Abstract

AbstractObvious learning quality standardization is necessary in order to raise the quality of the Institute, starting from lesson plan, learning process, until its evaluation. This article is going to investigate the comparison of learning quality standard between IAIN Surakarta and Kasem Bundit University. In the implementation, whether IAIN Surakarta and Kasem Bundit University have formulas related to the learning quality standard starting from lesson plan, learning process, until its evaluation. However, there is a big difference in the available documents. In IAIN Surakarta the documents are more administrative in purpose since it is in the form of procedure guidelines and have not completed yet. While the documents in Kasem Bundit University are more quality manual in purpose which formulate various learning quality standard of many components, indicators, and  its indicator descriptions. Keywords: Learning quality standard, plan, implementation, evaluation  AbstrakUntuk mengangkat mutu lembaga dibutuhkan standarisasi mutu yang jelas mulai dari perencanaan, pelaksanaan, sampai dengan evaluasi pembelajarannya. Artikel ini mengkaji perbandingan standar mutu pembelajaran di IAIN Surakarta dan Kasem Bundit University. Dalam pelaksanaannya baik di IAIN Surakarta maupun di Kasem Bundit University memiliki rumusan-rumusan terkait standarisasi mutu pembelajaran mulai dari perencanaan, pelaksanaan, maupun evaluasinya. Namun demikian terdapat perbedaan yang cukup besar, yaitu di IAIN Surakarta dokumen yang sudah tersedia lebih bersifat administratif karena berupa pedoman prosedur dan itupun belum lengkap. Sementara itu di Kasem Bundit University dokumen yang ada lebih bersifat manual mutu yang merumuskan berbagai standar mutu pembelajaran dalam berbagai komponen, indikator, dan deskripsi indikatornya.  Kata Kunci: standar mutu pembelajaran, perencanaan, pelaksanaan, evaluasi

Abstract

 Learning Arabic in madrasah nowadays is still yet to show optimal results. Madrasah which based on pesantren in Indonesia is very much. But it is not many that can produce graduates who speak Arabic well. Madrasah Aliyah Al-Mukmin in Sukoharjo is one of madrasah based on pesantren that has an integrative model of learning Arabic and shown to produce graduates who can speak Arabic well. This study focus to analyze the integration management model of learning Arabic. This studies was found that all subjects of religion and Arabic was developed in Arabic, from teaching materials, learning methods, and evaluation process. Arabic language is also used daily in the boarding which is supported by Arabic practical activities. The model is proven to improve all Arabic skills. Thus, this model worthy of adoption at the madrasah based on pesantren for learning Arabic. تعليم اللغة العربية فى المدارس الإسلامية الآن لما ينجع نجاحا تاما. المدارس المؤسسة على المعاهد الإسلامية كثيرة, ولكن قليلة منها الذي ناجح لتحصيل الخريجين الماهرين فى تكلم اللغة العربية. المدرسة العالية المؤمن بسوكاهرجوا من احدي المدارس التي تستخدم إدارة التعليم التكاملى و يستطيع الخريجون منها ان يتكلموا باللغة العربية تكلما جيدا. ويريد هذا البحث لتحليل الإدارة التكاملية فى التعليم اللغة العربية. ومن هذا البحث يعرف ان التعليم فى جميع المواد الدراسية الدينية واللغوية يقام باللغة العربية سواء كان فى كتابة المواد الدراسية و عملية التعليم و التقيم. وتكون اللغة العربية لغة اليومية فى المعهد المدرسي و فى متنوع العملية اللغوية فيه. فيستطيع هذه الإدارة التعليمية لترتقي مهارات اللغوية من التلاميذ. فلذلك من الممكن ان تستعمل هذه الإدارة لتعليم اللغة العربية فى المدارس الأخري المؤسسة على المعاهد الإسلامية.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the implementation of educational infrastructure management at IAIN Surakarta in the era of technological disruption, to identify the implementation of the transformation of educational infrastructure management at IAIN Surakarta in the era of technological disruption, and to find the benefits of transforming educational infrastructure management at IAIN Surakarta in the era of technological disruption. This research uses a descriptive qualitative case study method. The place of research is at the State Islamic Institute (IAIN) Surakarta Campus. Sources of research data using a combined method, namely, first, purposive sampling by determining the informants who know in depth about the focus of research. Second, with what goes on like a snowball or snowball sampling. The data of this research was extracted from the research subject, namely the academic community of IAIN Surkarta, and the informants were the leaders of the academic community of IAIN Surkarta starting from the Chancellor, Assistant Chancellor and other leaders. Data collection techniques in this study using documents, in-depth interviews, and observation. The method used to check the validity of the data is the credibility test, transferability test, dependability test, and confirmability test. The data analysis technique used in this research is through interactive analysis techniques. The results show that IAIN Surakarta has transformed the development of educational infrastructure through very mature management under the leadership of the Chancellor of IAIN Surakarta; the implementation of the transformation of educational infrastructure management at IAIN Surakarta in the era of technological disruption has run smoothly with the support of human resources and increasingly modern information and technology systems, various existing infrastructure facilities have met the standards set and are able to meet various demands of globalization; The benefits of transforming the management of educational infrastructure at IAIN Surakarta in the era of technological disruption are enormous for the progress of the IAIN Surakarta campus in supporting the smooth quality of the learning process.

