Abstract

This paper aims to find out how the technique of reporting and writing da'wah news and opportunities for the effectiveness of Islamic information delivery. The research method used by the author is a qualitative method with the type of library research or library research. Literature study is research that uses various types of material in collecting data and information that the author collects through reading through documents, encyclopedias, dictionaries, journals, magazines, books, and so on from libraries. which has previously been carried out and has relevance to the theme or discussion as the basis for the researcher to obtain the basis for enriching the author's uniqueness on the theoretical basis used. The results of the research show that, in covering da'wah news, a reporter must collect Islamic data and information by looking for newspaper clippings, papers, or newspaper articles. and at the same time meeting journalistic technical standards, the opportunity to convey Islamic information in the digitalization era in this century is very likely to change the ummah from one situation to another that is better in all fields, realizing Islamic teachings in everyday life for an individual, family, group or group. the masses and for the life of society as a whole system of living together in the context of the development of the nation and of mankind. Abstract

Tulisan ini mengungkapkan tentang solusi dakwah di era sekarang dengan perkembangan teknologi komunikasi dan informasi. metode yang peneliti gunakan adalah penelusuran kepustakaan atau library research yang menggunakan jenis pendekatan kualitatif. Hasil penelusuran mengungkapkan bahwa dakwah merupakan salah satu dari bentuk komunikasi bermuatan pesan keagamaan yang saat ini dihadapkan dengan kemajuan zaman (kecanggihan teknologi) sehingga membutuhkan kemampuan adaptasi pada kemajuan tersebut, dakwah diharapkan bisa fleskibel, bukan hanya dengan melakukan tabligh akbar, ceramah di majelis taklim atau masjid, , namun dakwah diharapkan dapat membumi menjemput mad’u seperti bergerak ke café-café, dari rumah ke rumah, ke pasar dan tempat-tempat dimana mad’u tidak sempat untuk berkunjung ke majelis taklim atau ke masjid. Dai sebaiknya memahami tentang pesatnya kemajuan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi (IPTEK) yang telah berhasil mentransformasikan peradaban umat manusia yang berawal dari kultur pertanian beralih ke industri dan terus berkembang ke abad sekarang yakni era komunikasi dan informasi, hal ini menunjukkan bahwa dakwah sebaiknya dikemas sesuai dengan kondisi zaman dengan memilih metode yang sesuai, dan penggunaan media dakwah seperti media sosial sebagai bagian dari ciri globalisasi dengan kenyataan pluralitas agama.

Abstract

Media sosial telah membangun “dunia baru” yang bisa dijelajahi oleh siapa saja dan dapat membuat konten dan “cerita” mereka sendiri. Dunia baru media sosial memberikan realitas paradoksal terkait pemanfaatannya pada anak remaja. Sejatinya media sosial harus memberikan dampak positif, tetapi justru anak remaja hanya terdampak negatif, yaitu lupa waktu dan lupa bahwa mereka masih anak sekolah. Akibat negatif media sosial tersebut tidak mengecualikan anak-anak di Desa Pattonggko Kecamatan Sinjai Tengah Kabupaten Sinjai. Oleh karena itu, dalam situasi dan kondisi demikian peran orang tua dalam menangani dampak negatif media sosial di Desa Pattongko Kecamatan Sinjai Tengah sangat dibutuhkan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dampak yang ditimbulkan oleh media sosial pada remaja sekaligus peran orang tua dalam menangani dampak negatif media sosial pada remaja. Jenis penelitian menggunakan penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan fenomenologis dan bertempat di Desa Pattongko Kecamatan Sinjai Tengah Kabupaten Sinjai. Pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dampak media sosial pada remaja terdiri atas dua bahagian besar, yaitu dampak positif dan dampak negatif. Dampak negatif akibat media sosial ditangani oleh para orang tua remaja dengan melakukan beberapa upaya, yaitu melakukan pembinaan, melakukan pendampingan, dan membangun sinergitas antarorang tua.

Abstract

In preaching, facing obstacles is a necessity. Barriers to many variants can come from an interpreter da'i or from the object of da'wah itself. The duty of a da'i must be able to overcome various kinds of da'wah problems. There are models of da'wah barriers that are innate in nature, intellectual abilities or lack of wisdom in applying ethics and aesthetics. This paper is a qualitative research, literature study with the main source base of classic da'wah science books with Arabic literature, also supported by the repertoire of Tsaqofah Islamiyah books. The secondary data are insights sourced from websites in the form of journal articles, newspapers or other sources. In conclusion, a da'i is required to act wisely in carrying out his da'wah mission. Simplifying is the solution, understand that other people have different backgrounds and life experiences. Make it easy by paying attention to the stages in conveying the mission, not overloading the task and trying to help reduce the burden he feels. It must also be noted that the methodology of da'wah, the use of methods and media in preaching, the task of a da'i is only to convey a message, not to give a decision, the mad'u must be on the right or wrong path. Just convey the results of da'wah in the power of Allah SWT.

Abstract

The characteristics of different communities make the da'i strategy used by different of us. Carried out that the values ​​in Islamic teachings can be conveyed effectively and efficiently to mad'u. Especially da'wah among marginalized communities, of course starting from strategies, methods, materials, media and the characteristics of a da'i will also be different. This study discusses the da'wah strategy in marginalized communities. Where in general, marginalized communities have special characteristics that require da'wah that brings change towards progress. The results of this study explain that the development of da'wah strategies in marginalized communities can be carried out by strategic steps through practical steps and can also be done through coaching in the form of guidance, direction and assistance in studying Islamic teachings, providing an explanation of the correct understanding of Islam. based on the Qur'an and al-Hadith, collaborate with religious organizations (Islamic organizations) and scholars/kyai in the context of developing Islamic da'wah through da'wah strategies with the wisdom method, the bil-lisan method, the wal mujlah method, billati hiya ahsan and the bil-hal method and also through an Islamic study approach and using a social approach. This social approach is also the actualization of da'wah.

Abstract

This study aims to determine conflict management and employee performance at LPP TVRI South Kalimantan Station, in addition to knowing the effect of conflict management on employee performance at LPP TVRI South Kalimantan Station. The method used is a quantitative research approach and research instruments with questionnaires analyzed with Chi Square Goodness Of Fit and Simple Linear Regression. The results showed that employee conflict management at LPP TVRI South Kalimantan Station was categorized as quite good. Meanwhile, the performance of employees at LPP TVRI South Kalimantan Station is in the good category. In addition, there is a significant influence between conflict management on employee performance at LPP TVRI South Kalimantan Station
