Abstract

The aim of this research was to know wheater there was a significant influence between motion straight mastery and physics learning out comes in newton law subject at the tenth grade students of SMA Negeri 1 Padang Bolak Julu.The population of this research was all the tenth grade students of SMA Negeri 1 Padang Bolak Julu which include 10 classess or 205 students. The sample of this research was 42 students by using cluster technique sampling. Based on this research, it could be found that the average of straight motion mastery was 78.80 and it was categorized “good”. While the average of physics learning outcomes in newton law subject was 73.35 and it was categorized “good”. Analysis differential was conducted by using “ttest” formulation to know wheter the hyphotesis was accepted or rejected. Based on the calculation of the data, it could be found that tcount = 2.71 and ttable = 1.68, df = 42-2=40 in significant level 5%. By comparing tcount and ttable it could be seen tcount is greater than ttable (2.71>1.68) and it could be concluded that hyphotesis was accepted. It means there was a significant influence between straight motion mastery on physics learning outcome in nowton law subject at the tenth grade students of SMA Negeri 1 Padang Bolak Julu.

Abstract

This study aims to find out the description of the use of Think Talk Write learning strategy in class VIII MTs NegeriBatangAngkola, to know the students' learning outcomes before and after the sound material using Think Talk Write strategy in class VIII MTs NegeriBatangAngkola, and to know the influence that Significance between Think Talk Write Learning Strategy to physics student learning result of Beep in class VIII MTs NegeriBatangAngkola. The method used in this research is experimental method. The population in this study is all students of class VIII MTs NegeriBatangAngkola consisting of 4 classes, amounting to 118 students. The sampling technique used is random sampling technique. So researchers only take one sample from class VIII-4 that amounted to 30 students. Based on the results of calculations on statistical analysis illustrates that the average value of the use of Think Talk Learning Learning Strategy on Sound Material in Grade VIII MTs NegeriBatangAngkola 3.5 with the category of "Very Good", while the results of student learning on sound material before the use of learning Think Talk Write obtained an average score of 38 with the category "Failed", and after the use of Think Talk Write learning obtained an average value of 81 with the category of "Very Good". In order to know the hypothesis that is enforced in this study accepted or rejected, then conducted inferential analysis by using the formula "t-test". From the results of research, the t-value is greater than t-table (23.06> 1.70). That means the alternative hypothesis enforced in this study can be accepted.

Abstract

This study aims to look at the picture of the results of learning subject matter wave physics using a method in a class recitation SMP Negeri 3 Padangsidimpuan , to describe the learning outcomes of the subject matter wave physics using a method in a class discussion SMP Negeri 3 Padangsidimpuan , and to see whether there differences in learning outcomes physics subject matter waves using the method of recitation and discussion in class VIII SMP Negeri 3 Padangsidimpuan . This research was carried out by using the experimental method to see the difference of implementation measures . The population in this study were all students of Class VIII SMP Negeri 3 Padangsidimpuan which consists of 8 classes totaling 304 people . The sampling technique used was cluster random sampling technique , so that the sample obtained in class VIII1 = 38 and = 38 VIII2 class numbered 76 people . The data collected was analyzed in two ways : first descriptive analysis to see the general description of the two variables , and then to determine whether there is a difference between the two variables we used t - tests to test Sudjana . Meanwhile, to capture the necessary data is done with the test . In order to obtain data on the outcomes of learning subject matter wave physics using recitation methods and discussion methods. Learning outcomes of the research subject matter wave physics using the recitation obtained an average of 76.33 in the category of " Good " . If consultation with the criteria in Table 4 Chapter III . While the value of the subject matter wave physics learning using discussion method obtained an average of 72.89 in the category of " Good " . If consulted in Table 4 Chapter III . Based on calculations performed obtained values ​​" of t " at 2.11 , while the 5 % significance level and df = n1 + n2 - 2 = 38 + 38-2 = 74 . Ttable value at 5 % significance level of 74 is 1.66 . Based on the calculation above it can be concluded that of t greater than ttable ( tcount > ttable = 2.11 > 1.66 ) . Means hypothesis upheld in this study can be accepted or approved . That is There a Difference Physics Learning Outcomes Topic Wave Method using recitation and Methods Discussion in class VIII SMP Negeri 3 Padangsidimpuan.

Abstract

This study aims to know whether there is a significant effect of using Problem Based Learning (PBL) model on students’ physic achievement on the topic effort and energy at the eleventh grade students of SMA Negeri 1 Barumun Selatan. The research was conducted for 3 months (July –September 2017) by using experimental method. The total sample was 50 students and it was taken by using total sampling technique. Observation and test were used in collecting the data. Based on descriptive analyzes, it could be found that a) the average of using PBL model was 93.33 (very good category) and the average of students’ physic achievement on the topic effort and energy before using PBL model 66.92 (enough category) and after using PBL model was 83.07 (very good category). Furthermore, based on inferential statistic by using ttest, the result showed that the value of tobserved is greater than ttable (13.88>1.71), it means, there is a significant effect of using Problem Based Learning (PBL) model on students’ physic achievement on the topic effort and energy at the eleventh grade students of SMA Negeri 1 Barumun Selatan.

