This study aims to analyze the effect of compensation on performance mediated by job satisfaction for Grab Bike drivers in Malang City, with a research sample of 96 respondents. The sampling technique in this study used the accidental sampling method, the data collection used the questionnaire method. While the data analysis method used is the path analysis method (path analysis). The results showed that there was a significant effect of compensation on performance. There is a significant effect of compensation on job satisfaction. There is a significant effect between job satisfaction on performance and it is proven that job satisfaction mediates the effect of compensation on performance. The researcher's suggestion from the results of this study is that it is expected that the management will make policies to increase incentives to increase job satisfaction and performance.Keyword: Job satisfaction, compensation, performance, Grab bike

This research aims to find out and analyze the influence of discipline and motivation on employee performance. This type of research is survey research with a quantitative approach. The population in this study were all employees at Perum Perhutani PHW IV Malang, amounting to 33 people. The sample in this study amounted to 33 people selected using total sampling techniques. The data collection technique of this study was using a questionnaire. Technique data analysis was performed using multiple linear regression with two predictors, F test, T-test, and coefficient of determination. Based on test and analysis results, this study includes that, discipline has a significant effect on performance, motivation does not significantly influence performance, discipline and motivation have a simultaneous effect on performance, discipline has the more dominant influence on employee performance.

This study aims to analyze the effect of job satisfaction and leadership style on the organizational commitment of employees at Muhammadiyah University Malang hospitals. This type of research is causal research, while data collection techniques are through questionnaires. The sampling technique uses the Probability Sampling technique, with 70 respondents. The analytical tool used is the Scale Range and Multiple Linear Regression. The results of the analysis note that the leadership style in the good category, job satisfaction in the category satisfaction, and organizational commitment in the high category. Leadership style has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment. Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment. Situational leadership style and job satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment, this means that if the situational leadership style is getting better and job satisfaction is more satisfied, the organizational commitment of employees will be high

The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of organizational communication and organizational justice on employees' job satisfaction at Kapal Garden Hotel Malang. The population and sample on this study were all hotel employees totaling 30 people using a sampling technique, namely saturated sampling. Data collection techniques were using questionnaires and interviews. The data analysis method used was a scale range and multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicated that the calculation of the organizational communication scale range showed good results, organizational justice shows fair results, and job satisfaction showed satisfactory results. The results of the regression analysis showed that organizational communication had a positive and significant effect on employees' job satisfaction. And organizational justice influenced positively and significantly towards employees' job satisfaction.

This research aims to determine and analyze the effect of skills and motivation on employee performance with job satisfaction as an intervening variable at Industry Center Keripik Tempe Sanan Malang. This type of research used is explanatory research using a quantitative approach. This data collection technique used questionnaires with sampling technique used saturation sampling with 100 respondents. This data analysis technique used SEM-PLS. Based on the result of the analysis, employee performance, skills, and motivation are in the high category, while job satisfaction is in the satisfied category. Skills have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Skills have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. Motivation has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Skills have an effect positive and significant on employee performance through job satisfaction as an intervening variable. Motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance through job satisfaction as an intervening variable.

This study attempts to see how much the work environment, learning management, and teaching activities influence teacher performance in SMK Telkom Malang. Using a descriptive correlational research design method, in which the goal of the study is to characterize the existing variables before looking for relationships between them. The total respondent of this research was 75 teachers and academic support personnel, it is clear that the work environment and learning management have a significant impact on teacher performance. The efficiency of teaching activities, on the other hand, mediates the work environment and learning management and has a major impact on teacher performance.

This study aims to determine the factors considered by students in choosing a career after graduating from college. The research population is students of the 4 largest universities in Malang, they are Brawijaya University, State University of Malang, University of Muhammadiyah Malang and State Islamic University of Malang. The sample of the study was 200 respondents with details of each university 50 respondents, respondents who filled out the complete questionnaire were 134. The analysis tool was factor analysis with 24 variables originating from the voice of respondents. From the data analysis process, 16 variables were worthy of analysis and grouped into 6 factors. The results showed that there were 6 factors for student career choice are: financial, job information, opportunity, social environment, challenge and interest, with financial being the dominant factor.

The growing development of the F&B industry, especially coffee shop SMEs, is of course proportional to the large number of absorbed Indonesian workers. This is inseparable from the problem of high employee turnover. A high turnover rate in a company is closely related to a bad employee experience. Employee experience is basically an employee's perception of their work experience in a company. This study aims to see how employee experience can affect the turnover rate in a business. This study aims to analyze and examine the role of employees' wellbeing in mediating the effect of work stress and job insecurity on the performance of health workers during the COVID-19 pandemic. This research is an explanatory research with data collection methods using survey methods through distributing questionnaires. Respondents in this study were 187 health workers who worked in a hospital in East Java, Indonesia. Data analysis using Partial Least Square.The results showed that work stress had a negative and insignificant effect on the performance of health workers, job insecurity had a negative and significant effect on the performance of health workers, while employees' wellbeing had a positive and significant effect on the performance of health workers. Job stress has a negative but not significant effect on employees' wellbeing and job insecurity has a negative and significant effect on employees' wellbeing. The results of testing the indirect effect show that employees' wellbeing is not able to mediate the effect of work stress on the performance of health workers in a negative and insignificant way, while the effect of job insecurity on the performance of health workers' employees' wellbeing is able to mediate negatively and significantly
