Abstract

This study aims to analyze the independent learning of students in mathematics through e-learning in class IX SMP Negeri 10 Gorontalo. This research is a descriptive research type, with a population of all class IX students of SMP Negeri 10 Gorontalo, totaling 101 students, consisting of 4 classes. The sample in the study was 20 people using a simple random sampling technique. The data obtained were obtained from student learning independence questionnaire sheets, as well as interviews with students related to students' learning independence in mathematics through e-learning. Based on the results of the research and discussion that the researcher has described in the previous chapter, that the learning independence of students in mathematics through e-learning is seen based on five indicators of learning independence divided into three categories namely high, medium and low categories. There are 4 high category students with an answer percentage of 20%. Second, there are 13 students belonging to the medium category with an answer percentage of 65%. Third, there are 3 students in the low category with an answer percentage of 15%. Of the three categories, in general, students only fulfill part of the indicators of learning independence measured in this study. So based on this, it can be concluded that the independent learning of students in mathematics through e-learning in class IX SMP Negeri 10 Gorontalo is still classified as moderate, so it needs to be improved.

Abstract

This research is developing research, because in this research is developed learning materials of mathematical and natural sciences (IPA) for elementary education oriented to direct-learning model. Dick and Carey's development of learning materials are used in this research. Learning materials developed covers learning plan (RPP), student activity sheet (LKS), student teaching materials and the test of the result of student learning (THB). Those are tried out to the fifth class students of SDN Ketintang I Gayungan Surabaya. These indicate that during direct-learning activity, student involved actively. The feasibility of learning during direct-learning activity from the three learning plans (RPP 01 - RPP 03) is categorized very good. Student response to the learning consists of enthusiasm and motivation. Student enthusiasm to the learning indicates that student attention is good, they can correlate the lesson with their everyday life, they have high believe in learning activity, and they satisfy following this direct-learning. Student motivation indicates that they are motivated during teaching learning process using direct-learning model. It can be seen from the score obtained in motivation questionnaires is high. The result of student learning at try-out I and II indicates that the feasibility of student in classical is above complete means specified, i.e. 0.86

Abstract

This study aims to see the effect of applying local wisdom-based learning on science process skills in class XI high school heat concept. The method in this study is an experimental method with the type of Pre-Experimental Design. This research belongs to the type of quantitative descriptive research with the research design of One-Group Pretest-Posttest Design. The research was conducted in the Odd Semester of the 2019/2020 Academic Year in class XIA students of SMA Negeri 1 Paguat with a total of 20 students. Based on the results of the research, it was found that the average results of students' science process skills when given a pre-test was 15.44 (very poor) and when given a post-test it was 92.01 (very good). The results of the N-Gain test analysis were obtained for indicators of observing, classifying, communicating, and drawing conclusions to get an average of 0.87 (high category). Based on the results of research that has been carried out by researchers and other researchers, it can be concluded that learning based on local wisdom affects the science process skills of class XI students of SMA Negeri 1 Paguwat in learning physics, especially on the concept of heat.

Abstract

Kegiatan KKN Tematik-Desa Membangun  ini bertujuan untuk memberdayakan potensi desa yang ada di Desa Diloato dan Desa Bongo Tua Kecamatan Paguyaman Kabupaten Boalemo dalam meningkatkan pendapatan keluarga melalui peningkatan usaha ekonomi produktif  dengan memberikan keterampilan cara mengolah ikan dan jantung pisang menjadi makanan yang praktis dan digemari oleh masayarakat modern saat ini dan menumbuhkan semangat masyarakat yang ada di desa tersebut untuk membentuk kelompok usaha bersama. Metode pelaksnaanya yaitu dengan memberikan pelatihan dan pendampingan cara mengolah jantung pisang menjadi stik ikan. Kegiatan yang telah dilaksanakan Alhamdulillah berjalan lancer dan mendapat respon yang positif dari masyarakat. Berdasarkan kegiatan yang telah dilakukan, sebagian besar dari peserta (90%) sudah dapat mengolah jantung pisang ,menjadi stik ikan.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the mathematical creative thinking skills of SMP Negeri 1 Dungaliyo students on triangle material using descriptive methods. The subjects of this study were the seventh-grade students of SMP Negeri 1 Dungaliyo in the odd semester of the 2020/2021 academic year, as many as 27 students. The instrument used in this study was a test to obtain data on mathematical creative thinking skills and interviews to complement and strengthen the information derived from giving tests on triangle material that had been empirically validated. To see students' mathematical creative thinking skills, 4 indicators are used, namely 1). Smoothness (fluency); 2) Dexterity (flexibility); 3). Authenticity (authenticity); 4). Details (description). The data analysis technique used in this research is percentage analysis. Based on the data obtained for indicators of skill (fluency) of 50.93%, flexibility (flexibility) of 46.14%, originality of 33.33%, and details (elaboration).

