Abstract

Dalam mengoptimal roda organisasi diperlukan perencanaan pegawai yang optimal melalui prosedure dan mekanisme yang selektif, sehingga mampu mempertahankan keberadaannya dimasa yang akan datang. Kemampuan mempertahankan diri tersebut harus ditopang oleh pegawai yang bersumber daya, disamping peralatan lainnya seperti money, material, machine, metohod, dan market. Perencanaan pegawai atau SDM dalam organisasi adalah serangkaian kegiatan atau aktivitas yang dilakukan secara sistematis dan strategis yang berkaitan dengan peramalan kebutuhan tenaga kerja/pegawai dimasa yang akan datang dalam suatu organisasi (publik, bisnis) dengan menggunakan sumber informasi yang tepat guna penyediaan tenaga kerja dalam jumlah dan kualitas sesuai yang dibutuhkan

Abstract

This research is developing research, because in this research is developed learning materials of mathematical and natural sciences (IPA) for elementary education oriented to direct-learning model. Dick and Carey's development of learning materials are used in this research. Learning materials developed covers learning plan (RPP), student activity sheet (LKS), student teaching materials and the test of the result of student learning (THB). Those are tried out to the fifth class students of SDN Ketintang I Gayungan Surabaya. These indicate that during direct-learning activity, student involved actively. The feasibility of learning during direct-learning activity from the three learning plans (RPP 01 - RPP 03) is categorized very good. Student response to the learning consists of enthusiasm and motivation. Student enthusiasm to the learning indicates that student attention is good, they can correlate the lesson with their everyday life, they have high believe in learning activity, and they satisfy following this direct-learning. Student motivation indicates that they are motivated during teaching learning process using direct-learning model. It can be seen from the score obtained in motivation questionnaires is high. The result of student learning at try-out I and II indicates that the feasibility of student in classical is above complete means specified, i.e. 0.86

Abstract

The English Department Students of Faculty of Letters have low motivation in learning the subjects of linguistics, such as English Morphology. They felt bored and hard to follow this subject. This was probably because of the lowest creativity of the lecturers in creating the various model, methods or techniques in teaching linguitics subject. Consequently, most of students achievement are low. Thus, this makes me to conduct a reserarch by using the model of cooperative learning-jigsaw method. The objective of teaching is to increase students understanding toward the concepts in English morphology subject and to to increase the students learning achievement in English morphology subject. This research was conducted at the the English Department students of Faculty of Letters and Culture who programme the subject of English morphology in the academic 2006/2007 (39 students). The development method used in this teaching was the Classroom Action Research. It was conducted 3 cycles. about both teacher and students activites in the teaching and learning process, test and students feedback about the teaching and learning process The data are analyzed quatitatively and qualitatively. The result of research indicates that the jigsaw method can increase the achievement of English Department Students in learning English Morphology. This is proven by the result of students achievement in the cycle one 79% or the value 3 ( good category), in the cycle two 86% or the value 3,53 ( excellent category), and in the cycle three 90% or the value 3.71 ( excellent category). Besides, the impact of the applying of this method can make students active in the classroom. This is believed that the application of jigsaw method can give a valuable contribution for the increasing of teaching quality, both the students academic and social skills.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi khususnya dibidang telekomunikasi dan transportasi dianggap sebagai lokomotif dan turut mempercepat proses globalisasi di pelbagai aspek kehidupan. Setiap negara harus menghadapi kenyataan bahwa informasi dunia saat ini dibangun berdasarkan suatu jaringan yang ditawarkan oleh kemajuan bidang teknologi. Sebagai media penyedia informasi internet juga merupakan sarana kegiatan komunitas komersial terbesar dan terpesat pertumbuhannya.Berbagai kasus pelanggaran hukum melalui media internet kini kerap terjadi di Indonesia, kondisi Indonesia secara global dalam persoalan ciber crime sudah sangat memprihatinkan.

Abstract

The Founding Fathers menetapkan salah satu tujuan pendirian negara dan pembentukan Pemerintah Indonesia adalah : mencerdaskan kehidupan bangsa. Hal itu tercantum dalam alinea keempat Pembukaan UUD 1945 dan dijabarkan ke dalam Batang Tubuh UUD 1945. Mencerdaskan kehidupan bangsa hakikatnya adalah pendidikan, merupakan hak konstitusional yang bersifat universal, dinikmati secara adil tanpa diskriminasi oleh seluruh warga negara, karenanya diperlukan pengaturan melalui perundang-undangan sebagai dasar tindakan Pemerintah/Pemerintah Daerah. Penyelenggaraan pendidikan merupakan kewenangan bersama antara pemerintah dan pemerintah daerah berdasarkan kriteria eksternalitas, akuntabilitas dan efisiensi dengan memperhatikan keserasian hubungan pusat dan daerah. Kewenangan ini tercermin dan bersumber dari Pasal, 28 31 dan 18 UUD NRI Tahun 1945, Undang Undang Nomor 32 Tahun 2004 Tentang Pemerintahan Daerah dan Undang Undang Nomor 20 tahun 2003 Tentang Sistem Pendidikan Nasional. Kewenangan Pemerintah diperoleh secara atributif, sementara kewenangan Pemerintah Daerah diperoleh secara delegatif dan mandat berdasarkan asas dekonsentrasi dan tugas pembantuan. Pelaksanaan kewenangan ini harus dipertanggung jawabkan kepada publik. Bilamana menyimpang dan atau merugikan warga negara, pemerintah daerah harus mempertanggung jawabkan secara administratif (liability, dan responsibility,) tanpa menutup kemungkinan tanggung jawab perdata atau bahkan pidana, sebagai wujud perlindungan hukum.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was carried out to know how to make a positioning of Travel product in Gorontalo city. Positioning establishes the desired perception of your product within the target market relative to the competition. With the positioning the product will have an image in market, so that the market will consume it more and more and believe with the guaranty. Proposed for more incessant the product marketing, to make cosumer attractive and loyal use the services with maintain the service and added value.