Abstract

Implementing the 2013 curriculum, these madrassas have generally begun to apply scientific learning. However, it still cannot be carried out optimally. This article aims to find out the improvement in the quality of Arabic learning in MI (Madrasah Ibtidaiyah) in Kartasura District which is characterized by an increase in teacher skills in developing activity-based Arabic learning strategies, the variety of learning activities, the activeness of students in participating in learning and increasing the ability of Arabic language learners. By using the Service-Learning approach which is integrated with Participatory Action Research with the main stages of preparation or planning, serving or action, and evaluation or reflection. There were 8 madrasas in Kartasura District being observed. Data were collected by observation, interview and documentation, and validated by a focused group discussion. The results of this research show that; the teachers apply various learning activities that are varied for each maharah although the intensity and variation varies. Among the learning activities of mahārah istimā’-kalām is the reinforcement of memorization of Arabic vocabulary and expressions using drill or istimā’-kalām, singing, and word chain. Mahārah qirā'ah has more activities involving reading out loud classically, whether in large groups, small groups, or individual loud reading activities, chain reading, and reading with media such as LCDs, cards, or objects that are given Arabic names. For maharah kitabah, the most widely used activity is imla', follow the line, stringing words into sentences, and guided writing through assignments. The activeness of the students in participating in learning also increased, although not too significantly. Likewise with the activeness and ability of Arabic language. After implementing the activity-based learning, the students the language ability has also increased. Keywords: Quality Improvement, Learning Activities, Madrasah Ibtidaiyah

Abstract

This research aims to describe the structure of the text and the meaning of the poetry on the book Ta'līmu Al-Muta'allīm by Burhānuddīn Az-Zarnūji. This research will be analyzed through structural and Roman Ingarden's strata of norm approach which reveals about educational values. This descriptive qualitative research employs observation and note technique as a method of data collection, in which the researcher records data in the form of verses in the Ta'līmu Al-Muta'allīm book, especially those in chapter 5. The poetry data found, is analyzed by using data triangulation. The results of the research show that the text structure of the poetry of the book Ta'līmu Al-Muta'allīm by Burhānuddīn Az-Zarnūji consists of five layers, including 1) sound layer, 2) meaning layer, 3) layers of things that are stated, 4) the world layer, and 5) the metaphysical layer. Meanwhile, the educational values contain in the meaning of the poetry include the values of religious education, the values of moral education, the values of social education, the values of cultural education, and the values of aesthetic education.

