Abstract

Penelitian ini berfokus kepada kesesuaian pengungkapan sustainability report berdasarkan standar GRI serta berkontribusi atau tidaknya pada SDGs. Data yang digunakan untuk mendukung penelitian ini adalah data sekunder yang dipublikasikan di website perusahaan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Untuk menganalisis permasalahan dalam penelitian ini digunakan teknik analisis data reduction, data display dan conclusion drawing. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa PT Pertamina (Persero) telah menerapkan sebagian Standar GRI pada sustainability report tahun 2017-2021 dan kinerja sustainabilitas dalam sustainability report PT Pertamina (Persero) telah berkontribusi pada SDGs dari tahun 2017-2021.

Abstract

Impulsive buying is a topic that is deeply embedded in consumer behavior, both globally and in Indonesia itself. The topic of impulsive buying has been discussed for more than half a century. This article aims to find out the development of research on Impulsive buying in the last ten years, especially in the digital and social media era. This research is a Systematic Literature Review Research with a literature collection process assisted by the Harzing's Publish or Perish application. The results of this Systematic Literature Review found that research on impulsive buying has not had much meaningful updates in the last ten years, generally still focusing on physical products, not much has been researched on service products and experiences. Apart from that, the digital field is still very limited to E-Commerce in general. For Indonesia itself, it may be necessary to carry out a specific analysis on certain very unique E-commerce such as GoFood, or other service products that are digital but non-E-Commerce. The products studied were also dominated by hedonic products such as fashion, make-up and others. Not many have researched products that are actually utilitarian in nature but can lead to impulsive buying, such as baby equipment, exam equipment, or other things that are purchased for utilitarian purposes but on an impulse basis.

Abstract

Continuous development in the organization plays a very important role in achieving long-term success. In a business world that continues to grow and change rapidly, organizations are required to be able to keep abreast of technological developments, industry trends and market needs. Without efforts to continuously develop and adapt, organizations can be left behind and lose competitiveness. So it can be concluded that organizations that are unable to adapt to change will be left behind in the competition. Therefore, it is very important for companies to improve their individual competence. One way to improve competence in individuals can be done by developing psychological capital in individuals. By developing psychological capital (psycap) in individuals, organizations can create conditions that support their development. Psycap is still very relevant to be discussed. So, the purpose of this systematic literature review is to find out how the theory and findings of psycap have developed in the last ten years. Psycap plays an important role in organizational development, individual health and academic performance. A high psycap tends to indicate higher levels of job involvement, higher job satisfaction, and stronger commitment to the organization. Psycap also acts as a mediator in the relationship between factors such as leadership, organizational justice, and psychological empowerment and desired outcomes. In addition, psycap can also moderate the negative effects of stressors and challenges on boredom at work. It is important for organizations to develop strategies that strengthen individual psycaps, through the development of new products and services, renewal of business processes, and improvement of individual competencies, to achieve long-term success and maintain competitiveness.

Abstract

Research on work passion has become an interesting topic in the development of science, especially in the field of organization. Work passion refers to the high level of passion and enthusiasm that individuals feel towards their work. This concept involves feelings of enthusiasm, deep involvement, and strong commitment to the task at hand. In this study, attention is paid to how work passion influences individual behavior at work, job performance, job satisfaction, motivation, innovation, and career development. The study of work passion has provided valuable insight into the importance of this psychological factor in creating a productive and fulfilling work environment, as well as providing a solid basis for developing an effective human resource management strategy. the discussion on Work Passion is still very relevant to be discussed. So in the end the purpose of this Systematic Literature Review is to find out how the theory and findings of Work Passion have developed in the last ten years, especially in the organizational and medical fields. Work passion plays an important role in the development of science, especially in the field of organization. The concept of work passion refers to the high level of passion or enthusiasm that a person feels towards his work. Work passion involves feelings of enthusiasm, deep involvement, and a strong commitment to the task at hand. Individuals who have high work passion tend to exhibit innovative behavior, have high motivation and morale, achieve good performance, have more successful careers, experience high job satisfaction, and provide a more cheerful atmosphere at work. In order to create a work environment that supports work passion, it is important for organizations to pay attention to and manage the factors that affect the level of passion and employee morale. By creating harmonious working conditions, reducing conflict, paying attention to job demands, and managing stress levels, organizations can encourage high levels of work passion among their employees. In the result, high work passion can improve individual performance, organizational productivity, and provide a more positive and dynamic work atmosphere

Abstract

This study aims to provide business strategy proposals to increase competitiveness in the South Bandung Animal Husbandry Cooperative (Koperasi Peternakan Bandung Selatan/KPBS) Pangalengan, with a series of tools used to analyze the company's environment, strategy formulation, and selection of the best strategy. The research method uses a quantitative approach to analyze conditions, determine internal and external environmental phenomena, formulate alternative strategies using SWOT analysis with BCG Matrix (Modified), GE Matrix (Original) and TOWS matrix mapping. The results of the study revealed an IFAS score of 4.9 and an EFAS of 5.52 (both above 2.5 (midpoint)). This states PT. KPBS Pangalengan is able to overcome strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats. Furthermore, the Alternative Strategy obtained that the priority strategy proposed for PT. Susu KPBS Pangalengan namely Growth Strategy, a strategy that focuses on fast growth, the company can strengthen its position in the market and increase market share by expanding geographical area or adding product lines.

