Abstract

This study aims to find out how internal audit and corporate Good Corporate Governance of the company. And also know the influence of internal audit on Good Coeporate Governance at PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk. The method used in this research is descriptive method to obtain data and information necesasary to reach the purpose of research. analysis used in this research is simple analysis of spearman rank, correlation coefficient, hypothesis test, and coefficient of determination. Based on the research results obtained, it is known that the internal audit at PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk has been conducting its audit activities according to the operating standard (SOP) that existed at PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia. Of the four indicators studied, independence has the highest score of 67.5%. Good Corporate Governance at PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk has been implemented well, according to the existing principles. It is Seen from execution of the company in accordance with the principles of Good Corporate Governance that is fairness, transparency, accountability, and accountability. Of the 4 indicators studied, transparency has the highest score of 72%. Based on the correlation coefficient analysis, it is known r = 0.661. Which means there is a significant positive influence between internal audit and Good Corporate Governance at PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk. And from result of hypothesis test t count > t table is 3,574> 1,735. Which mean Ha accepted: there is significant influence between internal audit to Good Corporate Governance at PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk. And coefficient of determination equal to 43,7% which mean intenal audit influence Good Corporate Governance with percentage 43,7% and 56,3%. Others are influenced by other factors beyond this research. Keywords : Good Corporate Governance, Internal Audit.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of organizational culture on employees performance in the Department of Major Assembly Airbus Helicopters MK II PT Dirgantara Indonesia (Persero) Bandung. Using quantitative research method and descriptive type of causality, through sampling 60 employees. Sampling technique in this research is saturated sampling that is 60 employees of Department Major Assembly Airbus Helicopters MK II PT Dirgantara Indonesia (Persero). It is known that, organizational culture has a significant effect on employee performance. Then it is also known that the magnitude of the influence of organizational culture on employee performance in the Department of Major Assembly Airbus Helicopters MK II PT Dirgantara Indonesia (Persero) is 19.5% and the remaining 80.5% influenced by other variables not examined in this study such as leadership style, work motivation, work environment, remuneration and others. The conclusion of this study is that organizational culture in Major Assembly Department of Airbus Helicopters MK II PT Dirgantara Indonesia (Persero) is very good category, but there are some items that need to be improved as the company appreciates the hard work of employees and rewards the employee's goals. Abstract

This research was conducted at PT. 24 Jam Online which they are the popular company that give a paymet service for virtual game online include computer game or mobile game in Indonesia This research was conducted to determine the influence of stress work and work environment on employee performance (study on PT. 24 Jam Online employee). The method used is the quantitative methods with this type of research is a study of the causal and descriptive. The sampling that used in this research is probability sampling with the type nonprobability sampling. The number of respondents are 46 employees in PT. 24 Jam Online. Data analysis technique that being used is multiple linear regression analysis. In this research shows that work stress on high category, environment work on high category and the employee performance on high category. Based on the coefficient of determination is obtained that the influence stress work variables (X1) and environment work (X2) on the employee performance (Y) is 86,4%. And the remaining is 30,8 % of rest is affected by other factors that were not examined in this research. Keywords: Work Stress, Environment Work, Employee Performance, PT. 24 Jam Online

Abstract

One of the infrastructure that has grew is the highway that experienced rapid development , it can be seen from the emergence of the freeway that connects the city with other cities and the construction of new roads is carried up to the rural outposts , motor vehicle especially four wheel drive vehicles or cars have held an important role in society as a means of transportation . The growth of the national automotive industry has influenced the rapid car rental business in Indonesia. To win the competition is getting tougher PT . Fres INDONESIA ( TRANSPORTATION , RENTAL CAR , and BUS ) should be able to improve the quality of service , but in fact the quality of PT services. Fres INDONESIA is evidenced by the still low number of complaints from consumers . It makes basic PT . Fres INDONESIA ( TRANSPORTATION , RENTAL CAR , and BUS ) to further improve its service to satisfy all our customers , because it is basically an attempt to satisfy consumer is an effort to develop the quality of the goods or services of the company to satisfy the needs of consumers who meet or exceed the criteria desired by consumers . In this study the method used is descriptive method is the method by providing a systematic overview , factual , and accurate information on the facts and the correlation between the variables studied. Hypothesis test results t value greater than t table, then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted , it means the quality of services affect customer satisfaction . Abstract

