Abstract

This research is to find out the relation between organizational change and commitment against the organization. Cope with the organizational change is an effort by the employee to face the work situation changes. Employee commitment is individual identification and their participation in the process of achieving organizational goals. This research uses incidental sampling technique. The data collected was analyzed by partial correlation. The results showed that 1) there is a significant and positive relation between organizational change and employee 2) there is a positive connotation between long working experience and commitment to the organization. It could be concluded that the better cope with organizational change, the higher employee commitment.Keywords:Organizational Change, Commitment

Abstract

Dunia usaha industri minuman dan makanan pada dekat ini mengalami peningkatan sebesar 7.88% ditahun 2015 dan 8.22% ditahun 2016 dengan semakin tingginya pertumbuhan industri minuman dan makanan persaingan antar perusahaan seperti Mayora Indah Tbk, Indofood CBD, Siantar Top dan Tiga Pilar Sejahtera menjadi lebih kompleks. Setiap perusahaan harus memiliki strategi pemasarannya masing-masing untuk mempertahankan daya saing dengan kompetitor lainnya, oleh karena itu penulis melakukan penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui posisi perusahaan Mayora Indah Tbk berdasarkan Boston Consulting Group Matrix (BCG) sehingga perusahaan dapat merencanakan strategi yang tepat untuk meningkatkan daya saing. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Dengan matriks BCG, dapat diketahui tingkat pertumbuhan pasar penjualan produk PT. Mayora Indah Tbk sebesar 13.44% yang berarti bahwa PT. Mayora Indah Tbk memiliki pertumbuhan pasar yang tinggi. Telah diketahui juga bahwa pangsa pasar relatif PT. Mayora Indah Tbk tahun 2017 sebesar 0,58 kali <1 yang artinya menunjukkan bahwa PT. Mayora Indah Tbk memiliki pangsa pasar lebih kecil dibandingkan dengan Indofood CBP karena nilai pangsa pasar relatif  Indofood CBP sebesar 1.71 kali >1. Dan berdasarkan matrik BCG PT. Mayora Indah Tbk 2017, letak posisi titik berada di kuadran Question Mark atau tanda tanya dengan indikasi pertumbuhan pasar yang tinggi dan pangsa pasarnya yang rendah. Ini berarti jumlah pertumbuhan penjualan Mayora tinggi dan pangsa pasar rendah. Strategi yang dapat di ambil adalah tetap berinvestasi pada produk atau bisnis unit yang berada dalam kategori Question Marks ini karena pertumbuhan pasar yang tinggi.

Abstract

Every company always wants its employees to have a good discipline attitude, with disciplined activities within a company can run smoothly, directed. And can more easily complete the work. Discipline reflects that the employee has good performance. Because good employee performance can be assessed if the employee meets or obeys the rules that are enforced by the company. Research or research conducted at PT. Nine Jaya Farm Sukabumi. The purpose of this study was to determine how much the influence of discipline on employee performance at PT. Sembilan Jaya Farm Sukabumi with a population of employees at PT. Sembilan Jaya Farm with 80 respondents using probability sampling and saturated sample techniques. In this study using validity and reliability testing. Data collection techniques used in primary data are questionnaires and interviews along with secondary data is a literature study. And the data analysis technique used is the normality test, the correlation coefficient test, the coefficient of determination test, a simple linear regression test and a hypothesis test that is the t test. The results of this study show that there is an influence of discipline in obeying the regulations on employee performance at PT. Nine Jaya Farm by proving the results of testing the hypothesis or t test showed more t counts than the table that is as much as 5031> 1.6646

Abstract

Competitive advantage is an ability to create products that have more added value that can be used as strength to win the competition. The study was conducted on the furniture business of the City of Sukabumi, which wants to win the competition in an increasingly increasing number of competitors with similar businesses. The purpose of this study is to determine and understand the effect of differentiation strategies as an effort to realize competitive advantage in furniture SMEs. Starting with the desire to realize competitive advantage, the company needs to create a difference or privilege that is not owned by competitors to be used as strength in winning the competition. The method used to process this research data is quantitative with associative methods. With 50 respondents, namely furniture business owners or managers using IBM SPSS Version 23. The results of this research show that this research is categorized as having a very strong correlation with a value of 0.896. So that the conclusions in this research reveal the differentiation strategy has an influence in realizing competitive advantage by creating a difference both from product, service, personnel and image.