Abstract

The covid-19 pandemic that unexpectedly brought the education world almost stopped due to the ban on face-to-face learning. This research aims to find a suitable policy determination model to optimize e-learning in Islamic universities. This research uses a qualitative approach that combines interviewing, documentation, and focused group discussion in data collection and validation. This research has focused on UIN Raden Mas Said Surakarta, Indonesia, with key respondents being university leaders. Faculty leaders, postgraduates, institutions, units, e-learning managers, and admin staff are informants. The data validation use triangulation and data analysis with interactive models. The study provided findings that the process of policy determination applied is top-down by involving all elements of the leadership democratically. The policies-decision is applied using a structural-pragmatic-situational (SPS) approach. The contribution of this study is an SPS approach can overcome emergencies quickly and appropriately in policy-making.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk; (1) mengidentifikasi profil lulusan madrasah berbasis pesantren tasawuf dan (2) mendeskripsikan manajemen pengembangan mutu lulusan yang efektif diterapkan. Riset dilakukan di MTs Serba Bakti Pondok Pesantren Suryalaya Tasikmalaya pada bulan Februari 2022. Data dikumpulkan dengan analisis dokumen dan wawancara dengan informan Kepala Madrasah, Wakil Kepala Madrasah, dan guru secara daring. Data divalidasi dengan triangulasi sumber dan dianalisis menggunakan interactive model. Hasil riset menunjukkan bahwa profil lulusan madrasah mengarah pada pembentukan kader pengamal, pengaman, dan pelestari Tariqah Qadiriyah Naqsyabandiyah (TQN). Untuk mewujudkan profil tersebut, kepala madrasah menerapkan manajemen mutu terpadu (TQM). Keterpaduan manajemen nampak dari perencanaan, pelaksanaan, sampai evaluasinya. Program diturunkan dari rumusan visi, misi, tujuan, dan kebijakan. Program pembinaan materi kepesantrenan menjadi satu kesatuan dengan program ekstrakurikuler dan kokurikuler. Semua pihak terlibat dalam pelaksanaan program baik di madrasah maupun di pesantren dengan terjadwal secara lengkap. Madrasah melakukan monitoring dan evaluasi terhadap pelaksanaan amaliyah ibadah dan dzikir sesuai panduan TQN untuk mengukur capaian profil lulusan. Hasil riset ini memberikan implikasi bahwa manajemen mutu lulusan madrasah berbasis pesantren efektif jika dilakukan secara terintegrasi dengan prinsip-prinsip TQM

Abstract

The active role of leaders and leadership models that are in accordance with the needs of educational institutions are very much needed. Teachers and Employees have a desire to be led by certain people who have a clear vision of the goals, understand how to realize the goals and try to teach them. The role of the leader in a school or madrasa is expected to create a sense of fairness for employees; Characteristics of leaders affect the work climate in an educational institution. Leaders expected by school employees are leaders who are able to provide job satisfaction to employees. This study was designed to examine whether transformational leadership has a significant effect on job satisfaction. Using a sample at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Assyaidiyah, data collection was carried out by distributing 64 questionnaires. Based on the simple linear regression analysis used, the results showed that transformational leadership had a significant positive effect on employee job satisfaction.

