Abstract

The The implementation of e-procurement has been used since 2010 in NTT expecially in Kupang and believed could bring up effectively, fairly, efficiently , transparently andakuntability so it is expected to could minimalize the deceitful happened. Therefore it is needed to known if there was the deceitful of construction service conventionally and wich steps in procurement of construction service wich giving chance for deceitful to be happened and could e-procurement could minimalize the deceitful happened on that steps. This research was conducted on service users in Department of public work NTT province and Department of public work in Kupang City and service provider wich has central office and branch office in Kupang city. The technique of data processing and analysis was used Likert Scale. From the result of research could be known that respondent agree there was deceitful on the construction service conventionally with the percentage of the user service is about 77,33%, the contractor is about 81,84% and the consultant is about 78,96%. From the deceitful of conventionall system, it have five step on the construction service conventionall wich often happened is the auction announcement. The input of proposal document the provement of qualification, clarification and negotiation, and winner announcement. From those five steps, three of those were the steps those of auction announcement the input of proposal document and winner announcement could be minimalized the deceitful by e-procurement. While on the step of the provement of qualification, clarification and negotiation it could not minimalized by the e-procurement because there is still happening of the direct meeting in this steps.

Abstract

The index cost affect the amount of unit price construction work. Cost index used in the calculation analysis of unit price refers to the Standar Nasional Indonesia (SNI). SNI describe about the average labor productivity in Indonesia. Labor productivity are different depend on work experience, cultural origins, and the others. This study was conducted to know the costs index of labor in Kupang by took one of case study on STIKES CHMK Dormitory Construction Project in third Phased. Cost index of reinforced concrete in this project, obtained by doingreal observation for the total of labor and time required to complete each item of reinforced concrete, especially the workfrom column,beam and plate and it began from the work of iron, formwork, casting up to demolition formwork.Then the observationsresult were analyzed descriptively. Based on the analysis result, the amount of the cost index is 0.0208 foreman: 0.0377 the head of handyman: 0.09929 handyman: 0.2502 worker to install 1m2 formwork, 0.0044 foreman: 0.0177 the head of handyman: 0.0268 handyman : 0.0796 worker to work 10 kg iron, and 0.0340 foreman: 0.0272 the head of handyman: 0.1427 handyman: 1.1888 worker to make 1m3concrete. This index used in the analysis of the differentation of labor presentage based on SNI and field method and continued with the calculation of unit price for each work item which used SNI and field method.

Abstract

Pergerakan masyarakat dalam suatu wilayah mememiliki beberapa karakteristik, yang umumnya dipengaruhi oleh aktivitas guna memenuhi kebutuhan hidupnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi bangkitan pergerakan rumah tangga dan memperoleh model bangkitan pergerakan di Perumahan RSS Baumata. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah meto deregresi dengan menggunakan variabel penjela stujuan perjalanan (X1), moda transportasi (X2), kepemilikan kendaraan (X3), pendapatan rata-rata (X4), jumlah anggota keluarga(X5). Sedangkan jumlah perjalanan rumahtangga dalam seminggu merupakan variabel terikat (Y). Berdasarkan hasil analisis menggunakan program SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solutions ) Versi 12.00 diperoleh model bangkitan perjalanan dengan bentuk matematis Ŷ = 2,609 + 1,252 X1 + 0,738X3 + 0,850 X4 + 0,685X5, Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa faktor tujuan perjalanan, faktor jumlah anggota keluarga, faktor kepemilikan kendaraan dan faktor pendapatan rata-rata merupakan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi bangkitan perjalanan di wilayah Perumahan RSS Baumata. Sedangkan faktor moda transportasi merupakan faktor yang tidak signifikan terhadap bangkitan perjalanan di wilayah ini

Abstract

Mining of marble stone at Naitapan Stone Mountain waste floured marble sawn stone. Marble powder is a lot of buried material and its utilization is still relatively small. Seeing its potential, waste marble powder can be pursued for use as an alternative building material that is as fine aggregate substitute for sand in the manufacture of paving blocks. Replacement of sand with powdered marble will certainly affect the physical properties of the paving blocks, so that the study sought to find out great compressive strength and water absorption of aggregate paving block that uses finely powdered marble. Study the specimen in the form of paving block with dimensions of 20 x 10 x 6 cm by 60 test specimens treated with 2 marble powder replacement that is 50% and 100% of the weight of the sand and using a pressing of 50 kg/cm2 on comparative variation mixture of 1:2, 1:4, 1:6, 1:8 and 1:10. To determine the quality of paving block, then do the testing compressive strength and water absorption at 28 days old. Based on research results obtained that by pressing the same, paving block with a 100% replacement of marble powder produces compressive strength value is higher than the replacement of paving blocks with 50% marble powder. Water absorption of produced paving blocks with 100% replacement of marble powder is smaller than the replacement of 50% marble powder. Higher value of compressive strength of paving blocks at 28 days with 100% replacement of marble powder amounted to 39,75 MPa, 34 MPa, 25 MPa, 20 MPa and 14 MPa respectively each participated in the mixture ratio 1:2, 1:4 , 1:6, 1:8 and 1:10. With the higher water absorption value respectively also for each mixture ratio is equal to 7%, 7,45%, 7,48%, 7,51% and 7,59%. While the value of compressive strength of paving blocks with replacement of 50% marble powder amounted to 38,75 MPa, 25,50 MPa, 15 MPa, 11 MPa and 10 MPa respectively each participated in the mixture ratio 1:2, 1:4, 1:6, 1:8 and 1:10. And large water absorption value respectively also for each mixture ratio amounted to 8,15%, 8,88%, 9,09%, 9,29% and 9,31%.

