Abstract

Objective: Autis merupakan gangguan yang terjadi pada anak meliputi gangguan bahasa, interaksi social dan perilaku. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh terapi gelombang otak terhadap kemampuan Bahasa anak autis. Methods: Jenis penelitian ini adalah True Experiment Design dengan rancangan Control Grup Pre tes-Post tes dengan tehnik sampling exhaustive sampling. Jumlah Responden 24 anak dibagi 2 kelompok , 12 anak sebagai kelompok control dan 12 anak sebagai kelompok perlakuan. Dilakukan perlakuan selama 1 bulan kemudian di evaluasi dengan wawancara dan observasi. Hasil kemudian diuji menggunakan T tes. Results: Hasil penelitian menunjukkan t hitung < t table atau p < 0,005 (0,000). Terdapat peningkatan signifikan terhadap kemampuan Bahasa setelah dilakukan perlakuan. Conclusion: Dari penilaian ini bahwa terapi gelombang otak berpengaruh terhadap kemampuan Bahasa anak autis. Dapat disarankan terapi gelombang otak bisa digunakan sebagai terapi penunjang untuk meningkatkan kemampuan Bahasa pada anak autis.Keywords: autis, gelombang otak, kemampuan bahasa

Abstract

Objective: to know husband’s role in motivating wife to gives exclusive breastfeeding Methods: Method of this study is descriptive, using population all breastfeeding mothers. Samples collected from 30 respondents. Sampling technique that is used purposive sampling. Measuring apparatus using questionnaires then tabulated and analyzed by frequency distribution Result: Result of this study shows that most of husbands, amount 13 respondents (43,3%), play their role mediocrity in motivating wife to gives exclusive mother’s milk, 10 respondents (33,3%) have less role and 7 respondents (23,3%) have good role. Conclusion: From this study we can conclude that husband’s role in motivating wife to gives exclusive mother’s milk is mediocre. For it, we need to increase giving motivation to families by elucidation. By that, husbands understand their role and how to motivate their wife to gives exclusive breastfeedingKeywords: : husband’s role, motivation, Exclusive Breastfeeding

Abstract

Objective:to know the effect of demonstration method of SADARI toearly detection of breast cancer Methods: This study used pre experimental design with a sample of women reaching 30-45 years as many as 35 people. Data were analyzed with the Wilcoxon Sing Rank Test with α 0.05, the results obtained p of 0.00. Results: This states that the Demonstration Method Against Conscious Behavior as an Early Detection for Breast Cancer in the Kedurus Health Center. The Demonstration Method is learning by pointing at objects that encourage appropriate shapes and the audience can be used easily and can be used by other women who have not been able. Conclusion: The conclusions of this research are demonstration method of SADARI effective for early detection of breast cancerKeywords: Demonstration Method, attitude, breast cancer

Abstract

Objective: to find out the relationship between sleep and cycles of menstruation in college students at the Muhammadiyah University of Surabaya. Methods: This study used a correlation design with a cross-sectional approach. The population in this study was all nursing students in semester II, IV and VI in Muhammadiyah university of Surabaya as many as 213 academic year-old students 2019. Large numbers of 139 students in semester II, IV and VI careers were selected using the Cluster Random Sampling technique. Variables are dependent on sleep, menstrual dependencies. The data was analyzed using the ChiSquare test. Result: The results of the study showed most of the women who had less sleep (42.4%), and most experienced menstrual cycles in the literature (54%). This study showed the relationship between sleep deprivation and menstrual cycle with a value of ρ-value 0,000 <ɑ 0.05 which indicated that Ho was rejected. Short duration of sleep can be caused by serotonin synthesis or damage to the mucus of ramus. Conclusion: Therefore it affects the REM cycle which made the enthusiastic sleep. Serotonin levels decreased during lacteal phase. Therefore hormonal disruption results in loss of luteinizing hormone (LH) secretion and a decrease in estrogen levels which caused the menstrual cycle disorder. Keywords: Sleep Duration, Menstruation Cycle

Abstract

Objective: to determine the relation of feeding patterns with the return of menstruation in breastfeeding mothers Methods: this study use analytical design with cross sectional design. Samples taken in the saturated samples from 30 breastfeeding mothers with a large population sample of 30 respondents. The independent variable is the breastfeeding pattern while the independent variable is the return of menstruation. The technique of collecting data by questionnaires, analyzed spearman rank correlation statistical test with α = 0.05 level. Result: respondents who experienced less breastfeeding patterns is 18 respondents (60%) and of the 18 respondents there are 18 respondents (60%) experienced a rapid return of menstruation is in the range of 0-3 months. Based on the test of the SPSS 22 statistical significance obtained significance value = 0.00 <0.05 mean H0 rejected and H1 accepted subsequently by Spearman rank correlation coefficient rs = 0.755 obtained value, which means there is a correlation concluded with the menstruation return of breastfeeding pattern to mothers Conclusion: mother with morebbreastfeeding pattern, they will experience a rapid return of menstruation more than 3 monthsKeywords: Breastfeeding pattern, Duration of Lactation Amenorhoe
