Abstract

This study aims to determine the system of granting credit to village-owned enterprises (BUMDes) Wira Kusuma Munduk Bestala village, an internal control system with sanctions for customary services and the implications of implementing customary sanctions as an internal control system in suppressing bad loans at BUMDes Wira Kusuma Munduk Bestala Village. In this study using qualitative methods with primary data and secondary data. The results of this study stated that (1) the credit granting system applied to BUMDes Wira Kusuma, namely credit is only given to Munduk Bestala villagers who have a KK and are married, with a loan ceiling of Rp 3.000.000 – Rp 15.000.000, past the stage of filling out the form credit application and verification, (2) an internal control system with customary service sanctions in granting credit in the form of non-administrative recommendation letter by kelian adat to customers whos experience bad credit when they hold their yadnya ceremony, and (3) implications with the implementation of adat service sanction able to increase customer awareness to pay credit so as to reduce the number of customers experiencing bad loans.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of investment knowledge, minimum investment capital and technological advances on investment interest in the capital market. This study uses a quantitative approach. Data were collected using a questionnaire as a research instrument. The data used is primary data because data is obtained directly from respondents' answers to the statements contained in the questionnaire. The population in this study were all students of the S1 Accounting Study Program, Faculty of Economics, Ganesha University of Education. The sampling technique used purposive sampling method, so that 245 respondents were obtained. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis techniques assisted by the SPSS 20.0 for Windows program. The results of this study indicate that investment knowledge (X1), minimum investment capital (X2) and technological progress (X3) each have a positive effect on the interest in investing in the capital market.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the achievements achieved by the Company during the period 2018 and 2019, besides the purpose of this research is to know the efforts that the company has in increasing the company's profit. The subject of this study was the company's friend's in Bali CyclingTour. The object of this research is the assessment of performance management and analysis of financial statements. Methods of collecting data using documentation methods and interviews. This research uses quantitative descriptive data analysis. The results showed that the performance management of friend's in Bali CyclingTour was very well developed. Through the analysis of financial statements, the performance of company management is seen to increase assets in the form of vehicles and buildings. The company has several efforts to increase sales profit. The first effort is through online promotion, where the company works with online sites such as Airbnb and Get Your Guide. Secondly through offline promotion, where the company distribute brochures about the company to hotels in Bali.

Abstract

This study aimed at determining the difference in the average of abnormal return, trading volume activity and bid-ask spread before and after the turnover of BUMN Minister on a company registered in the the BUMN20 index. The type of data used in this study was secondary data employing the data collection technique of documentation method. The determination of samples in this study employed a purposive sampling method through certain criteria so as to obtain 20 samples. The analysis techniques employed in this study were paired sample t-test with the observation period of 10 days. The results of this study indicated that: (1) There was no average difference in the abnormal return before and after the turnover of BUMN Minister Erick Thohir; (2) There was no average difference in the trading volume activity before and after the turnover of BUMN Minister Erick Thohir; (3) There was no average difference on bid-ask spread before and after the turnover of BUMN Minister Erick Thohir.

Abstract

The cost spent on education fee cannot be considered low, especially in big cities like Singaraja City. Education fee still becomes a major consideration for people to obtain an education, particularly for those who have low economic background. This problem certainly requires government’s help. Since 2005, the government has distributed educational funding through BOS funds. The problem occurs because BOS fund is only sufficient to fulfill the educational operations, it cannot cover all personal costs that must be spent to fulfill students’ needs in school. This arises various perceptions from students’ parents, both positive and negative. Therefore, this study aimed to determine how parents' perceptions towards education fee, especially in Singaraja City. This research implemented descriptive qualitative approach. The results of this study concluded how high school students’ parents’ perceptions towards the educational fee in Singaraja city. In general, parents argue that there are still many costs that they spend despite receiving BOS funding. Nevertheless, they do not mind spending certain cost for education purposes because they realize that education is important for their children’s future.

