Bimantara (Business Innovation Management and Entrepreneurship Journal) is published by the Magister of Management Programme, Universitas Muhammadiyah Malang. Bimantara journal is a peer-reviewed and open-access journal published twice a year (April and October). This journal only accepts articles from original research results. The primary criterion for publication is the significance of the contribution an article makes to the literature in the management and business area, i.e., the significance of the contribution and on the rigor of analysis and presentation of the paper. The acceptance decision is made based upon an independent review process that provides critically constructive and prompt evaluations of submitted manuscripts. Subjects suitable for publication include finance management, marketing management, human resource management, operation management, strategic management, and entrepreneurship. Bimantara journal has been indexed in Google Scholar and keeps an attempt to be indexed in other journal directories.

Abstract

This study examines and analyzes the effect of web display and price on buying interest in e-commerce Shope through trust as a mediating variable. The type of research used is explanatory research with survey methods and quantitative approaches and data collection using a questionnaire to 100 respondents to Shopee users in Maros Regency, South Sulawesi. The collected data was then analyzed using SmartPLS 3. The results showed that the price and trust web display positively and significantly affected buying interest. Web appearance and price have a positive and significant effect on trust. Then web appearance and price have a positive and significant effect on buying interest through trust as a mediating variable.

Abstract

This research analyzed the influence of product quality and brand image on customer loyalty with customer satisfaction at Janji Jiwa coffee shop in Blitar city. This type of research uses explanatory research, survey method and quantitive. Data were collected using questionnaires from 160 Janji Jiwa coffee shop consumers in Blitar city. The collected data was then tested using the Structural Equation Model (SEM) method in the Smart PLS 3 program application. This research found that product quality, brand image, and customer satisfaction positively and significantly affect customer loyalty. At the same time, product quality and brand image positively and significantly affect customer satisfaction. Customer satisfaction as an intervening variable can mediate the influence of product quality and brand image on customer loyalty positively and significantly.

Abstract

This research is intended to know and prove attitudes to risk and return on investment in investment intentions made by students with financial literacy and investment understanding as moderation.The type of research used is explanatory research, with a quantitative approach of data collection using questionnaires with the number of respondents to 277 students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Muhammadiyah Malang class of 2019. Furthermore, the analysis of data that has been obtained using the Structural Equation Model (SEM) method in the SmartPLS program. The results of the analysis showed that attitudes to risk and return have a positive effect on investment intentions while financial literacy and investment understanding can moderate perceptions of risk and returns on investment intentions positively and significantly.

Abstract

This study attempts to see how much the work environment, learning management, and teaching activities influence teacher performance in SMK Telkom Malang. Using a descriptive correlational research design method, in which the goal of the study is to characterize the existing variables before looking for relationships between them. The total respondent of this research was 75 teachers and academic support personnel, it is clear that the work environment and learning management have a significant impact on teacher performance. The efficiency of teaching activities, on the other hand, mediates the work environment and learning management and has a major impact on teacher performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine and analyze the effect of experience and complexity of TAM on the EPKH application system used to report data at the Ministry of Social Affairs. This research is a quantitative study using data collection methods by distributing questionnaires to 150 respondents, namely social assistants in East Java. This type of research is explanatory research, the determination of the sample is done by the non-probability sampling technique and using a purposive sampling method. The collected data is then tested and analyzed using the Smart PLS program. The results showed that experience had no significant effect on perceived usefulness, while experience had a significant effect on perceived ease of use. Complexity also has a significant effect on perceived usefulness. Perceived ease of use has a significant effect on perceived usefulness, perceived usefulness has a significant effect on the intention to use and intention to use significantly affects real use.