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of applying the PhET-assisted Ryleac model of science learning tools on students' science process skills. The research method is a quasi-experimental design with a one-group pretest-posttest research design. The location of this research is at Junior High School, SMP Negeri Tangagah, in class VIII, Bolaang Uki District, Bolaang Mongondow Selatan Regency, in the 2021/2022 Academic Year. The sample in this study were students of class VIII types A and B. The researcher first validated the Ryleac model of science learning tools assisted by PhET by expert validators and obtained the overall results that the learning tools were very valid. The results of this study indicate that applying the Ryleac model of science learning tools assisted by PhET in learning can improve students' science process skills because students' learning activities are excellent during the learning process. Observation of students' science process skills during the learning process showed excellent results. All students' average responses positively responded to PhET-assisted Ryleac learning with an excellent category. The test results for science process skills showed that PhET-assisted Ryleac model learning could improve students' science process skills

Abstract

Noise is a sound that is not desired because it is not in accordance with the context of activity, space, and time so it can cause disturbances to comfort and even human health. Twoof the basic ingredients of a silencer are husk and bran. This research aimed to determine the effect and model of the relationship of the density of the sample mixture of husks and bran on acoustic waves' reflection coefficient and transmission coefficient. The method used in this research is experimental, using a mixture of husk and bran samples whose density consists of 5 variations. The results showed that the husk and bran mixture's sample density strongly affected the reflection coefficient (r = 0.947 to r = 0.966) and the transmission coefficient (r = -0.962 to r = -0.999). These resultsshow that the greater the sample density of the husk and bran mixture, the greater the absorption intensity fraction produced. Statistically, the level of influence is indicated by the correlation coefficient, whose value is around r = 0.95 to r = 0.99. Based on the results, the reflection and transmission coefficients are influenced by the density of the mixture of husk and bran samples.

Abstract

This library research examined previous scientific papers on ARCS (Attention, Relevance, Confidence, Satisfaction) strategy. This research aimed to create a mathematics learning scenario by implementing the ARCS strategy. The qualitative data were from secondary data, i.e., several literature reviews from previous studies. Moreover, the data were collected through documentation, or in this case, collecting data based on theories, books, and journals that discussed ARCS strategy. The data were analyzed by describing the data from previous studies, and were then processed to produce a mathematics learning scenario based on the ARCS strategy. This can be applied by math teachers during the lesson

Abstract

Pendidikan merupakan usaha sadar dan terencana dalam mewujudkan suasana belajar dan proses pembelajaran bagi peserta didik agar secara aktif dapat mengembangkan potensi dirinya agar memiliki kekuatan spritual keagamaan, pengendalian diri, kepribadian, kecerdasan, akhlak mulia, serta keterampilan yang diperlukan untuk dirinya, masyarakat, bangsa dan negara. Proses pembelajaran matematika memerlukan pemikiran yang luas serta pemahaman yang baik dalam proses memecahkan masalah. Siswa mengalami kesulitan mengerjakan soal cerita pada materi SPLDV karena, biasanya siswa hanya mengahafal rumus, jadi ketika soal yang diberikan berbeda dengan contoh siswa mengalami kesulitan untuk menyelesaikannya. masalah pokok yang perlu dipecahkan dalam penelitian ini, untuk itu peneliti merumuskan masalahnya, sebagai berikut: Bagaimana mengembangkan bahan ajar berupa Lembar Kerja Siswa (LKS) dengan menggunakan model problem based learning yang baik untuk materi SPLDV di kelas VIII MTs Al-Khairat Kota Gorontalo? penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pengembangan atau disebut juga Research dan Development (RD) dengan menggunakan model pengembangan 4-D. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa model pengembangan Four-D (4-D) yang terdiri dari define, design, develop, and disseminate. (1) Tahapan define terdiri dari tahap yaitu         tahap analisis awal-akhir, analisis peserta didik, analisis tugas, analisis konsep dan analisis perumusan tujuan pembelajaran, (2) Tahapan design atau perancangan terdiri dari 4 tahapan yaitu  perancangan awal LKS, pengunaan langkah-langkah model pembelajaran PBL dalam bahan ajar LKS, penyajian bahan ajar LKS atau draft 1 dan terakhir menyiapkan angket penilaian validator ahli serta penilaian angket respon siswa terhadap pengembangan bahan ajar                 LKS, (3) Tahapan develop atau pengembangan terdiri dari 4 tahap, pada tahap pertama adalah pembuatan bahan ajar LKS di Microsoft Word 2020, selanjutnya adalah penilaian ahli yang terdiri dari 4 dosen dan 3 guru matematika, setelah penilaian validasi akan dilakukan perbaikan atau revisi bahan ajar LKS sesuai saran dari para validator ahli agar bahan ajar layak untuk digunakan dan dapat di uji cobakan pada kelompok kecil yang dilakukan oleh 10 orang siswa MTs Al-Khairat Kota Gorontalo.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menyediakan bahan ajar berbasis mobile learning untuk pendidikan matematika khususnya geometri koordinat. Penelitian ini menggunakan model pengembangan 4-D, dan subjeknya adalah kelompok yang terdiri dari 23 siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 1 Bulango Utara. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, penelitian, dan dokumentasi Analisis data dalam penelitian ini berfokus pada validitas, reliabilitas, dan presisi dengan masing-masing kriteria sangat valid, reliabel, dan praktis.
