Abstract

One of the results of the amendments to the 1945 Constitution was the lossof the GBHN as the state's guidance or direction in implementing nationaldevelopment. This GBHN disappeared along with changes in the duties of theMPR institution as a consequence of the change in its institutional position fromthe highest state institution to a high state institution. As a replacement for theGBHN, Law no. 25 of 2004 regulates the National Development Planning System,which states that the explanation of the objectives for the formation of theRepublic of Indonesia as contained in the Preamble to the 1945 Constitution, isset out in the form of a RPJP (Long Term Development Plan). The RPJP timescale is 20 years, which is then described in the RPJM (Medium TermDevelopment Plan), namely planning with a 5 year time scale, which contains thevision, mission and development program of the elected president, guided by theRPJP. The problem is when the President is in office His term has expired and anew president has been re-elected, so politically the existence of the lawregarding the National Development planning system can very easily be changedto suit the vision and mission of the elected president.

Abstract

In the agreement law, when the debtor is not performing after subpoena, the debtor has defaulted on all legal consequences. In judicial practice, cases of default committed by debtors in general are debtors who do not fulfill the obligation to pay debts / installments to the bank. As a result, the creditor confiscates the collateral and the debtor must pay interest, fees and case fees

Abstract

The concept of nasakh be the gateway for Mahmoud Muhammad Thaha, to perform evolution syari’ah. Displacement texts Madaniyah to the texts Makkiyah a certainty, that Islamic law capable to solve the problems internasional and also human righat  carried by kolonialis England in Sudan.  The texts Makkiyah is universal, substantive, protective the all mankind, equal and democratic. Whereas texts Madaniyah  becomes  established Islam  and protected the internal ummah with locally and temporarily additional rules. Some additional rules are not derived from the original sources of Islam, the Qur’an and hadith. Therefore, according to Thaha, Islamic law needs to be reformed in order to adjust it to the demands of modern time so that Islamic law play sicnificant role in the formation of humanist and democratic world.

Abstract

Ummi meaning is the person who does not access the book as a guide or guidance diverse, not illiterate or not good at reading. The meaning of the linguist is contradicted by the life history of the Prophet in which he was sent to the Arabs who loved the loyal year-old poetry contest in suqul 'ukazh dzil Majinnah. The greatest poem is hung on the door of the Ka'aba called Syair Mu'allaqot. Suroh al-Ankabut verse 48 is clear that the Prophet Muhammad was good at writing. In the text of Yasin verse 2 and suroh alain that there are words tanzil and anzala and tasrifnya explain that the Koran descended from Alloh not the work of the Prophet Muhammad as a reason sebahagia ulama that the Prophet Muhammad is not good at writing so that people believe that the Qur'an is not made by Prophet Muhammad. Many of the Prophet's hadiths make it clear that the Prophet Muhammad sent letters to Yemen about faroid, diyat and other problems with his own hands

Abstract

The Koran is the first source in Islamic teachings handed down to the Prophet Muhammad, whose contents contain three points, namely the issue of faith, Shari'a and the story of one of the surrender in the Qur'an is Suroh Al-Fur'qon. In suroh al-furqon verses 63-75 tell the characteristics of a good Muslim personality that is walking humbly, when talking to people who do not know, he speaks safely (if people curse him badly he does not return badly but he forgives him), the person who is always awake at night, has fear of the fire of hell, always prays to avoid him, has a sense of generosity, does not associate with God, does not commit murder, does not commit adultery, always repent, always improves faith and acts pious, do not want to give false testimony (lie), do not do in vain, people who are ready to receive a good warning, people who always beg to be given family and descendants who can calm hearts and be a good example for others and have patience
