% and the study completeness reaches 96.43% This achievement show that the usage of type TAI (Team Accelerated Instruction) Cooparative Learning Style could increase the Students Achievement.

Abstract

This research is one of class art (PTK). This research conducted by because referring low the activity and student\'s motivation in learning the material salt hydrolysis which fetch, to student\'s result. One of solution which can be do by the teacher is applying the cooperative learning type TGT (Teams Games Tournament). The sample of this research at student\'s class XI-B1 MAN Model Gorontalo academic years 2008/2009 which consists twenty student\'s. This research could be do consists of the sicluss. With some changed to low which be found in every sicluss. The first sicluss is applying cooperative learning type TGT (Teams Games Tournament), then second sicluss is art of part the first sicluss based on result of observation and result of evaluation. The result of analysis at the first sicluss indicated the student\'s who get score 6,5 or more consists 16 student\'s (80%) and the student\'s which get score under 6,5 consists of 4 student\'s (20%) with classical capability 87,18% at the first sicluss the result of student\'s not be categorized criterion of result which conducted by observer is 85%, so could be continuo to second sicluss. When at the second sicluss, the student\'s who get score 6,5 or more consists 20 student\'s (100%). This is indicated if applying cooperative learning type TGT (Teams Games Tournament) at the material salt hydrolysis can could be improving result of class XI-B1 MAN Model Gorontalo.

Abstract

The research is descriptive that aimed to know how is the Students ability in comprehending complex compound of transition elements of fourth period in students of Chemical education Department of Gorontalo State University. Technique in collecting the data was test as instrument. Result of validity test was 100% and reliability coefficient was 0,74%. The result showed that students comprehending in complex compound material of transition elements of fourth period were (1) determining central atom at complex compound as 37,23%, (2) determining ligand at complex compound as 39,02%, (3) determining coordination number from complex ion as 35,12%, (4) determining the content of complex compound as 40,78%, (5) writing complex compound formula as 25,5%, (6) giving the name of complex compound as 30,82%, (7) determining the hybridizes of complex compound as 20,56% and (8) determining the form of complex compound as 40,78%.

Abstract

The research is classroom action research and conducted at students of XI class in SMA Negeri 1 Suwawa in 2008/2009 academics years. The sample was 26 students that consisted of 5 male students and 21 female students. The research aimed to improve students comprehension ability in solubility and solubility product concept through cooperative learning of Think-Pair-Share type. The research was had 2 cycles, in where there was an improving of teacher interaction in learning with average value as 3,27 (81,75%) in good category at first cycle and became 3,63 (90,75%) in excellent category at second cycle. In addition, there was an improving of students interaction with average value as 2,50 (62,5%) with enough criteria at first cycle and improved as 3,50 (80,75%) in excellent criteria at second cycle. Also, there was an improving of students achievement that was 62,5% at first cycle and improved to 88% at second cycle. Therefore, it showed that there was an improving of students comprehension ability in solubility and solubility product concept through Cooperative learning of Think-Pair-Share type. Hence, the hypothesis that stated, If in learning about solution and result times solution used cooperative learning of Think-Pair-Share type then students comprehension ability in XI class of SMA N 1 Suwawa can improve is accepted.

Abstract

Before tes used to net data, beforehand analyze indicator of[is quality of tes that is executed [by] reliabilitas and validity [in] SMA Country 4 Gorontalo. Validity Tes obtained 100% and reliabilitas equal to 0,69. Result of research obtained a) [at] tes test result of learning experiment class by using higher obtained score flash macromedia that is = 76,87 compared to tes dennga result of learning [at] class control without using flash macromedia with obtained score = 68,54 in hypothesis test concluded that in signifikan level 0,01 with dk = 40 in the reality diperolen assess thitung = 3,93 > from ttabel ( 0,995)(20) = 2,84 and H0 [in] refusing so that can be expressed that result learn natural student [of] study by using flash macromedia by signifikan compared to better [of] natural student [of] study without using macromedia b) [at] retention tes test result of learning experiment class by using higher obtained score flash macromedia that is = - 29,08 compared to tes dennga result of learning [at] class control without using flash macromedia with obtained score = - 30,10 in hypothesis test concluded that in signifikan level 0,01 with dk = 40 in the reality diperolen assess thitung = 0,34 < from ttabel ( 0,995)(20) = 2,84 and H0 [in] accepting so that can be expressed that result learn natural student [of] study by using flash macromedia by signifikan compared to better [of] natural student [of] study without using macromedia from hopotesis test [at] retention tes result of learning to be categorized [by] there [is] [relation/link] in study by using flash macromedia.

Abstract

This research is a laboratory experiment, which intends to isolate and characterize chitosan of windu shrimps skin, which is cultivated in Gorontalo by using Fourier Transform Infra Red Spectrophotometer. The result of water analysis and degree, ash degree, and the degree of deasetilation, which were found were in accordance to standard parameter of chitosan which is required, that are 8%, 1,5% and 80,01%. The test of chitosan solubility characteristic was apparently in accordance with standard parameter of chitosan quality that is not soluble in water, concentrated NH3, Na2SO4 2%, slightly soluble in concentrated HCl, concentrated HNO3 and soluble in CH3COOH 1%.

Abstract

This research is class act based research that had been done on the second semester 2008/2009 academic year, the total number of students are fifteen (15), consist of four (4) men and elevent (11) women. This research is done into two cycles and use one teacher as observer 1 and one else observer 2. the aim of the research is to increase the students learning result of class XI IPA MA Al-Huda Gorontalo on solubility and solubility product by using problem possing approach. In this research, the dat are taken by teacher activities monitoring sheet and students as long as teaching and learning process, also the test of students learning result. The succsessfull qualification of this research is 85% students get mark 6,5 also monitoring to teacher activities and students achieve 70%. From the result of research show that learning by using problem possing approach can increase the students learning result. It can be proven on increasing the students learning result 20% in cycle I, from 73,3% to 93,3%or average the mark from 64,3 to 71,2.
