Abstract

Users can access the necessary services from anywhere and at any time thanks to the cloud computing technology, which places the majority of processing and computing on the Internet. However, in practice, each business develops its own information systems architecture and requirements. This brings up a number of issues, including the potential for redundant information systems, the lack of data structure standards, the inability of information systems to consolidate their data, and inconsistent information system development. The motivation behind developing a model of information technology architecture using the idea of cloud computing stems from some of these issues. A cloud-based information technology architectural model was created in line with the requirements and needs of the organization based on the analysis of the company's state and the use of the chosen framework. Another Indonesian company is anticipated to benefit from the research, primarily as a resource for constructing the information technology architecture.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Every year the development of technology is getting faster and every year many companies develop technology from small companies to bona fide companies. Natasha's milk shop is a company that has only started pioneering since 2010 so there are many problems starting with the absence of member cards for consumers, member cards aim to provide promos, discounts and points for every product sales transaction to consumers who shop and with the member card, both parties are mutually beneficial between consumers and companies, member cards also function as branding media, branding media when consumers feel many benefits from using member cards, consumers want to shop and use member cards again. Natasha milk shop companies do not apply member cards If the member card does not exist this is a very serious problem and must be addressed immediately by the natasha milk shop company, the development of technology that cannot be utilized properly by the natasha milk shop company so that there are problems that must be overcome. So with this peniliti want to discuss, innovate and find solutions for the progress of the company natasha milk shop, the purpose of this study wants to make an innovation in the development of technology by making application-based applications so that readers understand the procedures for use from starting member card registration to using member cards in the application. After the application has been developed, the company gives questions to consumers, these questions are to provide the extent of the System Usability Scale for the company. After the System Usability Scale is carried out the results of 15 respondents form 1315: 15 = 88 then for the total calculation of 88, (70 - 90 Good Exellent).

Abstract

Customer satisfaction is an important reference in the sustainability of a business, as is the case with the computer training business at Radar Education Center which has competitors in its business. Until now there is no measuring tool for customer satisfaction at the Radar Education Center, this problem will be solved through the Decision Tree method using the C4.5 algorithm to analyze customer satisfaction. The data used comes from Radar Education Center customer data which consists of 80% training data and 20% testing data. After calculating accuracy using the Confusion Matrix, the Class Precision value was "yes" 83.33% and Class Recall "yes" was 100%.

Abstract

Mobile devices are increasingly becoming one and more indispensable part of our daily lives, as it facilitates to perform various useful tasks. Mobile cloud integrates mobile and cloud computing to extend the benefits of the cloud itself, and overcome limitations in times of cloud such as limited memory, CPU power, big data analytics technology allows extracting value from data that has four Vs: volume, variety, speed, and honesty. This paper discusses mobile cloud-based healthcare and big data analytics in its application. The conclusion is drawn about the design of healthcare systems using big data and mobile cloud technologies.

Abstract

Lectures are activities carried out by a higher education institution. This activity involves several elements, including students, academics and lecturers. The result of the lecture process is the emergence of grades for each student according to the courses they take. In each semester, an evaluation of the lecture process can be carried out, including obtaining an index of the quality of lecturers and students. This information can be used by management in making policies regarding the lecture process in the future. Data warehouse technology is needed to manage all values and display them in a reporting system for management. Data warehouse technology is needed so that the information displayed can be presented in multi-dimensional form related to students, lecturers and grades.

Abstract

In this era, Big Data is considered as the key to unlocking the growth of people's productivity in daily life. Internet usage, mobile applications and social networks, as well as the internet of things based on smart-grid and so on has an impact on the amount of data collected. The advancement of analytics data provided by machine learning and data mining technology supported by cloud computing, the resulting information will be more useful. Since the advent of Big Data, the dataset has become one type of "new money" in the digital world. Copyright protection mechanisms including digital encryption and watermarking need to be done to maintain data values. To maximize this, an effective container is needed to allow data owners and buyers to trade the data. The focus of the topic is on designing data trading platforms and schemes, supporting effective and efficient data trading, security, and maintaining the privacy of data owners.

Call center management refers to how leaders manage the center and includes activities such as forecasting, scheduling, queue management, agent training and coaching, and, of course, ensuring customer contacts are handled professionally and efficiently. Call Center services in Indonesia do not reach the public. To achieve this, a call center is used for business services. To reach the target, effective call center performance is needed by the call center system appropriately. DRP is one of the solutions to reduce the data risk, because of disasters and other threats. So the system has another backup.

Abstract

The development of a web-based company profile information system has become a fundamental need for organizations to increase reachability and direct customer involvement in it. In this context, structured software development methods and efficient frameworks become essential in ensuring project success. This article discusses the application of the Software Development Method (SDLC) and the Laravel Framework in developing a web-based company profile information system. The case study was conducted at CV Radar Teknologi Computer, a technology company engaged in providing software solutions. The SDLC method is used as a systematic approach to managing the entire information system development life cycle, from requirements analysis to testing and implementation. The Laravel framework was chosen to facilitate the development process by providing a strong structure and a variety of built-in features. The implementation results show the effectiveness of using SDLC and Laravel in achieving project goals in a timely manner and according to the desired specifications.