Abstract

The water is very important to human life. Human does not live without getting enough to water supply either in quantity and quality.The method used in the calculation projection of population that using aritmatic method and exponential method. The incresing of facilities and calculation projection which is analyzed by deviation standart and hidrolis analysis to pipeline that using software Waternet 2.2. Based on analysis and evaluation of the planning development in the first phase in 2021. It is founded the population of projection in District of East Kupang amounts 58.697 people. The water suplay is needed by domestic, namely home connection (SR) and public hydrant (HU) amounts 107,02 liter/sec and than the loss of water amounts 15%. Therefore, the requirements of water is founded to 8 villages namely 123,07 liters/sec. From the sources of water that is exis with minimum discharge 145 liters/sec, it is able to serve of requirement clean water in the servise area to 8 villsges in East Kupang District. The result of hydraulic analysis on pipeline plans uses software WaterNet 2.2 and there is no node that has a relative pressure under 10 meter. Therefore, the water can flow into each node within 24 hours. The maximum relative pressure occurs at node 51, it is 127,90 m in Naibonat Village. This is caused by the different of reservoir elevation with a service area until the pressure of relative getting high. The relative pressure can be derived using the PRV valve that is installed of the heigh in 68,39 m and then the lowest of relative pressure occurs at 74, namely 16,08 m in the Tuatuka Village. The highest energy loss occurs in the pipe 4 until 33,67 m at 08:00 O’clock AM wita. The maximum of flow velocity occours on pipe number 1,2,3 and 4 is equal 2,087 m/sec at 08:00 O’clock AM wita whereas the minimum of flow velocity occours on pipe 71 is equal 0,000 m/sec at 01:00 – 02:00 AM wita because of in the time there is no use at all.

Abstract

Oelomin dam is one of the small dams located in Oelomin village Nekamesa Subdistict Kupang Regency. This dam was built in 1993, in order to overcome the lack of water shortage which happened in the village. According to the observation, the dam has become not as useful as it was before, for the sake of water usage. Therefore, the purpose of this research is to discover the function of the Oelomin dam from the physical, the functional, the operational and maintenance point of view. The method used is survey method and descriptive analysis, which only illustrates the research result by giving a certain value to every variable or aspect according to the likert scale. The result analysis, has showed the physical aspect value is 2.38, this explains that physically, the dam is not fully functioned yet, the functional aspect is 3.10, this explains that the function of the dam is optimized by the society, the operational and maintenance aspect is 1.49 which explains that operationally and the maintenance of the dam is in great condition. Generally, according to analysis the Oelomin dam is not in great condition with the value 2.32

Abstract

Earthquake make a lateral force on the building. Lateral forces in tall building that exerted in the column is big enough, so need a rigid elements structure such as shear walls to reduce the lateral force. In designing of shear wall, it’s location must be considered carefully, because the placement of shear wall effected on the shear wall symmetry and would lead to eccentricity. The purpose of this study was to compare the symmetrical shear walls and asymmetrical. The method used is thre equivalent static analysis. Using dead load, live load and earthqueke load for loading parameters. This study, using 3 asymmetric shear wall specimens (0.1 b, 0.2 b, and 0.3b) and 1 symmetric shear wall. From the analysis of 3 asymmetric shear wall compared to symmetric shear walls, it is found that the most savely asymmetric shear wall is the shear wall having 0.1 b eccentricity.

Abstract

At the runway pavement of El Tari Kupang Airport, there was damage in the form of fracture that occurred at the edge of the pavement, which could disrupt aircraft traffic line. Due to the problem, the purposes of this research are to find out the cause of fracture, and to assess the reconstruction of the runway pavement that has been done by PT Angkasa Pura, Kupang. As the research conducted, it was found out that the cause of the fracture was more prevalent due to the lack of drainage system of the Airport. The slope of the runway shoulder was only 1.60% - 1.80%, was improper to the FAA minimum standard of slope that was 2.50% - 5.00%, and the unavailability of inlet pipes for subsurface drainage. The result of reconstruction done by PT Angkasa Pura has fulfilled the FAA standard. The total thickness of the reconstruction is 52.00 cm, is compliant with the minimum thickness of FAA standard 50.07 cm. However, the reconstruction of the pavement would be for short term solution only because of the poor drainage system of El Tari Kupang Airport has not been handled properly.
