Abstract

Small and Medium Enterprises tend to be superior and developed. Through the synergy model, it enabled to create excellence and improve its business as well as entrepreneurial development. The research was an applied research which aimed to measure the practicality of the form of the synergy model developed and to measure the effectiveness of the synergy model in developing entrepreneurship through Small and Medium Enterprise Cooperatives (SMEC). The research used an applied qualitative method. Techniques of data collection were library research, interviews and observations. The research instrument for the initial study, validation and tryout was used by a questionnaire for the community. Meanwhile, the application of the model used the achievement test for entrepreneurship development through SMEC. The results of the study showed that the design of the synergy model with the highest level of practicality was resources and marketing. The synergy model was very practical to use for actors who were starting new businesses or already running businesses. Business was very important for increasing workforce and economic growth. The synergy model in business development was very good to apply in entrepreneurial life. In entrepreneurship, it was important to pay attention to creativity, supporting factors, both material and non-material, the price of products, so that entrepreneurship ran smoothly. This synergy model was a reference in entrepreneurship development, and the most important thing was the action on the modeling.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze zakat as a local government policy for the city of Ternate in alleviating poverty. The research approach used is qualitative. The data and information collection techniques used are qualitative data collection techniques, including observa-tional studies, in-depth interviews, documentation studies, and literature studies. Data analysis in this research will be carried out through several stages, namely, data reduc-tion, data display, understanding interpretation and interpretation, conclusion, and verification. The research results are, zakat as an alternative policy on poverty allevia-tion in Ternate City by the local government of Ternate City, regarding tagline of Ter-nate (e.g., Ternate cares, Ternate is smart, Ternate is taqwa, Ternate is prosperous, and Ternate is healthy). That has been implemented in the city of Ternate, even though every Local Government rarely carries out policies like this because every poverty alleviation policy is generally based on conventional bureaucratic procedures.

Abstract

This study wants to examine how the influence of knowledge and awareness on taxpayer compliance; and want to test whether tax socialization is able to moderate to relationship awareness and taxpayer compliance. Data was collected through a questionnaire distributed to 100 taxpayers at KPP West Makassar research samples then analyzed using the Partial Least Square (PLS) approach. The results of the study found that tax knowledge and awareness affect taxpayer compliance. However, tax socialization was unable to moderate the relationship between awareness and taxpayer compliance.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to demonstrate that the capacity of the financial apparatus and the clarity of the objectives of the budget have an impact on the characteristics of government financial reports and the clarity of the objectives of the budget on the characteristics of government financial statements. Organizational commitment is capable of moderating the relationship between the capacity of the financial apparatus and the clarity of the objectives of the budget with the characteristics of the financial reports of the government. This is a quantitative study of primary data. The population in this study was responsible for making the financial reports of the Makassar City Regional Apparatus Organization using a purposeful sampling technique by the head of administration and accounting staff, so that the sample was fifty-four people. A questionnaire survey collected data and tested it through Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis. The results demonstrate that the capacity of the financial apparatus and the clarity of the budget objectives have a significant impact on the characteristics of government financial reports. The organizational commitment, however, was unable to moderate the relationship between the capacity of the financial apparatus and the clarity of the budgetary objectives with regard to the characteristics of government financial reporting.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and examine the effect of Customer Relationship Management through continuity marketing, one-to-one marketing, and partnering programs on customer satisfaction at the Makassar Employment Social Security Administration Office. This study uses a questionnaire as a data collection tool. Determination of the number of samples using Slovin's theory with calculations as many as 100 respondents. Furthermore, data analysis was carried out using descriptive qualitative analysis, research instrument testing (consisting of validity and reliability tests), classical assumption test (consisting of normality test, multicollinearity test, and heteroscedasticity test), multiple regression analysis, and hypothesis testing (consisting of partial test and simultaneous test). The results showed that Customer Relationship Management through Continuity Marketing, One to One Marketing, and Partnering Programs had a significant and simultaneous effect on customer satisfaction at BPJS Ketenagakerjaan in Makassar. Through this research, the BPJS Employment Office in Makassar must focus more on Sustainable Marketing in increasing customer loyalty and satisfaction by developing service innovations that have long-term benefits.

Abstract

The objective of this study is to analyze and examine instructive, consultative, participatory and delegative leadership styles on the productivity of employee work. This study, with a population and a sample of 32 individuals, was conducted at Bank Danamon Savings and Loan Unit Pinrang. Descriptive and multiple linear regression analysis is the data analysis used. The results of the study show that at the Bank Danamon Savings and Loans and Loan Units, the instructive leadership style does not have a significant impact on employee work productivity. Employee productivity at the Bank Danamon Savings and Loans and Loan Units is not significantly affected by the advisory leadership style. At Bank Danamon Savings and Loans and Loan Units, the participatory leadership style has a significant impact on employee productivity. The style of delegate leadership at Bank Danamon Savings and Loans Unit Pinrang has a significant impact on employee work productivity. Delegative leadership style is the variable that at Bank Danamon Savings and Loans and Loan Units has the most dominant influence on employee work productivity.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze and examine the effect of profitability, firm size, and the audit committee on audit delay if it is moderated by the reputation of the public accounting firms. This research was conducted at mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016 - 2019. The samples taken in this study were 22 companies with an observation period of 4 years with 88 observations. The research sample was determined using the purposive sampling method. Data collection was carried out using non-participant observation methods. This research's analysis technique is the Structural Equation Model (SEM) based on Partial Least Square (PLS). This study indicates that profitability and the audit committee have a negative and significant effect on audit delay. Firm size has a positive and insignificant effect on audit delay. The reputation of public accounting firms can strengthen the effect of profitability and the audit committee on audit delay. The reputation of public accounting firms is not able to strengthen the influence of firm size on audit delay.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine whether the operational activities implemented by the sales function at the Makassar Diabeaproject company were running effectively. This type of research is a case study—data obtained by conducting documentation and interviews. The data analysis technique was using descriptive analysis based on the audit findings. This study indicates that the sales function's implementation has run quite effectively because it carries out almost all sales function activities. However, there are still some weaknesses that the company has. defects in the form of the absence of criteria guidelines for giving promos or discounts to buyers and no proof of transactions for payments via bank transfer.

Abstract

The objective of this article is to study the relationship between performance incentives and employee motivation at PT. PELINDO IV The results of this research are drawn from a quantitative survey. This technique is referred to as random and proportional sampling. SmartPLS v.3.8 was employed in this study Incidentally, the results demonstrated that monetary incentives had a significant effect on motivation. With regard to productivity, the only thing that incentives do is to is move resources from one place to another. People who are motivated perform better. Incentives affect performance by influencing the degree of motivation, and performance is positively influenced by the medium of incentives.

Abstract

Lazada is one of the most popular e-commerce apps in ASEAN, with the most users in Indonesia; of course, it continues to compete with its rivals in attracting customers to make purchases. The purpose of this research is to look into the impact of trust on purchasing decisions, the impact of price on purchasing decisions, and the impact of the tagline on purchasing decisions—a survey method using a questionnaire. The population consists of Makassar Lazada shoppers. The sample size was 96 people, and the method used was random sampling. Descriptive analysis and multiple regression techniques are used in data analysis. A total of 96 people took part in the survey. Descriptive analysis and multiple regression techniques are used in data analysis. Trust, price, and tagline all influenced positive and significant purchasing decisions, according to the findings
