Ekuitas: Jurnal Pendidikan Ekonomi published by Universitas Pendidikan Ganesha in collaboration with Asosiasi Profesi Pendidik Ekonomi Indonesia. A blind peer-reviewed and open access journal published twice a year (June and December). Ekuitas: Jurnal Pendidikan Ekonomi offers original articles on economic and education. The journal is aimed at publishing and disseminating the results of researches and studies on economic and education conducted by researchers, teachers, and practitioners of economic and education. Ekuitas: Jurnal Pendidikan Ekonomi provides informative variety of papers geared toward theory and practice in the following area: Issues and ideas, as well as contemporary research findings in the field of economic and education Innovation in the field of pedagogy, curriculum, hardware, teaching materials, and methods & models in economic learning evaluation of teaching methods, learning attitudes and interests, materials, or processes. Reports on events that influence economic and education in all levels of education age (from early childhood to adulthood) and three main lines of education, namely formal, nonformal, and informal.

<![CDATA[This study aims to understand and examine entrepreneurial interests in terms of entrepreneurship education and entrepreneurship motivation by measuring the influence of Organizational Culture on Employee Job Statisfaction at PT. Minu Garment Sukses, and to see how much influence the quality of organizational culture on job satisfaction on employees so that results can be seen from the interests of entrepreneurship in terms of entrepreneurship education and entrepreneurial motivation both partially and simultaneously. This research uses quantitative methods with simple linear regression analysis. Taking the population in this study are all employees at PT. Minu Garment Success. The sample in this study amounted to 100 employees through a questionnaire which became an instrument for data integration. The results of the study prove that organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction at PT. Minu Garment Success with a significant level of 43.5% and the remaining 56.5% is determined by other factors.]]>

<![CDATA[Employee job satisfaction at work will have a high sense of enthusiasm and work participation so that it will continue to improve their performance, so as to create work morale, dedication, love, and employee discipline to the company. One of the factors that influence job satisfaction is the work environment, a conducive and comfortable atmosphere in an organization such as the positive attitude of employees which is reflected in good relationships among colleagues will certainly help improve performance. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of organizational climate on employee job satisfaction of PT. Tiki jalur Nugraha Ekakulir Branch Sukabumi and the object of research are employees of PT. Tiki Jalur Nugraha Ekakulir Branch Sukabumi. This research method uses quantitative methods using simple linear regression analysis. With 86 respondents as employees using the IBM SPSS Version 24 software. The results of the organizational climate T test showed that the tcount in this study was 8,186 with a significant value of 0,000, then a significant value of 0,000 <compared to 0.05, it can be concluded that the organizational climate variable positive effect on job satisfaction at PT. Tiki Jalur Nugraha Ekakulir Branch Sukabumi.]]>

<![CDATA[The objective of this research is to discover factors which influence revenue of Durian farming business at Dusun Witajati Desa Selat, and to figure out dominant elements controlling the farmers’ income. This is categorized as a factorial research. The subjects of this research are 30 farmers at Dusun Witajati Desa Selat, while the objects are factors that affect the revenue of Durian farming business. The data collecting method conducted in this research is interview and documentation. A program for analysing factors by SPSS 16.0 for windows is applied to analyse the data. The results demonstrate two factors affecting the income of farming business at Dusun Witajati Desa Selat, which are internal and external factor. Internal factors consist of family labor with a variance value 41.412%, size of the land with a variance value16.626%, and capital with a variance value13.810%. On the other hand, external factors involve availability of production factor with a variance value 8.688%, costs of production factor with a variance value 7.786%, production demands production factor with a variance value 5.920%, and sale costs production factor with a variance value 5.757%. Consequently, the dominant factors influencing the revenue of Durian farming business at Dusun Witajati Desa Selat are internal factors of family labour with varimax rotation value as 41.412% and size land with varimax rotation value as 16.626%.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aimed to determine the response of the Economic Faculty students to the existence of the Indonesia Stock Exchange investment gallery at the Ganesha University of Education. The type of research was a descriptive study with a quantitative approach to describe the responses of Economic Faculty students to the existence of the Indonesia Stock Exchange investment gallery at the Ganesha University of Education. Data collection methods were using questionnaires.The population of this study were 2.637student of the economic faculty with 347 respondent as the sample that determined by the slovin formula. The data was analyzed descriptively. Based on the results of the study, students’ responses to the perception indicators obtained a score of 2.351, included in not a good category. The attitude indicator obtained a score of 2.534, included in the less good category. The participation indicator obtained a score of 2.435, included in the unfavorable category.]]>

