Abstract

This study attempts to see how much the work environment, learning management, and teaching activities influence teacher performance in SMK Telkom Malang. Using a descriptive correlational research design method, in which the goal of the study is to characterize the existing variables before looking for relationships between them. The total respondent of this research was 75 teachers and academic support personnel, it is clear that the work environment and learning management have a significant impact on teacher performance. The efficiency of teaching activities, on the other hand, mediates the work environment and learning management and has a major impact on teacher performance.

Abstract

Abstract

The rapid development of digital technology presents both opportunities and challenges for micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs), particularly in aligning human resource readiness with the increasing demands of digitalization. This study examines the current condition of human capital, digital technology utilization, and work motivation in Rollin’ MSME, Malang. Data were collected through surveys, interviews, and financial records covering monthly sales performance. Findings indicate that Rollin’ MSME faces significant human resource limitations, especially in digital literacy and participation in skill development, despite strong intrinsic motivation among some employees. Technology utilization is relatively high, with MSMEs adopting online sales platforms and basic digital administration; however, outcomes remain suboptimal due to inconsistent implementation. Financial analysis shows stable but moderate performance, with product sales dominated by cheese cake slices and potato donuts. Overall, the study highlights the need for strengthening HR capabilities and optimizing digital practices to enhance business performance.

Abstract

The internationalization of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) through e-commerce platforms is an increasingly relevant phenomenon in the digital economy era. This study aims to analyze the role of e-commerce platforms, especially Tokopedia, Shopee, and TikTok Shop, as potential export bridges for culinary MSMEs in Indonesia, by taking a case study on rollin.mlg, a culinary MSME based in Malang City, East Java. Using a qualitative approach with an exploratory case study design, data were collected through in-depth interviews, digital platform observations, and documentation. The results of the study show that although Rollin.mlg has not exported directly, the three platforms have features that have the potential to support international market penetration. However, there are significant obstacles, including a limited product shelf life, a lack of export certification, limited production capacity, and a lack of digital export literacy. This research contributes to the development of a digital export readiness framework for Indonesian culinary MSMEs.

Abstract

This community service training not only introduces hydroponic technology for melons as an alternative agricultural solution, but also raises public awareness of the importance of sustainable use of local resources. By involving the community in every stage—from outreach to cultivation practices—it is hoped that independence in managing productive small-scale agricultural businesses will grow. This could be the starting point for the birth of hydroponic farmer groups or community-based agricultural entrepreneurs at the neighborhood level. The participants, consisting of 10 residents of neighborhood associations (RT) 01 and neighborhood associations (RW) 03, are expected to be able to improve local food security and family income.