Abstract

ملخص البحث أهداف هذه الرسالة لتجربية استخدام وسيلة أينكور بودكاس (Anchor Podcast) في واتساب (WhatsApp) لمحاسبة درجة الطلاب في الفصل الضابط و التجريبي و لمعرفة فعاليته على ترقية مهارة الإستماع لدى الطلاب في الصف الحادي عشرة بالمدرسة المهنية الإسلامية (SMART INFORMATIKA). هذه الرسالة هي رسالة كمية ونوعها شبه تجريبية, مجتمع البحث هو كل التلاميذ في الصف الحادي عشرة مع عينة 40 تلاميذا. و أما جمع البينات بطريقة الإختبار والتوثيق والمقابلة. وأما إختبار أداوت البيانات بإختبار الصدق والثبات.و تحليل البينات بإختبار سوى البيانات و تجانس البيانات . ثم يستخدم الإختبار الفرصية إختبارا Paired Samle T Test بطريقة الإحصائية. و أما نتيجة الرسالة تدل أن في مجموعة التجريبية قبل وبعد التعليم ٬ ثم الحصول على القيمة المعنوية (2-Tailed) 0٬00. وهي أصغر من 0٬05 ففرضيته Ho مفروضة و Ha مقبولة٬ بمعنى هناك تأثير أو فعالي إيجابي كبير. ومن البيانات والدراجات السابقة في فصل التجريبي و الضابط تدل على أنّ استخدام تطبيق أينكور بودكاس (Anchor Poadcast) في وسيلة واتساب (WhatsApp) في تعليم بالشبكة الإنترنيت في اللغة العربية على ترقية مهارة الإستماع أكثر فعاليته من ذلك لدى الطلاب في الصف الحادي عشر بالمدرسة المهنية الإسلامية (SMART INFORMATIKA) قريمت ماناهان بانجارساري سوراكارتا. للسنة الدراسية 2021 – 2020 Abstract The purposes of this study that the first is to try out online learning using whatsapp with the help of the anchor podcast application, to calculate the value of students in the experimental and control classes, to find out the that effectiveness. This research is a quantitative research and the type is a quasi experimental study, The population in this study were all students of class XI with a sample of 40 students. And collection techniques using tests, documentation and interviews. And as for the instrument test using validity and reliability tests. And the classical assumption test uses normality and homogeneity tests. And for the final test using the paired sample T test using SPSS. The results showed that in the experimental class before and after learning, the score (2-Tailed) was 0.00. And the value is smaller than 0.05 then the hypothesis Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. From the data and values ​​above, it shows that the use of the anchor podcast application in WhatsApp media in online learning of Arabic languange subjects towards increasing listening competence is more effective than not, in class XI at SMKIT Smart Informatika Gremet Manahan Banjarsari Surakarta for academic year 2020/2021

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan strategi pembelajaran bahasa Arab saat wabah (Covid-19) dan menganalisis kendala yang dihadapi guru bahasa Arab dalam melaksanakan pembelajaran selama wabah (Covid-19) di MA Ell-Firdaus Kedungreja tahun ajaran 2020/2021. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Strategi pembelajaran bahasa Arab di masa pandemi Covid-19 di SMA Ell-Firdaus Kedungreja adalah menggunakan metode project based learning, strategi pembelajaran menggunakan sistem daring, stretegi pembelajaran menggunakan sitem luring, dengan metode door to door. Hambatan penerapan strategi pembelajaran bahasa Arab pada saat pandemi Covid-19 di SMA Ell-Firdaus Kedungreja merupakan kendala yang berasal dari faktor internal dan eksternal. faktor internal yaitu minat dan perhatian, motivasi siswa dan kesiapannya untuk menerim pembelajaran dengan konsep baru. Sedangkan faktor eksternal dari pihak keluarga, pihak sekolah dan aspek masyarakat. Penyelesaian permasalahan penerapan strategi pembelajaran bahasa Arab di masa pandemi Covid-19 SMA Ell-Firdaus Kedungreja, menitikberatkan pada permasalahan yang muncul dari dimensi siswa yaitu dengan cara memberikan hadiah atau reward untuk mengatasi kekurangan minat. Untuk mengatasi masalah terkait banyaknya biaya yang harus dikeluarkan oleh siswa. Abstract This study aims to describe Arabic learning strategies during the outbreak (Covid-19) and analyze the obstacles faced by Arabic language teachers in carrying out learning during the outbreak (Covid-19) at Ell-Firdaus High School Kedungreja 2020/2021 school year. This study uses descriptive qualitative research methods. The Arabic language learning strategy during the Covid-19 pandemic at Ell-Firdaus High School Kedungreja is an education strategy using project-based learning, daring, and offline strategies door to door. Obstacles to applying Arabic language learning strategies at the time of the Covid-19 pandemic at Ell-Firdaus High School Kedungreja is an obstacle that comes from internal and external factors and internal factors which are interest and attention, students' motivation and their readiness to accept learning with the new concepts. While the external factors of the family side, the school side and the aspects of society. The problem of applying Arabic language learning strategies in the time of the Covid-19 pandemic Ell-Firdaus High School Kedungreja, focuses on the problems that arise from the student dimension, that is, by how to give gifts or rewards to overcome the lack of interest. To overcome the problem related to the number of costs that must be paid by students.