<![CDATA[This research aimed to find out the association of education and training to ward employee performance. In this case, the associative method is used by researchers to find out and test whether there is an influence or not between educational variables and career development on employee performance. The population in the study of PT Indomarco Sukabumi, amounting to 80 people. For sampling using saturated sample research that is taken as a whole in the sample size of this study is 80 respondents. For data collection using research through observation, interviews, and questionnaires, doing documentation for data analysis techniques using this research is multiple linear regression. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression which is the result of research showing this educational variableand training on employee performance is positive and significant effect. Career development variable, employee career performance showed that the positive influence and significantly of employee performance.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this research is to know the influence of financial literacy, pocket money, self-control, and peers both simultaneously and partially on the Accounting Education students Economics Faculty in State University of Surabaya. This type of research is quantitative research. The population in this study were Accounting Education students Economics Faculty in State University of Surabaya and sampling using purposive sampling technique so respondents became 174 respondents. Data collection techniques used were test and questionnaires. As for data analysis technique the researcher will used multiple linier regression analysis was done using SPSS 24.00. Based on the results of data analysis that has been done that both simultaneously and partially financial literacy, pocket money, self-control, and peers have a significant effect on behavior saving in Accounting Education students Economics Faculty in State University of Surabaya.]]>

<![CDATA[This research is a quantitative research. The population in this study were all BUMDES in Buleleng Regency, amounting to 111. The sampling method was carried out by using the Slovin technique with the inaccuracy leeway level used was 5%. Then performed the proportional random sampling technique. Based on these calculations, the sample used in this study was 85 samples with 255 respondents. The data source used in this research is primary data. The data were obtained from distributing questionnaires to predefined respondents, namely supervisors, heads, and treasurers. The data analysis technique used multiple regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that organizational culture, good corporate governance, and human resource competence affect the prevention of fraud in BUMDES fund management.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine the system of granting credit to village-owned enterprises (BUMDes) Wira Kusuma Munduk Bestala village, an internal control system with sanctions for customary services and the implications of implementing customary sanctions as an internal control system in suppressing bad loans at BUMDes Wira Kusuma Munduk Bestala Village. In this study using qualitative methods with primary data and secondary data. The results of this study stated that (1) the credit granting system applied to BUMDes Wira Kusuma, namely credit is only given to Munduk Bestala villagers who have a KK and are married, with a loan ceiling of Rp 3.000.000 – Rp 15.000.000, past the stage of filling out the form credit application and verification, (2) an internal control system with customary service sanctions in granting credit in the form of non-administrative recommendation letter by kelian adat to customers whos experience bad credit when they hold their yadnya ceremony, and (3) implications with the implementation of adat service sanction able to increase customer awareness to pay credit so as to reduce the number of customers experiencing bad loans.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of investment knowledge, minimum investment capital and technological advances on investment interest in the capital market. This study uses a quantitative approach. Data were collected using a questionnaire as a research instrument. The data used is primary data because data is obtained directly from respondents' answers to the statements contained in the questionnaire. The population in this study were all students of the S1 Accounting Study Program, Faculty of Economics, Ganesha University of Education. The sampling technique used purposive sampling method, so that 245 respondents were obtained. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis techniques assisted by the SPSS 20.0 for Windows program. The results of this study indicate that investment knowledge (X1), minimum investment capital (X2) and technological progress (X3) each have a positive effect on the interest in investing in the capital market.]]>

<![CDATA[This research aims to determine the achievements achieved by the Company during the period 2018 and 2019, besides the purpose of this research is to know the efforts that the company has in increasing the company's profit. The subject of this study was the company's friend's in Bali CyclingTour. The object of this research is the assessment of performance management and analysis of financial statements. Methods of collecting data using documentation methods and interviews. This research uses quantitative descriptive data analysis. The results showed that the performance management of friend's in Bali CyclingTour was very well developed. Through the analysis of financial statements, the performance of company management is seen to increase assets in the form of vehicles and buildings. The company has several efforts to increase sales profit. The first effort is through online promotion, where the company works with online sites such as Airbnb and Get Your Guide. Secondly through offline promotion, where the company distribute brochures about the company to hotels in Bali.]]>
