Balanting adalah jurnal pengabdian kepada masyarakat, artikel jurnal tersebut sebagai salah satu Tridarma kewajiban dosen dalam mengembangkan kegiatan dan sesuatu perubahan untuk masyarakat dan lingkungan sekitar, jurnal balanting bukan hanya terfokus pada kegiatan kemaritiman yang terpaut pada ke tatalaksanaan pelayaran niaga, namun juga pada kegiatan lainnya baik pada bidang ekonomi, sastra dan budaya, religi, sains dan teknologi. Artikel ini tentunya bertujuan untuk membangun atau menciptakan sesuatu yang bermanfaat bagi masyarakat dalam meningkatkan pendidikan atau kesejahteraan pada perubahan yang di temukan. Jurnal balanting merupakan kata lanting yang didasarkan pada perahu terbuat dari bambu atau ( paring) ciri khas dari daerah kandangan kab. Hulu Sungai selatan. Prov. Kalsel yang mana balanting merupakan kegiatan masyarakat kandangann dalam mengarungi sungai dengan kegiatan mencari ikan, atau membawa seseorang untuk menyeberang atau mencari sesuatu di sungai. Dengan demikian, balanting tidak jauh dari ke tatalaksanaan dan pelabuhan yang ada di sungai di Kalimantan Selatan sebagai objek budaya Banjar.

Abstract

Abstract Training can also be said as a systematic practice process that is carried out repeatedly, the amount of training load is increasing day by day. Based on the description above, it can be concluded that training is a process of sports activity that is carried out consciously, systematically, gradually and repeatedly, with a relatively long time, to achieve the ultimate goal of an appearance, namely an increase in optimal performance. This activity aims to instill identity as a leader who can be responsible, disciplined and beneficial to those around him. After the material was explained, it was followed by a discussion in the form of questions and answers between the speaker and the participants, namely the Banjarmasin Archipelago Maritime Academy cadets. Discussions are held so that the trainees better understand the material that has been presented. Techniques or stages of implementing community service in basic leadership training for cadet Battalion cadets at the Banjarmasin Archipelago Maritime Academy. The community service program is carried out in the form of training for cadets of the Banjarmasin Archipelago Maritime Academy and the material is in the form of material presentation.

Abstract

Abstract The concept of social service or social service is community service with an emphasis on personal, institutional and community. Blood donation is very important to help people who really need blood for transfusion. Therefore, many people want to donate their blood to people in need, but many people also those who don't donate blood may be due to insufficient body weight, and there are still many people who can't donate blood. many people who have donated blood forget to donate blood again, or don't donate blood regularly The technique or stage of implementing this community service is that after there is notification through an invitation from the Lanal to the Academic division about the Hut Kowal activity of blood donation social services, the lecturers and academic staff as well as the cadets of the Banjarmasin Archipelago Maritime Academy immediately participate in donating blood to the Banjarmasin Lanal, in Blood Donation Health Social Service in Commemoration of the 60th Anniversary of Kowal in 2023 with several lecturers and academy staff at the Banjarmasin Nusantara Maritime Academy. The results of this blood donation activity certainly add to the concern for the community by donating blood to those who need it immediately, and of course many more will be saved with the results of the blood donation. Abstract

Abstract Debate is an educational method that can make students more critical and able to use arguments well. Not only that, but debate can also increase a student's confidence, especially in foreign languages. Students are expected to become more competent by studying the English debate model. This time, community service was carried out to introduce cadets and cadets at the Banjarmasin Archipelago Maritime Academy (AMNUS) regarding the British Parliamentary debate method. The results of the British Parliamentary model English debate held at AMNUS Banjarmasin as part of this community service program show that the program ran smoothly and achieved its goals. AMNUS Banjarmasin cadets have expressed their interest in an English-language competition in the future and have even discussed the possibility of participating in a debate competition that only uses English. The cadets hope that this introduction and simulated debate will help shape them into independent and well-rounded thinkers. They also claim that the program has helped them become more comfortable debating in English and better understand academic debating conventions. Abstract

Abstract The socialization includes an examination of the cultural environment of the social environment of the community concerned, social interaction and social behavior, with community service this time socializing online journal subitems with several submission stages is the initial stage of the publication process of various scientific journals. After the submit process is complete or successfully carried out, all that remains is to wait for the journal publisher's review process. Online can be done anytime and anywhere because online on the internet does not have time and age restrictions so that everyone can access the internet comfortably. Techniques or stages of implementing community service in socializing the introduction of the world of Journals nationally by providing direct material by one of the Indonesian Volunteer Journals by Mr. Galih, to provide material and practice in submitting scientific journals. Community service regarding the socialization of online journal submissions for lecturers at the Maritime Nusantara Archipelago Banjarmasin, very much providing information or knowledge that is very useful for improving the try dharma of permanent lecturers at the AMNUS Banjarmasin campus, because recognizing an online journal submission, of course there must be direction from the Journal that handles either from editors or Journal managers who have been fostered. Thus, it will be more enthusiastic and useful to add independent journals according to knowledge and as a group with collaboration combined with the science of Shipping Commerce Management. Abstract

Abstract Role is a dynamic aspect of position (status). If a person performs his rights and obligations according to his position, then he is carrying out a role. While obligations are everything that must be done by everyone in carrying out their lives. In the Indonesian dictionary it is also explained that role is an action performed by someone in an event. Being active can be announced in the behavior of a child through to adolescence where at that time of course they are looking for identity in recognizing their future life, and when they are active they already have talent from themselves so they will be more active and motivated individually, then on family support and surroundings. The PkM method uses a participatory approach, in which the author is actively involved in every mentoring process in the field. The result of this assistance is an increase in the enthusiasm of the cadets in participating in activities according to the goals requested and an increase in the interest and talents that the cadets have. Training activities for cadets at the Banjarmasin Archipelago Maritime Academy campus were continued in several places such as halls and fields for training activities. The results of the Community Service activities towards the active role of the activities of the Banjarmasin Archipelago Maritime Academy Cadets in increasing Talent and Interest for Community activities in Banjarmasin, is an effort which of course starts with discipline in recognizing the talents and interests favored by cadets as provisions in their work. what they have to display and of course benefit society, with the aim of entertainment, art or mental sharpening that is played when appearing in public, of course providing good for themselves and others, by honing the talents and interests that cadets have are able to grow generations which is useful for the family environment as motivation, and of course the success that is focused can be an additional business or activity in adding knowledge and the economy in the future.