Abstract

In an industrial world, organizational culture is an important element that must be highlighted in an industry because it can affect the performance of its employees. A company will have more advantages if its employees are able to work well in accordance with their main duties and functions, it can be dealt with by growing a good culture in order to provide examples of good ways of working for fellow employees. The purpose of this study is to determine how much influence the organizational culture of improving employee performance on the CV. Design & Building Sukabumi, with a population of CV employees. Sukabumi Design & Building. The population in CV. Sukabumi design & Building totaling 50 respondents, proving the results of this hypothesis using simple linear analysis, the results obtained from this study are, the results of the t test in this study amounted to 13,587 with a significant value of 0,000 significant value of 0,000 smaller than 0.05 (0,000 <0.05). From this it can be interpreted that there is a positive influence of organizational culture on employee performance in the CV. Sukabumi Design & Building.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui adanya pengaruh harga saham terhadap perolehan laba perusahaan, dilakukan pada perusahaan yang mengalami aksi korporasi stock split ditahun 2016 sebanyak 25 perusahaan. Metode yang digunakan ialah metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif asosiatif. Dengan menggunakan teknik sampel nonprobability sampling dengan jenis purposive sampling sehingga terdapat 25 perusahaan yang melakukan stock split di tahun 2016 dari 541 perusahaan yang terdaftar di bursa efek indonesia, dengan teknik pengumpulan data sekunder.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan tidak adanya pengaruh antara harga saham terhadap perolehan laba pada perusahaan yang melakukan stock split di bursa efek Indonesia.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis suasana butik dan brand familiarity terhadap keputusan pembelian pada konsumen Mayoutfit cabang Sukabumi . Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah konsumen pada Mayoutfit cabang Sukabumi. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dengan menyebarkan kuisoner kepada 70 responden. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif asosatif dengan Teknik sampling jenuh. Teknik analisis data menggunakan regresi linear berganda dan pengujian model hipotesis yaitu uji secara parsial dan uji secara simultan. Hasil yang didapat menunjukan tidak adanya pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara suasana butik terhadap keputusan pembelian. Dan adanya pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara brand familiarity terhadap keputusan pembelian.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji perbedaan pada rasio CAR, NPF, ROA BOPO dan FDR sebelum dilakukannya spin off dan sesudah dilakukannya spin off. Objek penelitian yang digunakan yaitu PT. Bank BCA Syariah Tbk, BRI Syariah Tbk Dan Bukopin Syariah Tbk dengan rentang periode pengambilan data yaitu 2 tahun sebelum dan sesudah dilakukannya spin off. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah komparatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan uji beda paired sample t-test. Hasil dari penelitian ini ditemukan bahwa pada PT. Bank BCA Syariah, PT. BRI Syariah Tbk, dan PT. Bukopin Syariah Tbk mengalami kenaikan dan terdapat perbedaan sebelum dan sesudah dilakukannya spin off dengan menunjukan hasil pada rasio CAR melebihi nilai probabilitas (> 0,05) artinya tidak terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan sedangkan pada rasio NPF, ROA, BOPO dan FDR menunjukan hasil kurang dari nilai probabilitas (< 0,05) artinya terdapat perbedaan yang cukup signifikan. Pada PT. Bank Bukopin Syariah menunjukan hasil kurang dari nilai probabilitas (<0.05) artinya terdapat perbedaan yang cukup siginifikan pada rasio CAR, NPF, ROA dan BOPO sedangkan pada rasio FDR menunjukan hasil melebihi nilai probabilitas(> 0,05) artinya tidak terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan. Maka dengan ini diharapkan ketiga bank harus lebih memperhatikan dan meningkatkan lagi pada setiap rasio karena agar kesehatan tetap terkendali.

Abstract

Banking health is very important to be maintained because banks play an important role in society, especially as increasing the country's economic growth. This study aims to examine the effect of risk-based bank rating on financial distress. The risk-based bank rating ratio consists of risk profiles proxied by NPL and LDR, good corporate governance proxied by the size of the board directors and independent commissioners, earnings proxied by ROA, ROE, BOPO, and NIM, and capital proxied by CAR. The yardstick used in this research is the bankometer model. The research year is 6 years from 2013-2018. The population was all non-foreign exchange banks, amounting to 30. The sample was determined using purposive sampling, find 20 non-foreign exchange with data analysis techniques using logistic regression. Research data using SPSS 25. The results of the study found the influence of LDR, size of the board directors, NIM, and CAR. LDR ratio has a significant negative effect, board size has a significant positive effect, NIM has a significant negative effect, and CAR has a significant negative effect on financial distress. This because the fourth variable had an important thing on liquidity, independent oversight, interest income, and capital adequacy. Whereas NPL, independent commissioners, ROA, ROE, and BOPO do not affect financial distress. This because the value of each variable already appropriate with Bank Indonesia determination and it summed up that Non-Foreign Exchange Bank already apply it well. This shows that risk-based bank ratings can be a parameter of bank health.

Abstract

This research aimed  to find out the association of education and training to ward employee performance. In this case, the associative method is used by researchers to find out and test whether there is an influence or not between educational variables and career development on employee performance. The population in the study of PT Indomarco Sukabumi, amounting to 80 people. For sampling using saturated sample research that is taken as a whole in the sample size of this study is 80 respondents. For data collection using research through observation, interviews, and questionnaires, doing documentation for data analysis techniques using this research is multiple linear regression. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression which is the result of research showing this educational variableand training on employee performance is positive and significant effect. Career development variable, employee career performance showed that the positive influence and significantly of employee performance.