Abstract

The aim of this research was to know wheater there was a significant influence of using Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) model on students’ achievement in heat subject at the tenth grade students of SMA Negeri . The approach of this research was experimental method. Population of this reseacrh was all the tenth grade students of SMA Negeri which include 128 students or 3 classes. The sampling technique was random technique sampling, so the sample was 42 students. In collecting the data, the writer used test and questionnaire. The data was analyzed two ways. They are descriptive analysis and inferential statistics. Based on the descriptive analysis, the average of using CTL model in heat was 2.88, it was categorized “good”. Students’ achievement in heat subject before using CTL model had score 65.6, it was categorized “enough”. Students’ achievement in heat subject after using CTL model had score 72,2 it was categorized “good”. Based on statistics inferential statistic, it could be gotten that tcount=7.45 significant error level 5%, significant confidence level 95%, df = N – 2 = 42-2 = 40, it could be found that ttable= 1.68. It could be seen that tcount was graeter ttable (7.45 >1.68). It means, the alternative hypothesis was accepted. In the other words, there was a significant influence of using CTL model on students’ achievement in heat subject at the tenth grade students of SMA Negeri.

Abstract

The aims of this study was to see thesignificant effect theeffect of speed mastery to studentlearning achievementof thePhysic on material of momentum at eleventh grade of SMA Negeri. The method of the research was descriptive method and correlation method. The population was the eleventh grade students of science at SMA Negeri. It divided in three parallel class consists of 132 students. Random sampling technique was done in this research. The sample of this research consists of 45 students. In analyzing the data, the researcher used descriptive analysis and inferential analysis. The average score of speed mastery was 74.62 in “good” category. While studentlearning achievementof the Physic on material of momentum was 81.03 in “Very Good” category. Based on the analysis of the data, the average score of. rcount was 08.48. While rtable was 2.02. It means that the rcount was higher than rtable ( 81.03>2.02). In other words the hypothesis of this research was accepted. It means that there was the Effect of speed mastery to studentlearning achievementof the Physic on material of momentumat eleventh grade of SMA Negeri.

Abstract

This study aims to see a comparison of the results of studying physics in the subject matter of energy by using the method of discussion and inquiry method in class VIII SMP Negeri 1 Batang Angkola. The method used in this study is the experimental method, and conduct experiments on two classes. The population in this study were all eighth grade students of SMP Negeri 1 Batang Angkola consisting of 6 classes totaling 192 students. Samples were numbered 32 class X1 and X2 are 32 people were determined by cluster random sampling. This research instrument manifold observation sheet given to the observer to evaluate and test in the form of multiple-choice questions to test amounted to 20 and 20 aspects are assessed for observation sheet. The data collected were analyzed in two ways, namely descriptive analysis (to see a general overview of both variables) and statistical analysis (to test the proposed hypothesis whether accepted or rejected). Student learning outcomes using the discussion reaches an average value of 70.8 which is included in the category of "good", while the learning outcomes of students using inquiry method reaches an average value of 64.06 which is included in the category of "enough". Based on the results of hypothesis testing is done, obtained ttes = 2.21 while ttable at the level of 95% with an error rate of 5% df = N - 2 = 64-2 = 62 is 2:00. Thus it can be seen that ttes greater than ttable (2:21 > 2:00). This shows that the proposed hypothesis is accepted or approved truth, meaning that there is a significant comparison between the use of the method of discussion and inquiry method to student learning outcomes in energy pokok material in class VIII SMP Negeri 1 Batang Angkola.

Abstract

The aim of this research was to know whether there was any significant influence of heat mastery and physic achievement in electromagnetic wave subject at the tenth grade students of SMA Negeri 1 Padang Bolak Julu. The method of this research was descriptive. By using total sampling technique, the writer took 70 students as the sample. Based on descriptive analysis, the average of heat mastery was 73, it was categorized “good” and the average of electromagnetic wave was 76.5, it was categorized “good”.Based statistic inferential analysis by using ttest to test hypothesis, it could be gotten tcount = 5.71 and ttable = 1.66 at error level 5%. It could be seen tcount was greater than ttable (5.78 >1.66). It means alternative hypothesis was accepted. In the other words, there was any significant influence of heat mastery and physic achievement in electromagnetic wave subject at the tenth grade students of SMA Negeri 1 Padang Bolak Julu.
