Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of money ethics, gender, religiosity, materialism, discrimination, and tax sanctions on tax evasion on individual taxpayers who are registered at the Pratama Kudus Tax Service Office. The sampling technique uses the convenience sampling method with 400 respondents. The type of research used in this research is quantitative using primary data obtained from distributing questionnaires. The method used to analyze the data is the SEM-PLS method. The results of this study indicate that money ethics, materialism, and discrimination have a positive effect, and tax sanctions have a negative effect on tax evasion, while gender and religiosity have no effect on tax evasion.

Abstract

This article discusses implementing performance-based strategic and operational management models in educational institutions, especially in the face of global challenges and environmental changes. You explain that education is the greatest investment in shaping the future of individuals and society. In the context of globalization, education must play a role in maintaining societal values and mitigating the negative impacts of globalization. The main benefits of education are intellectual development, the formation of values and ethics, and the improvement of the quality of life. To achieve these goals, strategic and operational management are important in the management of educational institutions. With strong strategic and operational management, academic institutions can become centers of learning excellence, highly competitive, and play an active role in facing future challenges. Goal focus, transparency, and accountability are the keys to success, which can help educational institutions achieve outstanding achievements and contribute to nation-building. This approach demonstrates the realisation of the importance of good management in advancing education and preparing individuals for a better future.

Abstract

Public administration is the art and science of organizing public administration and task execution procedures. This research aims to explore how many public administration issues are still waiting to be clarified, researched, analyzed, studied scientifically, and found solutions to solve them in a sustainable and multidisciplinary manner. Abstract

Economic developments in Indonesia make competition in business stronger. This study aims to find out the business Model Canvas looks like at Café Kupi Haus in Ajibarang, and to find out how the strategy of the business model is to build a competitive advantage. This study uses a qualitative approach by conducting interviews with the owners, employees and customers of Kupi Haus Ajibarang. The result of this research is that the Competitive Advantage in Kupi Haus Ajibarang comes from Value Propositions ranging from offering a variety of menu variants, strategic locations, and complete facilities, and also having a complete and sophisticated coffee machine with almost three years of experience in serving coffee. makes Kupi Haus superior to the cafes around Ajibarang.

Abstract

This study examines digital literacy's impact on academic performance and entrepreneurial intentions among students of the D3 Business Administration program in Indonesia. In an increasingly digital era, digital literacy has become an essential skill that can influence various aspects of students' lives, including academic achievement and the inclination to engage in entrepreneurship. This research employs a quantitative approach using surveys as the data collection method. Data were collected from 100 students of the D3 Business Administration program at Politeknik Negeri Jakarta. Multiple linear regression analysis was conducted to test the relationship between digital literacy and academic performance and entrepreneurial intentions. The results indicate that digital literacy has a significant positive effect on students' academic performance and entrepreneurial intentions. The implications of these findings underscore the importance of integrating digital literacy into higher education curricula to enhance academic performance and foster entrepreneurial intentions among students.