Abstract

This research focuses on the factors that can influence the timeliness of financial reporting. The data used to support this research are secondary data published on the Indonesia Stock Exchange and the official websites of the companies. The research method used is a quantitative research method with a descriptive approach. Descriptive statistical analysis, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression, correlation coefficients, determination coefficients, and hypothesis testing are used to analyze the issues in this research. The partial results of the study indicate that leverage and liquidity have an influence on the timeliness of financial reporting, while managerial ownership does not have an influence on the timeliness of financial reporting. Meanwhile, the simultaneous results of the study indicate that leverage, liquidity, and managerial ownership collectively have an influence on the timeliness of financial reporting.

Abstract

Knowledge management in the university library will encourage knowledge collection and knowledge dissemination, promote the scientific work of the academic community, and protect intellectual property. The application of knowledge management in higher education libraries aims to store tacit and explicit knowledge so that if needed again by individuals or organizations it can be utilized. The college library is an important for storing all academic knowledge and literature related to the fields of study taught in universities. The purpose of this research is to have a knowledge management proposed model in the library of the University of Informatics and Business Indonesian. The research was conducted using SWOT analysis to obtain the Knowledge management model in the library of the University of Informatics and Business Indonesian. The results obtained from the proposed model of the Knowledge management process at the Library of Informatics and Business Indonesia, namely knowledge creation, knowledge acquisition, knowledge storage, knowledge sharing, and knowledge application.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menilai kualitas kredit menggunakan rasio non-performing loan pada sektor perbankan (Studi pada PT. Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk tahun 2018- 2022). Sampel penelitian ini diambil dari PT. Bank Tabungan Negara. Data laporan keuangan diperoleh dari situs Bank Tabungan Negara (BTN). Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode analisis deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan kualitas kredit perusahaan dalam kondisi sehat jika dilihat melalui rasio NPL Gross dan NPL Netto.

Abstract

CV. Intek Solusindo Mandiri merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak dibidang jasa teknologi informasi (TI) dan system integrator (SI), Saat ini sudah memiliki banyak klien yang tersebar di seluruh wilayah Jawa Barat. Untuk memberikan pelayanan yang maksimal maka CV. Intek Solusindo harus memilki server yang dapat monitor perangkat jaringan dan server secara real-time. Dalam melakukan monitor jaringan dan server antar klien masih menggunakan software Paesseler PRTG dengan keterbatasan tidak dapat memberikan notifikasi alert secara real-time. Melalui perencanaan, pengembangan dan pengujian dengan menggunakan beberapa dependency software seperti influxdb, grafana, telegraf, bash scripting dan bahasa pemrograman C++ yang berjalan pada perangkat keras embedded system amlogic S905X sebagai server monitor jaringan dan NodeMCU ESP8266 pendukung Internet Of Things (IoT). Sistem monitoring ini memiliki fitur notifikasi alert menggunakan telegram jika terjadi kendala pada perangkat jaringan. Dengan adanya sistem monitoring jaringan dan server secara terpusat berbasis Embedded System dapat membantu admin jaringan dalam menjalankan tugasnya untuk me-monitoring jaringan dan server tanpa harus standby di depan komputer.

Abstract

Autis merupakan suatu kelainan dalam perkembangan otak biasanya memiliki IQ yang cenderung rendah sehingga kesulitan berkomunikasi dan berinteraksi. Anak-anak yang mengalami autis juga memiliki gangguan perilaku. Gejala autis umumnya akan nampak saat memasuki masa balita yaitu pada usia 1-2 tahun. Gejala yang muncul juga bisa berbeda-beda antara anak yang satu dengan yang lain. Autis ini tidak dapat disembukan namun untuk meringankan gejalanya memerlukan diet bebas gluten. Menurut National Institutes of Health, diet bebas gluten dianjurkan untuk membantu autisme. Meskipun belum ada penelitian yang pasti tentang efek diet gluten, orang tua dengan anak autisme mengklaim diet gluten dapat membantu mengurangi gejala autisme.