Abstract

This research aims is to find out how the management of zakat, infaq and shadaqah by Lembaga Amil Zakat, Infaq and Shadaqah Muhammadiyah Institutions (LAZISMU) Buleleng.  This research is descriptive research. The method use in data collection is interviews, observation and documentation. Meanwhile, the data analysis technique used is data reduction, data display and conclution drawing and verification. The result of this research show and indicate that in the management of zakat, infaq and shadaqah by Lembaga Amil Zakat, Infaq and Shadaqah Muhammadiyah Institutions (LAZISMU) Buleleng has implemented the function of management, there are (planning) is implemented with determine the purposes, programs, and strategies in collecting ZIS, then (organizing) is implemented by determining the organizational structure, (actuating) is implemented with giving comparing between the result and the standart that have been made.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the comparison of the level of financial literacy of SMK N 1 Singaraja and SMA N 4 Singaraja. This research is a type of quantitative research with a comparative descriptive approach. The subjects in this study were students of SMK N 1 Singaraja and SMA N 4 singaraja and the object in this study was the level of student financial literacy. The sample in this study were 97 by using Slovin formula. The data used are primary data using a questionnaire. The questionnaire consisted of two parts, namely personal data and questions related to financial literacy. The questionnaire was analyzed with comparative descriptive analysis techniques. The average overall financial literacy rate is 71.15% in the medium category. The level of financial literacy of SMK N 1 Singaraja is 72.8% included in the medium category and SMA N 4 Singaraja by 69% is included in the medium category. The difference in the level of financial literacy is not too significant because the level of literacy does not differ too much and still in the same category.

Abstract

This research was conducted to explore the management strategy of LPD in Pedawa Customary Village in suppressing NPLs. The research method applied in this research was descriptive qualitative method. Data were obtained through in-depth interviews, observation and study of documents which were then analyzed byanalysis interactive model from Milesand Huberman (1967). The results show that the occurrence of NPL problems in LPD decreases after the implementation of nunda tetegenan sanctions as an ancient tradition in Pedawa Customary Village. Nunda tetegenan consists of 3 levels, namely social sanctions, customary sanctions and witness sanctions. This nunda tetegenan sanction does not prohibit village manners from carrying out their obligations as religious people to carry out their yad activities, but rather delaying the right manners to acquire customary witnesses, postponing negen kena-kenaan banten piodalan but still being able to offer other offerings, and delaying the right to obtain services from Customary Villages.

Abstract

This research aimed examine the impact of land area, capital and the total of production on the income of vegetable farmers in Baturiti District. The population in this study is all farmers who have a vegetable farming business in Baturiti District. Researchers took samples from four villages, the majority of which are vegetable farmers, namely Candikuning Village, Batunya Village, Bangli Village and Baturiti Village. The data collectied by questions given to vegetable farmers, and its analysised by multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that (1) there was a significant simultaneous effect between land area, capital and the total production on income, (2) there was a positive and partially significant effect between land area, capital and the total of production on income. This study shows the contribution of the variable land area, capital and total production to income amounted to 44.2%, while the remaining 55.8% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

The objective of this present study is to use the variable awereness of taxpayers, moral obligations, education level and financial condition of taxpayer compliance. This study was carried out at the Joint Office of Samsat Karangasem Regency. Population of this study is the taxpayer of two-wheeled motor vehicles registered at the Joint Office of Samsat Karangasem Regency, amounting to 327,256 units. The method of determining the sample is the accidental sampling method and obtained a total sample of 348 respondents. The questionnaire is filled via online, particularly with google form to avoid the danger of Covid-19. Data that has been collected is then tested in advance with descriptive ststisticsl tests, test instruments, test classic assumptions, and proceed with hypothesis testing Quantitative analysis techniques applied in this study are multiple regression techniques. Other hypothesis tests are t test and R2 with SPSS version 21 for windows. Findings of this study indicated taxpayer compliance is influenced by several variables including taxpayer awareness (X1), moral obligation (X2), education level (X3), financial condition (X4) positively and significantly.