The number of taxpayers from year to year is increasing but there are still obstacles that can hamper efforts to increase tax ratio, the obstacle is tax compliance (tax compliance). Several factors that can influence taxpayer compliance are taken in this study is the attitude of taxpayers, and the application of tax penalties. This study was conducted to assess the level of taxpayer compliance, especially private persons in the city of Bandung by using these independent variables. Variables of taxpayer attitude, and the application of tax sanction are chosen because it tends to be more in line with individual taxpayer compared with other variables. Because the two variables are directly related to how the individual taxpayers will determine the attitudes of the taxpayer on taxpayer compliance, and individual taxpayers when associated with the application of tax sanctions on compliance taxpayer. Population in this research is individual taxpayer residing in Bandung City. Based on data obtained from five Primary Tax Office in Bandung until 2016 was recorded as many as 749,929 people who is an effective personal taxpayer. Not all the effective individual taxpayers are subject to the research because of their huge amounts, therefore for the efficiency of time and costs sampling is taken. Sampling was done on 400 people by using probability sampling method. The primary data collection method used is by questionnaire method, while the data analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis technique. Based on the results of the analysis conducted then obtained the conclusion that the attitudes of taxpayers, and tax penalties sanction have a significant positive effect on taxpayer compliance either simultaneously or partially. Abstract

The use of smartphones provide benefits to society, all information can be accessed easily through a smartphone. Bandung is the capital of Paris Van Java, Bandung is famous for its beauty and coolness. Bandung has many tourist attractions some of which not yet known by travelers who will pay a visit to Bandung include nature tours, culinary, shopping and hotels. In addition tourists visiting the difficulty to get to tourist attractions because it is not yet equipped with Google Maps. Research methodology undertaken consists of several stages, namely the planning phase, the design phase and needs analysis application. At each stage there are some tasks that are carried out so that the dirancangan system to suit your needs. Based on the design of the application is done, then the design of the application of these sights can provide information to travelers about tourist attractions in the area of Bandung and the use of the Google Maps feature on these applications can give ease for tourists to visit tourist attractions to be visited. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of entertainment taxes and hotel taxes on the original revenue area of Bandung. This research was conducted with the type of quantitative research using descriptive method. The population in this study is the original revenue of Bandung city with sample of Entertainment Tax Reception and Hotel Tax for the period of 2011 until 2016. Data collection technique used is documentation BPPD Bandung to get secondary data. The results of this study show that Entertainment Tax negatively affect the original income area of Bandung city because tcount is smaller than ttable that is equal to -0.926 < 4.30265 so that in accordance with the hypothesis testing criteria is H0 accepted and and Ha rejected and hotel tax affects the city's original revenue Bandung because tcount bigger than ttable that is equal to 9,684 > 4,30265 with criterion of hypothesis test is H0 rejected and and Ha accepted. Hotel entertainment and tax taxes simultaneously affect the city's original income of Bandung because Fcount is bigger than Ftable that is equal to 88.991 > 2,920.. Abstract

Kartu Keluarga Sejahtera (KKS) is a card issued by the Government as a marker of poor families as a substitute for Kartu Keluarga Sejahtera (KPS) which aims to overcome poverty by providing assistance in the form of money (TNP2K, 2014). One of the villages that received assistance from KKS is Simenanti Village. Sri Menanti Village located in Batin State District Way Kanan Regency is a village that stood since 1877, the majority village is Lampung society is a village with a population of 307 families with a population of 1255 people. head of household with a population of 1255 inhabitants. The family selection system that received the KKS in the village is still not appropriate or not in accordance with the criteria of poor rice recipients. Based on interviews with Sri Menanti Village Chief, the techniques used in the selection of KKS recipients are by means or random selection system without using guidelines with predetermined criteria and without any standards. From this point of view, the selection or selection of KKS recipients in the village of Sri Menanti is still inaccurate which would harm the target households (poor households and very poor households). To solve the problem, the authors undertake the design of decision support system aimed at in order to facilitate decision making by the committee of KKS Desa Sri Menanti in the selection of recipients of KKS with predetermined criteria. The method applied in this decision support system application is TOPSIS method. The TOPSIS Method is one of the decision-making methods that uses the principle that the chosen alternative must have the closest distance from the ideal ideal solution and furthest from the ideal negative solution. So the alternative that has the shortest distance with the ideal ideal solution is the best alternative. (Juliayanti, Irawan, & Mukhlash, 2011, pp. M-66). Abstract

Digital creative industry, one of the creative industry subsector that is prioritized in the third stage of the development of the national creative industry, needs to be developed through collaboration of human resource creativity and technology. One of the efforts of human resource development is improving the performance quality. Therefore, this study aims at providing an overview of the performance of human resources in the digital creative industries in Bandung. Data was collected through interviews and questionnaires on the individual, employee, owner, businessman and manager of each digital companies listed as member of Bandung Digital Valley. Descriptive method was employed to describe the performance variable independently. The results revealed that the performance of human resources in the creative industries in Bandung was in the high category. The dimension that has the highest score was the cooperation and the dimension with the lowest score was the quantity of work. Keyword: Human Resource Performance, Digital Creative Industry
